Located on Clamatis st. Hullabaloo is a refreshingly delicious and quality establishment. We sat in the back corner which was dark and romantic. We ordered some wine while we perused the menu. We finally each decided and she ordered the salmon and I ordered the Teres Major, which is a shoulder cut of beef. The plates both popped up on the "ready shelf" which was right next to our table. The chef then came over to the plates and finished them with his special touches and garnishes, it was nice to see the attention that was being paid. The salmon was cooked perfectly, juicy, nice crust on some parts and served with some fingerling potatoes. The steak came out as order perfectly medium rare. It sat in some sort of reduced sauce along side some fingerling potatoes and topped with house made potato straws. Did I mention everything is made in house? Yep scratch kitchen. The service and entire experience was wonderful. If we were local we would make this one of our regular places for sure. It's the right amount of casual mixed with the right amount of sophisticated. Solid intriguing place. Service was par except for when the waiter brought our entrees over and we were not even done with 50% of the appetizers they had just brought. Upside was he knew his mistake and apologized for it immediately. I can live with that even though that's my No 1 dining peeve. Next course should NEVER be brought to the table until the previous course has been cleared. We had the Marrow and Sprouts appetizers and I had the burger and my daughter had the Spec Ham Pizza. the waitress had an attitude for no reason and refused to serve me drinks because my photo ID was expired. she really had a stick up her ass because she refused multiple forms of ID including a photo of my passport. decided to leave because i didnt realize they had the FBI working at freakin hullabaloo. on the way out she's like "everywhere is going to tell you the same thing"... i was literally served alcohol at the next restaurant we went to and every other establishment i visited in WPB. this place is a joke, i understand just doing your job but refusing to serve legal adults for the stupidest reasons can't be good for business read more

A week ago, we had our third dining experience at Hullabaloo and it will be our last. The drinks and service were great each time but our entrees were bland and greasy. A previous customer was right about the pork sandwiches. The bread is very dry. We paid $25+ an entree and expected to receive something worth paying that much. Cool, friendly and great food It's hard to pull off hip and friendly but this place does it in style. The food is eclectic without being pretentious. The draft beer is excellent. On the appetizers if you like marrow bone don't miss theirs. It's a shade loud but that's ok, it fits the vibe. All the food was well done and served hot...which is rare nowadays. What a Great place! Food, Ambiance, Service- All get 5* from me! The Garlic & Spinach Pizza was more than enough for 2 ppl! Rich in flavor and perfectly cooked! Margarita pie, was nice too! The menu said there were Vegan items available- but really you had to choose items from the "Sides". But they were tasty, just had to make sure no butter or animal based broth or cheeses were used with them.. The Speciality Cocktail was only $5 and quite delicious! The Server was so attentive and helpful and even though we were hanging out on the patio, he didn't forget we were there! And that patio- what a beautiful setting! Big Beautiful Trees (look for the Heart shape that's grown into the one), with vines creating a canopy overhead, with these lovely hanging flowers.. I was sure they were fake, when one dropped right in my lap, to prove it wasn't! Nothing was bad, the shrimp really stood out to me as did the overall flavor and texture of the hot pocket, she absolutely loved her beet salad and neither of us disliked anything. I came here for the first time today with some friends and it did not disappoint. We went for lunch so it wasn't crowded at all. Our waitress was Hope and she was so nice, helpful and had a really great attitude. Our seat was next to the hostess Ree and she was super nice as well. Second time here, and this time for lunch. The menu is generally thought out with good ingredients and flavor combinations. We ordered the slow-roasted pork sandwich and two garden salads to go. The sandwich came with zucchini chips, which were delicious alone and with the dipping sauce. The sandwich was a decent portion with good meat, toppings, and bread ratio. I am not sure if was worth $13, but it tasty and filling. The salads were large with good dressing and toppings. The toppings were somewhat skimpy in comparison to the greens. read more

I had three items, early in the afternoon: - Brussels sprouts: these are the second-strongest sprouts I've had in my life, beaten only by those served by Yuzu in Chicago. Absolutely delicious. Crispy and succulent, complemented by bacon and candied pine nuts. Superb from start to finish, 10/10 would order again. - Supreme pizza: allegedly this had chorizo and kalamata olives and mozzarella, but none of these were particularly apparent. The consistency and crispiness of the base was good. It was fairly tasty, though I was also hungry. I wouldn't go out of my way for this pizza. - Side salad with the pizza: y'know, it's a side salad. Blue cheese, mixed greens, pickled red onions. Little bit of oil and vinegar. No strong opinions here. I'm giving it 4/5 mostly on the strength of the Brussels sprouts, which really were pretty damn excellent. Service, decor and atmosphere were all pretty nice. read more

Sure, this place is "A-OK". Hullabaloo while in concept and theory is 5 stars, the actual experience is truly a solid 3-star spot. How does this place maintain 4.5 stars? Once upon a time, this little gem offered a grand experience, with a chill ambiance that was entirely different from the rest of the West Palm Beach/Clematis experience.. but no longer. The good: Fun menu (the food is average). The venue has cool decor, it's trendy, pizza is made on a wood stove, there are tons of microbrews on tap and in bottle. Hullabaloo offers lunch, dinner, late night meals and a tasty looking Sunday brunch. The typical: Tiny interior that's difficult to maneuver when it gets packed. The servers are always stressed out, it's always super crowded. The hostess team seems confused and will ask you to move after seating you. This happened 2 times to me on my last experience here, while we had food and drinks on the table. Not only that, but the hostess was incredibly rude about it. Tips for trying to enjoy your experience: 1. Before going, research the best night to stop by, as they have different events (KYI Drag, Open Jam nights, 50% booze nights, etc.) 2. Go early to avoid the angry bustling service staff. If you have a chance to reserve the caboose in the back.. go for it. Awesome outdoor seating area. 3. There's street parking, which can be a bit tricky to locate depending on the time of day or night that you're in the area. There are parking garages, street, and meter parking in the area. Overall: This place has lost the glamour that once made it unique. I've seen enough Hullabalo and will not being returning. read more

Sat at the bar on a Monday after spring break season. Was in from Oregon to fish offshore on a buddy's 60 footer. Mahi Mahi every night. Capped it off with a couple of days in PB. Knew I had to try Hullabaloo because of their great reviews. Christina , my server and bartender took it from there. Friendly, attractive and knowledgeable, not to mention a great mixologist, Christina guided me to one of the best offerings on the menu - the Roasted Pork and Porcini Mushroom Risoto. Fabulous! I especially appreciated the shelled crispy Brussels Sprouts (which she lovingly shells herself!). My wife is constantly trying to get me to eat BSprouts, but this is one (at Hullabaloo) is one to add to her recipes! Excellent. Compliments to the chef(s) and Christina who made it all fun (tasty) and easy. Easy to understand the people who love this place AND those who don't (and write a few bad reviews). DONT come her when it is high season and expect this group of local geniuses to be able to scale up slammin capacity crowds with the volume production. They're more likely to stay on their quality promise than server your bus load of folks who are blasting through town during peak season expecting to be impressed.
