Mr. Fred Jones was amazing. He was very kind and made the process for a first time bitter very convenient, comfortable, and easy.

Just another one star review and reminder for you to shop elsewhere. If you do decide to purchase a…read morecar from here, be sure you pay for a third party "pre purchase inspection". The CarFax they provided showed a clean history however it was obvious the car was in a wreck due to the shit body work. My car salesman Steve Han over shared the movement I met him and told me he takes care of his elderly mom. Thought it's as odd but now realize he was trying to look like a stellar guy. Even said that he would "fix my issue and be sure it's handled and that he would be there even after the sale". Steve if you're reading this, I hope you can sleep at night. The following week after my purchase, I followed up to see the status of the "simple repair" and he pawned me off to someone else. Every time I texted him, he half ass texted me, misspelling words and just rambling on - always had to get the last word in. Anyways he pawned me off to someone else which I felt bad because Abed basically had to do damage control. I have saved my entire text thread just in case I need to push further on this issue. Sales manager, Shaun is well aware of the situation and I am no longer getting a call from him either. When I finally dropped off my car (which was going to take a week to "figure out what's wrong") that same day, the service manager QUIT. You could tell he was tired of having to be the bearer of bad news since the sales people always over promise and never deliver. They have a third party mechanic shop (buddy of the Wells Auto Group owner) that "repairs" the cars and it is offset. Anyways, we're almost a month out of my car purchase and I am no longer getting a response from anyone. Just hoping and praying that my 30K+ car doesn't crap out on me now. GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE. Oh did I mention that they obviously play google lots of money to hide their true google rating? HA.

I try getting in contact with the dealership but they are bankrupt and no longer exist!! Anyone have any recommendations? or has this happens to you??

CarMax Express Pickup wasn't very "express." The business office lacked urgency, and several…read moreassociates were walking around without engaging or assisting customers. I came with my son, who was buying his first car, so this was an important experience for us. The selection of vehicles was solid, which is a plus. However, the documentation and pickup process felt slow and somewhat unconcerned with customer service. It didn't feel organized or customer-focused. On the positive side, all paperwork was completed accurately, and there were no problems with financing or insurance once everything was finalized. Overall, decent inventory, but the express process and customer service need improvement.

Car Max does it right! The usual car buying experience is grueling. All the back and forth- let me…read morecheck with my manager,.... It's a disgusting ritual that needs to go away for good. Enter Car Max! No hagling, the price is the price. We were looking to get a good used pickup truck and after searching online for a few months we found one at the McKinney Car Max. We have always had our financing prearranged with our credit union or bank if we needed to take a loan and found it's good to have that information in your back pocket so you can compare your what they have to offer. We were met with a pleasant young man named Griffen and he was such a delight to work with. We took the truck for a test drive and meanwhile they were assessing our car to see what trade in offer could be made. We had already looked up the Kelly Blue Book value so we had a range of what to expect. The test drive was a success and we decided we wanted the truck. The trade in offer for our current vehicle was fair and thousands more than a couple other local dealers had offered to us. We completed all the required paperwork online. The entire process was so smooth without any embarrassing haggling. We have used Car Max in the past to sell them a car without buying and that was a positive experience as well. We highly recommend Car Max and Griffen was an excellent sales guy, no pressure but all about customer service.

Went to Chevy El Dorado for the 6.2 engine recall. During the diagnoses they said I needed 2 tires…read moreso I agreed to get 2 tires, an alignment, and rotate the new tires to the rear. I picked up my vehicle on Thursday at 4pm and went straight home. I have a work vehicle so my personal vehicle stayed home Friday. While running errands on Saturday I heard a loud metal object hit the bottom of the vehicle. I pulled over and couldn't find anything. Proceeded home and heard the right wheel knocking when I turned. Took it back to Chevy el dorado and was told oh everything we did was fine but you are missing at bushing bracket. We can take care of that for $300. I don't believe in coincidences, just be honest and say I'm sorry about our mistake and we probably didn't tighten the bolts to the bracket and will take care of this for you. Once I left, I received a call from the manager Robert and he listened and understood that it could've been their mistake but it's hard to say. He was kind enough to take care of this issue! Thanks Robert!

I would've given 5 stars but they also didn't offer to replace it so I'm disappointed.

1/5 I absolutely do…read morenot recommend Fair Lease based on my experience. The entire process was frustrating, unclear, and incredibly unprofessional. The leasing agent I worked with was honestly one of the least communicative people I have ever dealt with. I would respond to her emails or messages and then wait DAYS to receive a response. When I finally did hear back, I still couldn't get clear answers about the actual terms of the approval. I was told that my application had been approved, then asked for a down payment. After that, I was repeatedly told that I needed "more" of a down payment, but no one would clearly explain exactly how much was required or what the actual terms of the approval were. How are you supposed to make an informed financial decision when you can't even get basic information about the deal? What made it even worse was that getting an answer to any of these questions could take days. I work in customer service, so I understand that people get busy and responses aren't always immediate. But communication is one of the most basic parts of doing business, especially when you are dealing with something as significant as financing a vehicle. There is a major difference between being busy and simply failing to communicate with a customer. The entire process felt like a waste of my time. It was poorly communicated, unnecessarily confusing, and left a very bad taste in my mouth regarding Fair Lease as a company. I genuinely hope other customers have a better experience than I did, but based on my experience, I would not recommend Fair Lease.
