SERVICE & CHECKIN Free early checkin & uncovered parking is available. The checkin wasn't fast but the representative I worked with was a master of hospitality; warm, polite, & professional. I was also impressed with Maintenance: the speed at which they serviced our broken mini fridge was surreal. Job well done on management, customer service, & hospitality! Free 1hr late checkout by request. LOBBY, ELEVATOR, CORRIDORS A wonderfully large lobby that's a pleasure to get lost in. It's exceptionally clean, ornate, & full of dazzling design details. Elevators are just as artsy with a gold shimmer & stone flooring-- fast too! ROOM https://youtube.com/shorts/gS2CtP9BU8o?feature=shared https://youtube.com/shorts/-See4BNeISU?feature=shared Recently renovated with a relaxed vibe & contemporary design. We tried the 1BR suite & studio suite. The 1BR suite has a more functional & intuitive layout, so I recommend booking that configuration if possible. The Mountain View premium is also worth it-- the higher the floor, the better! The use of floating shelves is clever & elevates (no pun intended) the room. The mobile workspace was another standout, allowing me to code against the amazing mountain backdrop. Cons: too few waste receptacles for the room dimensions; adjustable work desk wasn't sturdy; windows could be cleaner to maximize the Mountain View BED The double Queen configuration had perfect firmness with nicely dense pillows. The sheets weren't noteworthy (semi-soft, average quality) but they were clean & fresh. Our king mattress was also satisfactory in the 1BR. Reading lights in the headboard were a convenient surprise. BATH Interesting layouts here but the flow leaves much to be desired. Transitioning from wash room activities in the studio suite is clunky. It's better in the bedroom suite, but neither are optimal. The light switch locations are also forgettable. Still, it's a very functional & spacious bathroom with high cleaning standards. I discovered my favorite bathrobe here & couldn't be happier with this refresh from T-y group (presidential collection). The slippers were also very comfortable for being OSFA. TV & ENTERTAINMENT Team Samsung. 42" HD LCD TVs on swivel base with status quo Marriott set top box & universal remote. Orientation & location of the TV in studio suites is a pain point. They'd benefit from a premium mount here since the base is glued down, limiting its rotation. WI-FI & CELL RECEPTION The complimentary WiFi offering was mediocre. We ended up using hotspots a lot here; Verizon service was strong & consistent. --Nerd Stats-- 10-13 Mbps download 15-18 Mbps upload 0% packet loss 50 ms latency 77 ms jitter --Performance-- Video streaming - bad Online gaming - bad Video chatting - bad FOOD & DRINK DoorDash friendly, with a bar & restaurant onsite. There's also a snack shop with instant food, beverages, & a microwave. The rooms have your typical mini coffee bar & a medium mini fridge. NOISE Relatively quiet & peaceful but noise leaks in from the hallway terribly. This can be stressful in the studio suite where the double bed is a step from the door. AC is also loud. LOCATION Proximity to restaurants, stores, and museums couldn't be more convenient and in abundant! Amazing culture, people, and walkability. Safe enough to jog a few miles and explore. VERDICT A really awesome experience. I extended my stay multiple times & still couldn't get enough. I highly recommend this property & am anxious to return 4/5 @mrstaycation

Aidan was really pleasant and actually reprinted a room key when we misplaced ours. It is a very comfortable room they we received by the 4th floor-- beautiful lobby, clean and nice interior. The housekeeping was also super polite and I really enjoyed the view from our 4th floor. Came to check in at our normal times; we inquired upon checking in earlier at 1pm but through a third party app, they didn't give me a firm yes about checkin in earlier, so I stayed with the 4pm check in. Front desk staff didn't seem like they were happy with me coming at 4pm rather than 1pm-- though I requested, I didn't get a phone call. The check in was very unpleasant! front desk was downright making personal comments about my husband not covering my room costs, because i initially chose this place to get ready for my big wedding day. They were pushy on my ID and card and charged me an "Incident Fee," that was $100.00! (refundable) but still. No info on complimentary breakfast, they didn't mention a fun wedding package deal, even though it was on their website (i found it after check in), called their lobby on it and they weren't apologetic about anything. I specifically chose this place because I thought they'd take care of me and they made my experience truly awful. my bridesmaid joked with me that i wasn't a member of their Marriot program!! overall, not my most favorite stay.

Suc a beautiful hotel. Loved the lobby. Easy check in. No one here. We requested a suite facing mountains and got that. Nice suite rooms. Spacious clean and the most soft comfortable quiet bed. Great view. Sunset awesome with mountains in sight. Only con was A.C. was kinda loud esp when it stops n starts. It chokes and makes a loud sound lol plus the pull out didn't come with bedding. Had to call up for that and waited awhile for it. We called again and told them we needed it for the kids to sleep. They finally stopped by. Told them to drop it off by the door for no contact too. They did finally. It was a bit late into the night by now. But loved the Aveda shampoos and lotions. Was a very comfortable stay. Wished we stayed longer to enjoy the room, view and the hotel amenities. Pool is reserved slots up to 10 people and the gym is open 24hrs. Restaurant opened too and masks are required inside. Loved the location and hotel. Would want to stay here again if near Boulder. It is a quiet business district and we liked that. It was memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very welcoming. The checking process was seamless, and the room was pretty much up to our expectations. The view of the mountains from the hotel was spectacular. The restaurant and the breakfast buffet were awesome. The only thing I found annoying was the water pressure in the sink. Water was barely coming out. Apart from that, we had a great experience here.

