Personally, I loved Hummus house! I thought the portions were great for the price. They do offer dine in seating. You order at the front and there are several tables. It's a chill, simple restaurant. I usually create my own salad. I've tried their Chipotle Hummus , Guacamole Hummus and Red Pepper Hummus. They're all amazing! I ordered a salad from The Hummus House through Uber Eats and I have to say I was a little underwhelmed. I had been wanting to try them for awhile, so I was left feeling a little disappointed. I ordered the "Create your own salad" and added chicken as my protein option. I should have skipped it. It ruined my whole salad. The chicken had a gummy texture to it and it was so unappealing that I couldn't finish it. The order cost me a little over $20 and for that, I was expecting an amazing salad, but that's not what I got. My lady and I were in the mood for anything Mediterranean for dinner, and have passed Hummus House countless times but never tried it. After reading other great reviews and drooling over the photos, the decision was made! Despite the traffic in the area, the parking lot was very easy to get in and out of. We spotted people leaving with big bags of takeout and knew we made the right choice. The inside of the restaurant was spotless and quite cozy. In the future I'll try to eat there, but tonight was to go! The young lady that helped us was VERY patient with our first-timer questions. The bowls she made us were so full of food and quite heavier than I expected. We finished the order with a jumbo hummus, trying both Guacamole and Roasted Garlic. As you can see from the photo: it is a ton of food. With tip it was close to $40 but it provided us a fulfilling dinner AND delicious leftovers for lunch. So this place is pretty much a custom place where you customized your lunch meal. It had the chipotle feel but more hummus etc options. The price for this meal was pretty steep and at the time I had no option but to eat lunch here. I'm not big on wraps but it was what I settled for and it was ok. Pricey but ok. Would I go back ? Once I gave it a try about a year or so ago, ii has been my go to for healthy and Mediterranean food. You can build your own pita, salad bowl or rice bowl. They have some suggestions if you don't want to create your own and they are pretty tasty. I always get the Chicken Bowl but I have tried the Southwest rice bowl and their Chicken Pita and both were delicious! The chicken is super tasty and marinated in a delightful mix of spices that makes the bowl yummy and tasty. The place is clean, gets a lot of traffic and to go orders. 4.5 stars Didn't actually mean to come here but the restaurant we originally planned to go to was unexpectedly closed and this was close by. What a great find! We were greeted warmly upon entering. The restaurant is a counter service/build your own style. It was very clean and bright inside. There's kiosks if you'd prefer to order that way. We wanted to explore the offerings a bit so we opted for the kiosk so we could look through everything. My girlfriend and I each did the build your own rice bowl but they also had a pita wrap option and salads. The bowl is a little pricier than some places ($14) but honestly kind of worth it. It was quite big and very filling. Definitely enough to get full n have a second filling meal. You have the option of selecting a grain, a green, up to 11 toppings, sauces and one of 5 hummus options. We got the roasted tomato pesto and the roasted garlic and both were quite good. We added some pita bread and that was a good choice it was very soft and smelled like olive oil. It was $4.49 for like 6 pieces of pita triangles n a hummus. I used to be a big fan of the University Blvd location as well as this one. But on my last few visits, the food definitely didn't taste super fresh. The chicken had kind of a gamey, processed flavor which I had never noticed before. The bacon tasted cheap and was undercooked. Also, the entire place had a smell like it either needed a deep cleaning or had been cleaned with a very smelly cleaning product. Either way, it was off-putting. It was fairly quiet on a Friday evening but still decided to try the express order machines.. Plenty of seating inside the restaurant, and service was very fast. Took our food to go, but waited at a table until a member of staff called my name and brought the food over to us! I used to crave Hummus House almost every day, and while the food still seems good, the fact that they removed two of my favorite options is incredibly sad. Removing the Salsa Hummus was one thing, a decision I could forgive if it wasn't selling well, but removing the vegan cheese from the vegan Philly CHEESE Steak and offering cow juice cheese instead makes me big sad. Please, current Hummus House owner, reconsider this travesty of justice and restore vegan cheese to your menu. The vegans of central Florida (and our lactose intolerant brothers and sisters) will thank you for it! We ordered 2 Gyro Pita $8.79 each and added falafel to one fir an additional $1.69, Salad $10.31, fries $3.49, XL Hummus $4.29, Pita Chips $2.39, 2 pieces of baklava $ $4.79, 1 snickerdoodle cookie $1.69 and 3 fountain drinks $7.47. This casual cafe is set up similar to a Moe's or Chipotle where you select your food and follow it being made down the line as you pick your ingredients. There are just 10 tables in this restaurant and they are all inside. The food is pretty tasty and service is nice. For the three of us the total was over $58 so it's not inexpensive. They have several flavors of hummus to choose from and we tried the roasted red pepper, garlic and guacamole Hummus. read more

