    Chicken Hibachi
    Kiera B.

After not eating all day, I was starving and brought a bunch of out-of-town friends here raving about it since I had it last year and it was good and I wish I did not order the Hibachi! They were super busy at all locations since tens of thousands of people flocked to Atlanta last weekend, which I'm fine with because they were busy last year when I went as well. Right after we had ordered, they actually stopped taking orders for a bit so they could clear the place out! My food was done probably in 20 or 30 minutes, looked great when it was shown to me, but after eating it, I can say that the chicken was quite literally the only good part. The rice and vegetables tasted like it was bought in the freezer section at a store, definitely not fried fresh and you can tell the difference. I ended up only eating the chicken and throwing the rest away. Running a place with high demand I can understand if it is from the freezer because orders need to go out in a timely manner, but it was unacceptable and really surprised me coming from you guys. I'll still give my business to you, but I'll never get the Hibachi again.

Disappointed AF. I didn't want or plan to do this review but after experiencing the greatest disappointment in my 9 years of being a Yelp Elite I have no choice. Let me start by saying I think all neighborhoods should have diverse options. This franchise offers comfort food. But they lack proper service, customer care and upkeep. I really would like this spot to succeed, but it needs an overhaul. The parking lot doesn't offer security, but confusion. Be warned. Clearly they've had a recent break-in. A part of the entrance door is boarded up. The actually ordering area is just as questionable as the parking lot. The floor is dirty, I decided to look past it. And think of it as a dive bar. I ordered a combo. Pasta and wings. After a longer than usual wait. I received my food. The portion was humble. The wings were on the skimpy side. Then I smelled a foul sitting water smell in the establishment. That was all I needed. I hope that this establishment uses these high prices to fix up and maintain the restaurant. It wouldn't hurt to offer even a salad. Or offer higher wages to staff, so that they don't beg for tips. I'll be taking a break from eating out for a minute. Atlanta is allowing more of the same without proper inspection. Guess I'll be cooking all my meals for a minute.

This Hungry AF location is fairly new to the area. There was a lot of hoopla about it when it first opened. I remember seeing long lines for its grand opening on social media. Things have calmed down since then, and since we were in the area, we decided to stop in and give it a try. It is located in the Publix shopping center on Panoa Rd, so there is plenty of shared parking. We entered and were immediately welcomed in. When we got to the counter to order, the young lady was very pleasant and ready to take our order. I looked around and noticed that the interior was small. There were some counters along the wall and windows, but no actual tables for interior dining. We quickly reviewed the menu displayed on the wall. I ordered the Hibachi Rice with chicken. Wifey ordered the Rasta Pasta with shrimp. Those two entrées rang up to $41, which I thought was a little pricey. We were then informed it would be a 20 minute wait, that was little longer than expected. I set a timer on my phone and we headed over to Publix. The timer went off, we made our way back, but the food was still not ready. I had to ask about our order and it ended up taking more like 30+ mins to call our ticket. We packed up the food and headed out. When we settled in at home and opened the containers, the food looked good with nice portion sizes. My hibachi dish had big sliced chicken breast on top. Wifey enjoyed her Rasta Pasta and I tasted a corner. It had a nice spice level with good seasoning. I might have liked it a little better than mine. Overall, the food was good but pricey and we had a longer than expected wait time. 3.5 Rating

I had the smash and chicks with honey garlic wings my daughter enjoyed the hungry AF combo with lemon pepper wings and shrimp Alfredo. Both meals was delicious. The service was good by destiny. The decor was cool I love the name actually and the music. It was loud tho I could barely think about what I wanted. We both tried the blue kool aid for our drink. This is a place I would eat at again. The prices are high but You should try it.

The shrimp pasta and hibachi was good! Service was good too. No where to sit though, but I'd come back.

I ordered 100 wings to go for a holiday party and I was not disappointed. The wings were ready when I arrived. The customer service was everything and my order was correct. The staff was very friendly so don't fear. The wings were delicious . I will definitely use them again. I'm from Memphis and I know good wings.

Our friend hyped this place up but let me throw out my disclaimer. I am from Birmingham and I repeat no one, I mean no one can compare to their wings. Call me bias!!! Anywho, we were greeted at the counter with friendly faces who gave us all the details on their wing flavors. The hubby and I both ordered Tre Young and hot LP. The hot LP was underwhelming but the Tre young was pretty decent. The star of the show was honestly their juices! I do plan to return to Hungry AF to try the honey ranch which is such an odd flavor but I'm here for it.

I have been wanting to try Hungry AF since very first location on Candler Rd. Finally, got to try at the location near my home in Kennesaw. Tried it Friday, 11/14/205 and went back Sunday, 11/16/2025 for same meal. Food delicious . Pickup can be a bit confusing but everyone is friendly.

My son loves wings and he saw this wing place on social media and wanted to try. There's normally line but he went on a Sunday soon as they opened and there was no wait. The food was on the pricey side, however, the portions were good. I ordered wings and shrimp pasta. The pasta was mediocre. The wings had a good sauce but outside out that, not much seasoning. Not worth the hype in my opinion

Hungry A.F. has it all. Philly cheese steaks are proper. Fries and crispy. Fried rice is nice. Pasta is delicious. It's amazing! Staff is friendly and attentive. Food was fire! And the playlist slapped

Rasta pasta with salmon. Delicious very flavorful. Make sure you like hot because it is hot salmon cooked perfectly.

Rasta pasta with salmon very spicy, but overall good. The servant size is perfect. You can probably eat twice depending on how much you eat.

I love hungry af. Ever since I moved down the street it has become a staple. However, today I went in because I noticed the lobby wasn't jumping and it was the best idea ever because I was able to put my order in quick ! (normally it's jumping from open to close any other time I come and would be the only reason I'd rate it lo). Today the overall atmosphere was nice, music was chill and the lobby was as well. The food was bussin' per usual and the service was quick - my past did take a while but I assume because they made it to order. I ordered the newly added chicken Rasta pasta and was NOT disappointed.

We have spent a significant amount of money here and considered it one of our special places to catch up and spend quality time together. During our Sunday recent visit, we started at the bar with appetizers and drinks. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to stay for dinner and asked for a table. Although we were initially given one, the hostess. She was apparently new. She had a conversation with a server and then returned to tell us that we had to remain at the bar because we started there, and cannot transfer to a table. It was clear that the decision appeared to be based on protecting a server's section and earning potential rather than providing guest service. When I asked for a manager, the situation was not handled appropriately, and it was obvious that servers are in control of this restaurant, not management. Unbeknownst to me after all these years. A restaurant should prioritize its guests--not allow server preferences to dictate the guest experience. After years of loyalty and substantial spending, this experience was unacceptable. We will not be returning, and it is unfortunate that such a long-standing family tradition ended this way.

I'll start with the good which was the appearance of the restaurant and the service. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with indoor and outdoor seating as well as a bar. Although we had to wait an hour for our 7:15p reservation, the hosts were incredibly kind and gave us complementary drinks for the inconvenience. After standing in a busy walkway for an extended amount of time, we were finally seated. Our table was in a good location in the restaurant but we did have to deal with a bit of wobbling that was fixed by the server and a few gnats and flies. Our server was very nice and very informative as we ordered but seemed to get distracted at times due to how busy the restaurant was. The food and drinks were fine but not necessarily worth the hassle and wait. It wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped but the ingredients seemed to be fresh. It was a nice touch to have fresh Parmesan cheese grated table side with our meals. All in all, I don't think I would go out of my way to visit this restaurant again but it's worth giving a try if you are craving Italian and happen to be in the area.
