Our server wasn't very personable but also not rude or terrible. I felt a little rushed even with a small menu. Being that I had never been there before, I wasn't sure what to get so I pretty much just blurted out whatever. What we ordered: 1) Black deluxe chicken paitan with pork - the broth was so tasty, it was absolutely delicious. The pork slices were generous, however, it was DRY. 2) Pork chashu - for my kid. They loved the broth as well and also felt that the pork slices were dry. I wanted to give 4 out of 5 stars, but I am going to hand them a 3. I loved the tasty broth, but the pork was too dry. How could you mess that up as a ramen restaurant? The portions looked a little smaller than what I am used to paying for much less money. That photo of my black deluxe chicken paitan with pork is very deceiving. It looks like a lot, but it definitely wasn't. I usually can't finish my bowl of ramen in one sitting and take the other half home. I barely had any broth in there, and being that the broth was very good, I was disappointed to run out of it before I was even done with the noodles and meat. Would I return? Sure. I liked the food. It's not a place I would go out of my way to eat at, but if I was around the neighborhood and wanted ramen, I would dine there again.

They offer a variety of things including popcorn chicken, chicken skewers, beef ribs, tempura, potatoes cakes, and Spam fried rice. I picked up popcorn chicken and Spam fried rice today and I enjoyed both! Right next to the buffet there's a station that cranks out fresh (packaged) sushi. I had to get back on task to look for the kelp noodles! I ended up asking one of the employees for assistance. Lucky for me, he happened to be in charge of the noodle section. Unfortunately, they currently don't carry kelp noodles.
