We said yes, she reluctantly made our drinks. The cocktails are gorgeous. But we wanted some shots of dark rum. I kid you not, it was like they were refusing to give us these. It took 20 minutes -we counted- to get this. The food- I grew up in Hawaii, and this by no means is Hawaiian food. With that said, I loved the loaded fries. Everything else, hush puppies, coconut shrimp was just ok. The lobster rangoons were just terrible, they were overwhelmingly lemon-y. My sister had the burger and she said it was really good. When I mentioned that she didn't ask which one I wanted I was told "that's my (as in me) problem". I don't think that I've ever been treated more poorly at a bar. But the bottom line is that if you're there to see and hear the live music, you'll need to either stand or find a table closer to the stage. When I got there they told me I only reserved the section. So the 150$ section and bottle with complementary of champagne was no longer a thing. They said all bottles were half off but a bottle of patron was still 250$ . Nothing made sense there was no manager there at all as I was told. So i had to pay 130$ for a bottle of teremana. With no complementary anything and none care everything was take it or leave it. I will not be going back . Especially seeing this would be the 3rd bday ive spent at Noir. Horrible customer service. Security was cool though. Dj horrible and no request is even crazier. They need to do better. But next year ill be taking my services else where
