Even though his schedule was already full that day, Don made the time to come out between appointments and quickly fixed the issue. When I asked what the emergency visit would cost, he simply said, "Don't worry about it--just call us to schedule your water heater service." Since my system was due for service, I went ahead and scheduled it. They did a fantastic job, taking the time to fully flush and descale the unit and remove mineral buildup. Everyone I interacted with--from start to finish--was incredibly nice, down-to-earth, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I called on a Sunday intending to leave a message but Jeremiah answered the phone and actually tried to walk me through several quick fixes before sending a technician out and charging me. I really appreciated that but of course the quick fixes didn't work this time. Monday morning the office contacted me and said they could have a technician here between nine and 11. As 11 approached they contacted me again telling me that their technician was running a bit late at a previous job but that he would be here by noon. Sure enough at noon he arrived! He was very polite and thorough and spent a good amount of time troubleshooting my issue. When he finally found the junction box responsible for my problem hidden in my attic, He worked quickly to remedy the situation and before I knew it everything was fixed. I can't speak highly enough to their professionalism or their communication or just the friendly nature of everyone at AAE that I interacted with! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I've been working with a customer of Napa Electric for several years now trying to diagnose…read morenetworking/Ethernet issues. Finally figured out what happened. Napa Electric was paid to run Cat5e Ethernet cabling throughout 8 newly built units. In the process multiple cables were nicked and some outright cut. Napa Electric's technicians used dozens of UR connectors to patch cables throughout the property and told my client "AT&T will figure it out." Picture attached shows one of the bundles of UR connectors on the Ethernet cables that Napa Electric left. Lots of folks are saying they're great, but definitely avoid for low-voltage work.

I could tell that Beau had quite a lot of experience and I felt confident that his crew would exceed my expectations and I was right. His plumbers Eric and Daniel along with Beau showed up exactly on time to do the installation of a new flexible gas line to our backyard firepit and a separate gas line to our firebox inside our home for a new gas insert. Eric and Daniel were extremely professional, friendly, and do great work! Their expertise is obvious. They also completed the job well ahead of schedule. What I got were delays, denials and blame placing. My mistakes are that I trusted him initially , continued to hope for satisfactory results even after the lies became obvious, and paying by Zelle before completion. The results: frustration, uncertainty, increased costs, sloppy work, and a project that I must now pay another contractor to finish. Frankly, I feel foolish... the Grifter really played me.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work Franklin performed on my house…read more I had a very bad slab leak which was causing my floor to be hot and water to come up through the floor, which also damaged my floor. This process was a HUGE headache. I called a leak detection company, and all they did was come out and use some sort of sonor equipment. They "located the leak" and put tape on the floor, to mark the spot but told me they needed to break concrete in order to get to the pipe, and fix the leak. I didn't go with it because I figured $15,000.00 was way too much. I called another local plumber and all he did was cut holes in my walls looking for GOD KNOWS WHAT. And worse HE REEKED OF MARIJUANA. He cut a bunch of holes in my walls just to tell me he can't fix it. Keep in mind this is DAY 2 OF NO WATER... By the third day I am extremely frustrated and angry at this situation. I go to Lowe's to try to see what I can buy so that I can at least shower and I see the CM PLUMBING truck. I reached out to Franklin. I explained the situation and in a quick explanation Franklin basically mapped out my whole house. even though he had never been to my house. He was very cheerful and he seemed so eager and happy to help me out. Jokingly I said "you're my new plumber" and he responded with " I'm not just a plumber, I'm your best friend". He came to my house and within 2 hours he located the leak, stopped it. And turned my water back on. Turned out it was the kitchen sink pipe. He came back the next day and rerouted the pipe.. without having to break the concrete floor... And he even did me the favor of replacing my toilet with no additional charge. (I bought it of course) Wow I am just amazed. I highly recommended this company. And I will definitely be calling back. THANK YOU CM PLUMBING! AND THANK YOU FRANKLIN!
