    Tuna carpaccio

We visited humble oyster for their second annual oyster day. Knowing how popular it was last year, we made sure to get in line before they opened. Our table started with drinks. I ordered their grapefruit spritz which is a refreshing twist on a classic spritz made with prosecco and Fever-Tree grapefruit. They offered $1 oyster bites- freshly shucked oysters paired with their signature house-made mignonettes: dumpling, michelada, rosé, and pickle cucumber. All 5 stars! Our table shared the Tuna Carpaccio which is ahi tuna loin slivers pounded thin, topped with crispy capers, fresh chives cava vinaigrette, olive oil, sea salt, chives. Served with bread. My absolute favorite! My husband wanted to try their short rib buns, he said they were really fantastic. I'm glad he enjoyed them because he prefers meat over raw fish, hehe! I wanted to try their new summer item, the ahi tuna tostadas. YUM! They were so good! Fresh, crispy and piled high. They were extremely overwhelmed with all their oyster orders when everyone first came in so we did wait quite some time to get our oyster bites. Half of our order came out and the other half came out maybe 45 min later. We love the food and atmosphere here so that won't keep us from coming back but maybe they need to come up with a different game plan knowing how many people will be ordering oyster bites and oysters on oyster day.

Another great night at Humble Oysters and Bubbles. We arrived during low tide and enjoyed a grapefruit spritz, social soda, and the champagne sangria. The champagne sangria was so good! Will definitely get that again. We had the lobster bisque, the sliders & social, and a bottle of champagne with a dozen oysters. When you order the bottle and oysters they choose the dozen. The oysters were okay, a little plump for my liking and not the types I would have picked, but it's a good deal so we went with it. We also ordered the Cajun shrimp and angel hair to split because it's just so good! Our server was great, very attentive.

Sienna's service next door at Humble Bistro is fabulous. We ordered the fabulous Kylie sparkling rose and is fabulous! Cauliflower appetizer was good. Would have loved bit more char and crisp.

Came on a light Sunday for happy hour. Good service, tunes and food. If there is one fail it is the portions are a tad small. All the food was tasty and fresh, service with a smile but of course it was Sunday. Would come again even with the smaller than expected portions.

You guys have to check out Humble Oysters and Bubbles! It's so aesthetically pleasing and the food is off the charts! Our server Danny was a ray of sunshine! He guided us through the menu and gave us a fantastic experience! We also got to meet Tim the real MVP! Oyster are to die for (obvi). The mussels in green curry were my favorite! The bar has lots of seating. The restaurant is very spacious and we didn't have a long wait. This is an absolute must go to asap!

Everytime we visit Scottsdale - this is a must!!! Love the oyster bites!! Seafood lasagna is now a must as well. Amazing!!! Great service & amazing food!!

We love this place so much that we keep coming back! The food is delicious, the ambiance is so romantic and the service is impeccable. Peter gave us the best service and we're already planning our next date night here!

Giving 5 stars and an honest review. The food was phenomenal. Came here for the first time for my birthday with some friends. We started with oysters and ceviche, both were delicious. My friends got the prime rib, Cajun pasta and I ordered the halibut cheeks. Everything was outstanding. Would definitely come back for the food. Now we had a young server who was very nice but forgot our drink orders twice. My friends enjoyed their whiskey and wine but I tried the margarita and a Paloma but was very disappointed. When mentioned to staff, he apologized but made no effort to rectify. Regardless the food was absolutely delightful and we enjoyed the French music. The atmosphere is pretty inviting as well.

We went at around 5:30 on Saturday evening for an early dinner and the place was already packed. The wait was around 20 minutes but the food here was so good, it was totally worth the wait! The Oysters come with Chojang sauce, which is the Korean chili sauce made out of Gochujang, and it pairs amazingly well with the Oysters. The pasta sauce of Cajun Shrimp Angel Hair was a total 10/10 too, we had to order some bread to scrape all the sauce out of the plate. Highly recommend!

Humble Oysters & Bubbles is such a fun, elevated spot -- from the moment you walk in, the East Coast-style décor and chic vibe set the tone, and the staff make the whole night feel easy and welcoming. Our server gave us a great bubbly rosé recommendation to kick things off, and it paired perfectly with the rest of our meal. We went all in on the oysters, and they were incredibly fresh -- exactly what you'd hope for at a place that specializes in them. Each one came out briny, buttery, and ice-cold, and it was fun to mix and match different flavor profiles. We also tried the tuna carpaccio. While it was still good, the caper sauce overpowered the tuna a bit, and I found myself wishing it had been beef instead -- more of a personal preference than a miss. After that, the Short Rib French Dip absolutely stole the show -- tender, juicy, and full of flavor, it was the kind of dish you don't expect at an oyster and bubbles bar but end up craving again. The balance of creative small plates, thoughtful recommendations, and the champagne and sparkling list makes this place really unique for the area. Between the oysters, bubbles, and cozy yet upscale vibe, it's definitely a spot I'd come back to for both casual nights out and special occasions.

One of each oyster available that day.

The oysters are AWESOME. excellent selection for a good price. Very fresh and tasty. I also had the oyster and caviar. A bit small but worth the experience. The champagne sangria was by far the best drink I've had all year. I also had the blackened salmon and Cesar salad. The salmon was far too salty but everything else was good.

