Things to note: they offer free estimates, but if you need troubleshooting like we did, the current rate is $200 the first hour and $100 per additional hour needed. If it's a simple fix like ours, you pay the troubleshooting cost plus any materials used. They were able to replace our breaker for us the same day as the scheduled diagnostic which was a great peace of mind for us. For more involved repairs, they provide an estimate before you give the okay to move forward. Their prices are more than fair for our area. I called on a Sunday intending to leave a message but Jeremiah answered the phone and actually tried to walk me through several quick fixes before sending a technician out and charging me. I really appreciated that but of course the quick fixes didn't work this time. Monday morning the office contacted me and said they could have a technician here between nine and 11. As 11 approached they contacted me again telling me that their technician was running a bit late at a previous job but that he would be here by noon. Sure enough at noon he arrived! He was very polite and thorough and spent a good amount of time troubleshooting my issue. When he finally found the junction box responsible for my problem hidden in my attic, He worked quickly to remedy the situation and before I knew it everything was fixed. Napa Electric was paid to run Cat5e Ethernet cabling throughout 8 newly built units. In the process multiple cables were nicked and some outright cut. Napa Electric's technicians used dozens of UR connectors to patch cables throughout the property and told my client "AT&T will figure it out." Picture attached shows one of the bundles of UR connectors on the Ethernet cables that Napa Electric left. Lots of folks are saying they're great, but definitely avoid for low-voltage work.
