I did notice while inside waiting on my order that they sell by the slice so that's awesome if you have a group and you can't all agree on the same toppings. Can't order since they charge 5 dollar delivery fee and then add a mandatory 20% tip on the entire total presumably for the driver regardless of order size as if its harder to drive and carry 5 pizzas to the door instead of 1. Coming from Brooklyn and NYC, always looking for the pizza I grew up with. The pizza here is the best we've had in Vancouver or Portland. One thing that really sticks out is the crust. I usually don't eat much crust but the crust here is excellent. Slices are about $5 and they are huge. This will be our pizza place from now on. read more

Great slices of pizza! one slice equals almost 2 regular sized slices. The best one I had was the combo - which was sausage cup pepperoni, red onion with black olives, and mushrooms. Delish! I also got an IPA from my local brewery Company in Vancouver, Washington. unfortunately I did not write down the name of it, but it was a pretty good IPA. Slices start at $4 for a cheese slice, $5 for the Pepporoni and $6 for the Combo ones. They are Artisan-style slices. Next time I go in there, I will update this review by taking some pictures of the slices and micro brewery ! I definitely would recommend this place. We were exhausted when we pulled into Vancouver for graduation weekend and we were all craving pizza. We sat down and ordered grub hub for The Thirsty Sasquatch. Sometimes they are friendly, but a lot of the time they just act grumpy. Was really looking forward to trying out a local restaurant with vegan pizza options. Sadly, I was disappointed. First time I called to place a take out order I was told to call back closer to the time I wanted to pick up, because they couldn't take orders at all in advance. Strange, but okay, I called back in an hour. I ordered a vegan fungus pizza and half garden salad with vegan dill ranch. When I arrived, the gal at the register couldn't find the order. Another staff member helped her locate it in the system and told me it just wasn't out yet. No problem. I proceeded to pay and it was brought out as I was signing the receipt. Here's where the real disappointment started. I got into my car and went to take a bite. It was luke warm! By the time I got home, 5-10 minutes later, it was cold. I was parked across the street in a Pho Haven spot due to parking shortages, so I didn't want to go back inside to complain. The salad was semi-fresh, but had some bad pieces, leading me to believe both pizza and salad had been sitting around for a while. I will say the vegan ranch was delicious! Just wish I had about 4 times more of it for the salad and crusts. Definitely NOT worth the price! I missed the roasted garlic and fennel too. Toppings were sparse. Only mushrooms appeared to be criminis. For a $36 pizza, I would expect some wild varieties of mushrooms too, cloves of roasted garlic, and toppings galore. Best pizza in Vancouver! My husband and I have made it our personal goal to find the best pizza place in Vancouver-- we've almost tried them all! We hold our pizza to a high standard, we compare every pizza to the gold standard in our opinion which is Apizza Scholls in Portland. Sasquatch definitely can hold a candle to Apizza Scholls! We stopped in for a slice which is a nice offering, and we'll definitely be placing a to go order for a pie next time! The pizza is delicious! Thin NY style, foldable crust but not soggy (round of applause) and perfect ratio of cheese, sauce and toppings! Service was fine. Atmosphere is good, we preferred to sit outside. Pinball machines are a cool attraction. Apizza Scholls is definitely more of a fine dining pizza experience, served with a side of snobbery but their chewy crust is impossible to beat, it is the GOAT after all. The crust (when not burnt) is the real winner here imo. Caputo flour is clutch when it comes down to dough. My only gripe is the sauce ratio: needs more sauce. I'd think with the pie the sizes they are, whatever liquid is in the sauce evaporates leaving more of a paste taste rather than a sauce taste. Noisy gaming machines in the middle of the restaurant might be great for kids and teens. Many people must not mind because it was busy on a Saturday night.