Unfortunately, I have not heard back. Below is a copy of that email: Good morning, We came in on Saturday, April 4th, 2026 and ordered the Two 4 One Bubbles special. This is something we have ordered frequently in your establishment, most recently on March 8th, 2026. Every time we have purchased this, the Wycliff bottles have been $25. This means that we should receive 2 bottles for $25.01 based on the special listed on your menu. When we received the check, we were charged $50.01 for the 2 bottles. We pointed out the mistake to the bar tender who said the price was correct. We informed her that we have come here approximately once/month for the last year and the cost has never been $50 for a bottle of Wycliff. She asked another employee to come over and we explained the same issue to her. She (we did not get her name) said she has been a Manager there for several years and that has always been the price. I told her we have ordered this special over the last year and we would never pay $50 for a bottle of Wycliff. She refused to adjust our check. I asked her to show me on a menu where a bottle of Wycliff costs $50. Of course, she was not able to do that because it doesn't exist. We generally are very generous with our tip, as we consider this a good deal and the staff is usually great. - I have attached a copy of the receipt. We would like to continue to frequent Mother Tuckers, as we have always had a good time and like to bring friends visiting from out of town. I am hopeful this was an oversight by your employees and a refund will be put back on my credit card for the overcharge.

I didn't catch her name but the bartender was very friendly and attentive. Right after the drinks arrived the music started. It was so loud! You could feel the base in your chest! We could hardly hear each other talk over the music. Turns out there was a DJ we didn't notice when we walked into the bar. Now, the DJ's music playlist was great. However, it was so loud and played over all the games except they would pause during one of the games once in a while. I suspect they were trying to draw in a crowd but clearly that was not the way to do it when it's game day and people were obviously there to watch the games. We wanted to try something to eat off the menu but only stayed for a drink and left. It was just a miserable atmosphere with the loud music at 1pm in the afternoon. Lastly, we noticed the receipt had a "venue fee" charge. What is that and why? Why are we paying to sit at a bar? Just be aware of added fees charged to your ticket.

To me a $30 cheese plate would not come with a container of honey mustard so I was not impressed. When I asked what cheeses were on it they told me there was 2 different cheddars. Based on how this place is described and marketed, we were expecting an intimate, vintage-feeling evening where we could sit down, have a cocktail, listen to jazz, and enjoy the atmosphere. That was not our experience. There were definitely things we liked. The location was great, the overall theme and decor were beautiful, the lighting created a great atmosphere, and we enjoyed the food and drinks. The service was also very good. However, the entertainment was a huge miss and completely took us out of the experience. We walked in and the band was performing "Genie in a Bottle," followed by other current/recent pop songs, Backstreet Boys songs, and "Creep." The singer was repeatedly screaming into the microphone and encouraging everyone to scream and make noise. At one point, while sitting in what is supposed to be a speakeasy, we were literally listening to him sing "creep" which is one of the most depressing songs of all time. It felt much more like being at a loud dive bar or country bar than an intimate 1920s inspired speakeasy. My biggest issue is that the entertainment did not match the experience being advertised. You can decorate a room beautifully and make it look like the 1920s, but when the soundtrack is "Genie in a Bottle," "Creep," and Backstreet Boys songs being loudly belted into a microphone, the illusion disappears pretty quickly. The noise level also made it difficult to simply sit, have a drink, talk, and enjoy the space. We specifically chose this place because we wanted that relaxed jazz/speakeasy experience, and that simply wasn't what we got. The cocktail selection was another disappointment. For a speakeasy-style bar, I expected a stronger selection of specialty bourbon and whiskey cocktails. The prices also felt excessive for the overall experience. On top of the already-high prices, we paid a $20 entertainment cover ($10 per person) specifically for the band. I wouldn't have minded paying a cover for quality live entertainment that fit the advertised atmosphere, but the artist was not particularly impressive and, more importantly, the music didn't fit the theme at all. There is a lot of potential here. The space itself is beautiful, the service was good, and they nailed many of the visual details. Unfortunately, the entertainment is such a major part of a speakeasy experience that it overshadowed everything else for us. If you're specifically looking for jazz, flapper-era music, and an authentic-feeling 1920s speakeasy atmosphere, I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

When we first walked in, the restaurant was beautifully decorated and had a great vibe, so we were excited for the evening. Unfortunately, we were seated all the way in the back, in the room where they serve breakfast. There were no decorations, no atmosphere, and it was extremely quiet compared to the lively setting we had seen when we walked in. There was also another family in the room with a screaming infant. We have kids ourselves, so we completely understand that babies cry, but combined with the lack of atmosphere, it made the experience even less enjoyable. We politely asked if we could be moved to the main dining area, but they were unable to accommodate us. Since we were there specifically to celebrate a birthday and were looking for a fun, celebratory atmosphere, we decided to leave after having one appetizer and water. This simply was not the experience we were expecting when making a reservation for a birthday celebration. If we had known we would be seated in that back room with such a different atmosphere from the main restaurant, we would have made other plans. Thankfully, the evening was saved by Kembara across the way. My husband spoke with their manager while I closed out our bill, and despite us having no reservation, they went out of their way to accommodate us and make my son's birthday feel special. Their kindness and willingness to help truly turned the evening around.
