Went to get my eyebrow piercing swapped out, and it was done super painfully and poorly. When I went in the area around my piercing was already a bit irritated due to the long length of my jewelry but now it is extremely swollen and way more irritated than before. I've had this piercing before and the jewelry changed out by my piercer 2 times, both of which were quick and painless. Including my first review from a few months ago (forgot to post) and another from my second visit today- both awesome! 1st visit: had the best experience at the shop today- CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL AND GOOD WORK! Everything you want to see when getting your body modified ! I forgot to ask the name of the chick that did my piercing for me, but she was great ! ( I'm sure all of them are and I love that they have female piercers !) I went into get one of my n*pples re-pierced after a mishap from another shop that was partially their fault and partially mine- no problem either way. I called the shop after calling a few others and really just like the vibe of the place and even the way they were efficient at answering the phone and answering quick questions! ( I had to call twice because I forgot to ask a quick question and no one was annoyed or anything by that. They also were having a Halloween special today so 25 or 30 off piercings ( mine was 25$ off and I think it was supposed to be 30$ but I wasn't complaining- that's super fair pricing ! ) and 60$ off tattoos! I also did a drop in and only had to wait 40 ish minutes max - awesome! I've had to wait longer for a shop I've actually had an appointment for ! They are extremely professional in that they require you to fill out paperwork the second you walk in the door and then include a copy of your ID with their copy of your info. I even saw a super young girl ( didn't even have an ID) trying to get something done and she asked if she could just "FaceTime" her parents in to give their consent while she provided her birth cert. (lol I guess we've all been there but she was really tryin it HAHA). The gentleman at the desk informed her gently but firmly that her parents had to be IN THE BUILDING with her. 2nd visit today- went in to treat myself to a navel piercing and again- 10/10 experience. Called in prior to arriving but didn't make any appointments- still got my work done within 10 minutes of arriving. Today my piercer was Bella and they were so great! This piercing was also a super old redo and she was super focused on getting the piercing exactly centered in on my body and the piercing itself while being done was almost painless !! Appropriately priced and included jewelry that is a great size for a healing process (ie- SMALL). Loved it again! Also side note several months later, with proper care- the piercing from first visit healed AMAZINGLY- could not have been happier. In comparison with other shops I've been to- I would absolutely recommend Hustle and will def be back. read more

Went in for the 2/$40 piercings deal on Friday to get my nose and daith pierced. I feel like I got lucky because there was no line when I got there. Price also includes jewelry which was CRAZY to me! The inside of the shop is very nice and the guys working were great.
