I've waited almost an hour for two pizzas at one point but then there's times where it'll be ready in 25 minutes or less. Luck of the draw there I guess. As far as ambiance goes, really not much to say about it. The lobby area is always nice and clean, just not a lot of standing room if you don't want to wait for your order in the car. Overall, I'm in the mood for a good deep dish from here every once in a while but for the most part, It's not my first or even second choice on pizza places.
