No customer should ever be called a "bitch" when they're simply trying to purchase parts. That level of disrespect is unacceptable in any business, let alone one that claims to serve hardworking people who rely on their cars. Beyond the insult, their prices are higher than competitors, their inventory is unreliable, and the staff seems more interested in dismissing customers than helping them. After this experience, I will never return to Napa Auto Parts. If you want to be treated with basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs.

Having…read morespoken with John I initially felt that I had found a competent and honest repair shop so I decided to drop off my car to resolve some electrical issues I had with some interior lights and my telescopic steering column not extending. I paid several hundred dollars for a diagnostic on the electrical system. While at it I had some pin hole leaks in the cooling system which required attention. I paid for a pressure test which confirmed the leak and a possible need for a water pump. Their quote for a water pump and incidentals was over $4,000.00. Note: the going rate for Jaguar water pump replacement range from $800 to $1,000.00! Additionally and although I did not ask for a quote for any suspension work I was quoted over $22,000.00 for a total suspension rebuild even though the car is not experiencing any noticeable suspension issues! Obviously I declined these quotes but decided to go ahead and have them repair the interior lights and steering column which was my main concern. Low and behold and after over two weeks and over $2,000.00 the only thing which was repaired was a single light bulb! No kidding. The steering column still does not extend, a short effecting the lights in the vanity mirrors was not repaired and the missing dome light was not replaced as requested leaving a hole in the headliner. What I learned at a cost of over $2,000.00 is to never go back to Wright Auto Works and I encourage you to do the same.