Hummus House is one of my favorite places to get falafel locally. They have great wraps and I love their delicious selection of hummus! My husband usually gets the gyro and I always get the falafel, of course. Service is quick and friendly but know your order... because they are ready and if you take too long to decide you will be holding up the line. So, know what you want before hand. I wish they had some more options for toppings (no pickled onions? saaaadddd) Sometimes the pita starts to come apart the moment you bite into it so be prepared for a messy eat... but a delicious one. A large variety of hummus to choose from is the perfect addition to your pita or as a side dish. I enjoyed a chicken pita (they're really thin and stuffed and wrapped like a burrito) with many veggies, tabouleh, tzaziki, traditional hummus. We ordered a jumbo container of the garlic hummus, which was super yummy on its own, but also a fabulous addition to my pita. We also had a piece of baklava for dessert and it did not disappoint! The portions are large and super filling! Prices also align pretty well with other Build Your Own restaurant; around $10 depending on certain additions. The staff also deserves to be praised. I have only the best things to say about Hummus House. We were instantly greeted and welcomed by staff. Since we had never been there the staff answered all of our questions and when I asked about how fresh the falafel was he offered each of us a sample. The falafel is made to order so it is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A perfect combination. For a healthy fast-casual restaurant, this one is now a new favorite. It's the chipotle for salads, but with a fun twist because there Is the addition of the hummus, and at least five different flavors to choose from at that. You can choose to get a wrap and a bowl as well, but I wanted a build your own salad. Many different protein choices. I love that they have the option for gyro meat, so obviously I went with that. You can get your hummus and dressings on the side of you don't want it on the salad, and they also offer pita at a slight charge to dip in your hummus if you want. I ordered avocado hummus which was super strange but oddly delicious. I really enjoyed their chipotle hummus the most though. My salad came with a heaping portion of yummy gyro meat so it was filling but not overly so. I will say it can get a bit pricey for a salad depending on if you get pita or any other upcharges, but at least you have the option of any of the hummus flavors and as many toppings as you want no extra charge. Hummus house is one of my go-to quick service places that I can't get enough of. I'm here on the regular and I'm not sorry about it. Honestly the food options are all really amazing. I usually get a rice bowl with spinach and chicken, tons of toppings (including their chipotle ranch - SO good!), and garlic hummus. I'm a big man and this bowl is usually a great amount of food for a meal. Sometimes I can't even finish it. I've had their burrito with lamb as well and it's so much food too. Honestly I don't think you'll leave this place hungry, and if you do it might be your own fault. ;) All their ingredients are so fresh and all the types of hummus are delicious. Get the grilled pita bread too... whatever they put on it is a winning combo cause it's delicious. I take all my out of town guests here and I have yet to find someone that doesn't like it, and isn't impressed. This is a fast casual spot where you choose your protein and ingredients in front of you. I always like to go with the chicken when I get a rice bowl, and a gyro pita with Greek vinaigrette when I go that route. The Hummus is absolutely PRIME here, go with the roasted garlic! I am addicted. I never wait more than 5-7 minutes for my food. If you come in often enough, the staff does a great job on remembering what you normally order. They also have one of those Coke machines where you can basically get whatever drink you want to pour out of. Once you make your selection, it's a build-your-own experience. I was a little nervous that there wouldn't be enough food to sustain me in a pita, but boy was I wrong. I got a pita with traditional gyro meat, which was put on the grill at the beginning of my order. From there, the options for what went in the pita seemed endless.
