I have driven by a few times and finally stopped in today. Since it has cafe in the name, i was expecting more food options, but its just a coffee shop. The decor is super cute. Very feminine and Mexican inspired decorations. They have normal coffee and matcha drinks with a few less common flavors/mix ins. The ladies we're friendly and service was quick but other than the super cute vibes i didn't feel like they had a lot to offer. They have some conchas and other sweet breads and a few bagel options. I ordered a raspberry oatmilk matcha and the egg & earth bagel to go. The matcha doesn't seem very high grade and there wasn't enough raspberry syrup. The bagel was good, however, i just got a half. Ive never been given half a bagel before and it doesn't specify half a bagel on the menu so I'm kind of confused. The price was $6.25 so you would expect a full bagel. I don't know if it's only supposed to be a half or they just forgot to give me the other half. The bagel was tasty- just odd to get only a half.

They're also wonderful about accommodating dietary restrictions, which I really appreciated. The food was lovely, and each tea pairing complemented it perfectly. The service was thoughtful too. They checked in at just the right moments without ever feeling intrusive. Such a fun and special experience! I loved it so much that I bought their pink rose tea to take home, and my friend even grabbed one of their tea diffusers.

My friends and I enjoyed two types of two; my favorite being the Berry Garden tea made of white tea with a blackberry infusion. The teas are available for purchase in their tea library section, along with the tea steeper cups as well. $13-14 for the loose tea bags (makes up to 80 cups) and $6 for the mini steepers. I highly recommend visiting this place whether you do the tea experience or not it's such a cute spot in Bishop Arts and we got to meet the chef and our waitress, both were so friendly and personable. Can't wait to go back!

We then left together. At no point did I think simply waiting in the car while my wife was inside the restaurant would result in a $97 parking bill from Parking Revenue Recovery Services (PRRS). The signage only indicated it was Cafe Brazil parking, and there was nothing that clearly made me think I needed to register my vehicle just to sit in the car while waiting for a paying customer. This feels extremely misleading and unfriendly to actual customers. To make matters worse, the dispute process is incredibly frustrating. Their website requires agreeing to Terms of Service just to dispute the charge, and when my wife called PRRS, the automated system said she was 115th in line. There appears to be no reasonable or customer-friendly way to contest this without wasting a huge amount of time. This experience left a very negative impression. Businesses should not allow parking enforcement practices that punish legitimate. Checkout Reddit for more on PRRS.

She didn't deserve a tip and appears she made one of our coffees wrong on purpose as she made us pay in advance fine we had to leave because we brought pastries in from Cretia's bakery down the street. 1. You cannot go to the bathroom unless you order first 2. No outside food (just coming in for a beverage (coffee) will not suffice). Rude communication and the coffee was subpar.
