Ordered delivery from Hunan Dynasty and was pretty disappointed. The sesame chicken was mediocre. Fairly sweet and lacked the tangy and spicy elements that make Sesame Chicken and favorite. The chicken lo mein thin undercooked noodles and while there was generous amount of chicken, it was fairly dry and flavorless. I typically find crab cream cheese wontons a safe bet at most places, but these were also a miss, arriving slightly overcook making them dry and lack much flavor as well. Worst of all was the Mongolian beef -- extremely dry and tough with a fairly unpleasant flavor. $90 on Uber Eats and we didn't even want to keep the leftovers. Not likely to order again. read more

Delicious food and large tasty portions. The chicken mushroom soup is not to be missed, thick with chunks of goodies. The spare ribs are large perfectly bbqd and very meaty. We had bbq rice, a shrimp dish, beef with vegetables, mah goo gy pan. All dishes had generous protein portions. Service was excellent, attentive and polite. I have been here a few times as I live right across the street. The quality is different every time and it's really hit or miss depending on the day. They do have a pretty extensive menu, and I really liked their Singapore noodle dish. The dishes that are marked as "spicy" usually come way too spicy or not spicy at all depending on the cook that day. The wait staff is super friendly and pleasant. The food is very tasty, however, too much celery, and all the vegetables and meat need to be cut into smaller pieces. Not exactly like eating a celery stalk but close. I ordered kung pao chicken, my favorite dish, and I really needed a knife to cut the food into bite-sized pieces. I love the ambiance--it is so beautiful, very orientally decorated. Even the metal glasses they serve water in are beautiful. I've been searching for a place like this for a while, so I'm thrilled we decided to try Hunan Dynasty. Everything about it was great--from the decor to the soothing sound of the fish tank to the elderly couples scattered around the room. It seemed like most of their business is take-out, but we really enjoyed dining in. The dining area definitely had space for larger groups as well. Our server was fantastic--clearly passionate about the food, and I can see why. We started with egg rolls (which they split onto two plates for us without us asking--adorable). For dinner, we had Mongolian Beef and General Tao's Chicken, both served hot and delicious. I'm so glad we found this gem in our neighborhood! We'll definitely be coming back regularly. read more

Our family's favorites are: crab rangoon's, teriyaki beef, General tsao chicken, lemon, chicken and chicken teriyaki. I also love the weight staff at the restaurant. I was going to go home and cook dinner, I was stopping by King Soopers and saw this place, we have received their menu fliers in the mail and have always wanted to try it. It was very pleasant and warm, the staff was very polite and welcoming, I ordered some appetizers, egg roles, scallion pancakes and for my dinner I ordered the Sesame Mushroom with white rice. The food was delicious and I loved the scallion pancakes and definitely recommend trying them, the sesame mushroom was perfect. The menu has lots of great dishes and I can't wait to visit again, it will be my new Chinese Restaurant away from home. Definitely worth trying. read more

We went there on Thursday and our normal server wasn't there, some rude guy waited on us instead. My daughter ordered a large egg drop soup, like she always does. She said her soup tasted funny. So I tasted it, OMG it tasted like an ashtray!! Absolutely disgusting!! I told the server what it tasted like and he said "if you don't like it, you don't like". Food is pretty good but there are better options for main dishes in the area, the fried rice and egg drop soup are some of the best in Colorado. I would say its definitely top 2 on my favorites for Chinese cuisine. Dining ambience is pretty standard experience I recommend getting some tea if you're planning on doing so just to add to the depth. My kids got Chicken Pad Thai and Happy Family. They absolutely loved it! I had Meatball Pho. It was okay, not bad. The meatball was a little tough, broth was a little bland but still okay as I put sriracha and hoisin. Overall, great dining experience. Our waitress was pleasant and we had a great time chatting with her. I've also experienced their delivery service as well. I ordered Pad Thai, Sesame Chicken, Combo Lo Mein, and Sweet & Sour Pork.
