So cute inside, worth the visit! Drinks were tasty, fast and service was quick! The cozy inside made me want to stay even longer.

This little area made me homesick

I came in a couple of weekends ago, and wish I left a review sooner! This is a lovely little cafe with amazing coffee, and a nice, cozy and inviting ambience. It's great for small breakfast bites, pastries, and catching up with a friend. I had an iced Cafe De Olla late- and let me just say- this is exactly what I feel a specialty late should be! It was strong, sweet but not overbearing, and perfectly caffeinated. I loved my drink so much I also got a strawberry lemonade to go- also delicious and very refreshing. Service was great, and the barista was so patient with my many questions about the menu. I also had what was arguably the most beautiful bark sandwich I have ever had, the Egg and Earth bagel, which was tasty and very filling. The only downside is sparse parking, you may need to consider street parking, but I would not fault this on the business. They are SO worth checking out.

I have driven by a few times and finally stopped in today. Since it has cafe in the name, i was expecting more food options, but its just a coffee shop. The decor is super cute. Very feminine and Mexican inspired decorations. They have normal coffee and matcha drinks with a few less common flavors/mix ins. The ladies we're friendly and service was quick but other than the super cute vibes i didn't feel like they had a lot to offer. They have some conchas and other sweet breads and a few bagel options. I ordered a raspberry oatmilk matcha and the egg & earth bagel to go. The matcha doesn't seem very high grade and there wasn't enough raspberry syrup. The bagel was good, however, i just got a half. Ive never been given half a bagel before and it doesn't specify half a bagel on the menu so I'm kind of confused. The price was $6.25 so you would expect a full bagel. I don't know if it's only supposed to be a half or they just forgot to give me the other half. The bagel was tasty- just odd to get only a half.

I communicated this change very quickly to the staff member before she had begun preparing the beverage. Moreover, the new drink I requested actually cost the same as the one I originally purchased. Although she agreed to make the new drink, her body language and facial expression made it clear that she was annoyed by the request. When the drink was finished, it was noticeably underfilled, leaving a surprisingly large gap between the liquid and the lid. Unfortunately, the taste of the drink itself was also disappointing, as it mostly just tasted like milk rather than matcha. Finally, I was disappointed with the value for the price. The donut I ordered was quite small, yet it cost around five dollars. I understand that people have hard days, and I typically do not write reviews, but I wanted to share this feedback so these issues can be addressed internally.

My friends and I enjoyed two types of two; my favorite being the Berry Garden tea made of white tea with a blackberry infusion. The teas are available for purchase in their tea library section, along with the tea steeper cups as well. $13-14 for the loose tea bags (makes up to 80 cups) and $6 for the mini steepers. I highly recommend visiting this place whether you do the tea experience or not it's such a cute spot in Bishop Arts and we got to meet the chef and our waitress, both were so friendly and personable. Can't wait to go back!

I sat down and played a game on my phone while the associate made my drink. She brought me an Iced Latte. No Problem. It happens. Let her know that I ordered a hot latte. She came back a few minutes later with a hot beverage. It tasted weird so when I opened up the lid, I saw that there was no foamed milk. No milk at all. I went to the bar it quietly let her know that that wasn't what I ordered and that I was just going to leave She gave a Long stern look. I asked her if there was something wrong because she was looking at me like I was crazy Her response was "I've already made you two drinks and if you're gonna go then get out of here." "A manager would have made you pay" I order coffee beverages all the time if it's not made correctly that's fine no big deal. But she berated me in a loud voice so everyone in the café/bar could hear. She made some kind of grunting noise as I left. The entire time I was being polite, nice and just wanted latte. I do not enjoy being treated so disrespectfully when I did absolutely nothing wrong within the situation.
