We watched the shuttle arrive and leave the airport about 10:15 PM. I've called the hotel about three times asking where the shuttle is at they advise me. He's on his way. He'll be back in 45 minutes and then the last time I've called about 10:48pm they advise me it's gonna be 11 more minutes. I'm not understanding this other hotels have pulled up four and five times over and this one shuttle just ain't available And I'm just sitting here at the airport stranded and cannot get to my car that's parked in their lot!! The shuttle finally arrived at 11:30 p WTF HORRIBLE SHUTTLE SERVICE!'

I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Denver on a work trip for one night. The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. We had a small couch in the room as a living room area. As soon as we walked into the hotel the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful. The next morning they offered a breakfast buffet. They also had a hotel store and Starbucks. I only stayed one night but it was positive experience all together!

Had a lovely stay at the Hyatt place denver airport in October the night before a flight back to nyc. A most excellent hot breakfast with waffle makers - definitely nothing to complain about! Spacious rooms, high speed internet, comfortable beds, oh and I must mention: staff are really nice! Would stay here again if I'm ever in town and want to get rest near the airport!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a small round table, desk, sink and bar area, couch and table, and another sink outside of the bathroom. One negative thing about the room is the bathroom. It's pretty small and annoying to get in and out while closing the door since the door opens inwards to the bathtub. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel. They served scrambled eggs, beef chipotle barbacoa, biscuits and gravy, bacon, and veggies. There was also the usual fruits, bread, and cereal. It was very good. Note, the breakfast is NOT free. You have to buy and additional package for it. The drinks at the bar seemed reasonably priced. Average was $10. They have a swimming pool, but no hot tub. Parking is easy. It is about 10 minutes from the airport.

Booked two rooms at this hotel for two nights in August. When we arrive the line was out the door with only 1 receptionist and no one in sight to help. Turns out the hotel overbooked everyone. I told the receptionist that we payed for the booking already. She told me she that she cancelled our reservation and we would receive a refund. Gave us the Asst. General Manager's card with the confirmation number to our cancellation. Of course we never got a refund. Called and emailed the Manager Kevin Navarro several times and never got any response. Mistakes happen so the overbooking is excusable. Not returning a call or an email to make things right gives you a 1 star.

Terrible experience. Waited almost an hour for a shuttle from the airport. The hotel is not in great condition either. Avoid.

The staff are amazing, and go out of their way to ensure that everything is explained and you are set up to have a good time. It was very busy the night we went, but that wasn't an issue since you reserve your space ahead of time. We did both axe throwing and a bay rental for an hour. Renting a golf bay is incredibly cost effective since the cost does not change based on how many people you have (you can have up to 8). And even though I called it a golf bay there are TONS of options to play. The food and drinks (which you can order through a QR code) are also great. We had some wings and they were delicious. TL:DR - an awesome option for a night out with built in activities

It is said that they unveil a brand new theme each year and this year's theme appears to be focused on some Eastern cultures such as cherry blossom and bamboo forest with pandas. Not that I have been to many lights shows and yet I must say that I have never seen anything quite like this as far as my recollection is accurate. In its 12-acre land, the installations of lantern lights are everywhere. After 8:30pm or so when it's dark, the illuminations from the lanterns are glowing brighter than Las Vegas' illuminations (LOL - why am I comparing this to Las Vegas!!) According to the park's website, some of the sculptures are 23-foot tall (such as the cherry blossom gate.) It's currently open from Wednesday through Sunday until October 5th. And last night's was one of the adult-only nights where you must be 21+ to enter (I believe the next and last such night is Sept 17th. And this writing is as of late August of 2025.) I am already curious as to what the next year's theme is going to be. There is a centralized bar, some food vendors, a stage where a performer performs, and a DJ booth. Great for family time, girls' night or date night. Helpful staff were working tirelessly to assist all visitors. Although about 1,300 tickets were sold last night, it was never super jammed packed. There is still time to visit this enchanting light show. Not only for the locals but definitely one of the must-visit attractions for out-of-staters as well.

My digital key worked at first but then disappeared from my Bonvoy app, and the staff couldn't get it to resend. I've stayed at Marriott properties around 25 nights this year and haven't had that issue anywhere else. It's a minor inconvenience, but it's really nice to just use your phone -- worth mentioning. Parking also feels a little shady. You're not told how much you'll be charged when you enter your credit card info in the app, and there's no receipt. I only found out the cost when my credit card alert came through -- that part was definitely irritating. Then it's just the little things in the room that add up. No shelf in the shower, so your toiletries sit on the floor. The shower door doesn't close fully, so the bathroom floods (a lot). A sign in the bathroom mentions an ironing board in a cabinet by the bed -- there's no cabinet. No pants hangers like most hotels, which makes it harder to steam clothes (though there is a steamer). Power outlets are under the nightstands, so you have to fish cables through a hole. And the toilet door is a weird barn-door setup that pushes outward and has a tiny handle inside that's awkward enough to bend your fingernails back when you try to close it. Overall, fine for a quick stay, but definitely not up to the usual Marriott standard.