Stayed here for 3 night during a recent business trip. Decent experience, a bit lacking in a few areas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but despite asking several times, they do not change the sheets on the bed. Also, the food catered by the hotel is not good at all, and one day we had mexican food for lunch and it tasted like it came from del taco. The meeting rooms are good, the projectors and screens are rather small so it was hard to see at the back of the room. The room echos when people are given presentations. The swimming pool closes early, and the fitness room is rather small. The machines are pretty new. The rates are rather high for this area, and that's with a corporate discount, we still paid close to $200/night.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Nice staff. Full breakfast downstairs with Marriott rewards. Includes omelet chef. Room was nice , great view of the mountains for sunset. Only complaints. Cleaning tried to open our door at 8am. They where over booked. No hot tub very large pool open early. ( lots of family's) Nice fitness room. Cable is odd no remotes in room had to ask at the desk. Over all Nice place to stay with upscale lodge feel. Surrounding area had a lot to offer for dinning and entertainment options.

What I did not like was that in my bathroom after taking a hot shower there was a very perfect square in the center of my mirror that appeared each night after we showered. The lobby is grande, the staff at the front desk was amazing when asking questions or dealing with packages being delivered. Room wise, I was happy. They had good pillows, a comfy bed, and a nice shower. I got a good night's sleep here which was great. Loved the bathroom amenities as well! I didn't get the sense of too much going on at this place though without driving somewhere. They had a few restaurants on site, but not enough variety to sustain someone for more than 2 days. I was disappointed with the service at the one restaurant, but other than that, everyone at the hotel was awesome! They do have a pool but it was cold and windy when I was there (I mean, it's Denver). It also seems far away from everything Denver, which is probably what they're going for, but a long ride from the airport and a long trip if you want to go downtown. Unless I was attending a conference or something here, I'd probably look at staying somewhere else. This place just isn't for me, I guess. I'm not familiar with Omni that much, but I may try another location based on my experience here.

Here are a few specific notes. Lighting: My room had lights in the right places, and the bulbs were bright enough to read by. Shower: The "rain" style shower head was mounted fairly high and worked well. The manufacturer of the "Nourish" brand shampoo trumpets high-end, luxury products, but goes to great lengths to hide the ingredients; it turns out that the shampoo contains SLS, which many people find drying and rash-inducing. Security: Like most hotels, Drury Plaza is situated in a "transitional space" which invites ne'er-do-wells. The outside is ringed with good lighting and cameras. Inside, the staff is very alert. While I was at the buffet, a non-guest wandered in; it took less than 30 seconds for a manager to redirect the interloper to the door, and numerous staff members materialized and cheerfully greeted everyone in the area (presumably to make sure that everyone belonged). Food: The "Evening Kick-Back" is a full meal. They rotate between three buffet-style menus, but there are enough extras to mix-and-match a wide variety of meals. At the height of a flu outbreak, I saw a lady cough into her hand then handle half a dozen serving utensils...everyone following her picked up a nice dose of virus. No hand sanitizer was provided (which meets the local health code--I checked--but many other states require sanitizer stations at buffets).

First off, we attempted to check in around 3:30 and our room wasn't even ready. We were stuck waiting about 40 minutes in the lobby for our room. Secondly, the cleanliness was below average. The bathroom had hair clippings all over the floor and toilet. The bathroom counter had a fake eyelash next to the soap tray, and there was used floss on the floor under the sink. Lastly, the service at breakfast and the 5:30 kickback was absolutely atrocious. Most of the trays of food were EMPTY. Even at the beginning of the food service. I spent over 30 minutes waiting for the milk to be refilled during breakfast. And items were cold during kickback. Most of our time in the dining area was spent waiting for refills of food. This is was so disappointing and a huge waste of time and money. I will say this Drury Inn is conveniently located near some nice shopping and food. And our room was beautifully spacious. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning to this location.

Overall, it was a solid experience, though there are definitely signs that the property is starting to see its age. The highlights were definitely the amenities and the service. The staff were all very nice and helpful from check-in to check-out. I also made sure to check out the pool and fitness room, both of which were impressively clean and well-maintained. Since I have elite status with Marriott, I was able to get a comped breakfast that would have otherwise cost $16.50. I'm glad I did, the omelette was actually quite good and came with a side of potatoes and bacon. However, there were a few issues with the room itself that kept this from being a 5-star stay. The HVAC unit was extremely loud; it had a very noisy cycle that made it a bit difficult to sleep through the night. Additionally, the soundproofing between floors isn't the best. We were on the 2nd level and could clearly hear the people above us loudly walking around at 6:00 AM, which was pretty disruptive for a morning where we wanted to sleep in. It's still a great spot if you can get a good deal, but if you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a top-floor room.

They acknowledged me but continued walking toward us with their dog on a retractable leash. Their dog repeatedly pulled toward ours, and our Lab puppy slipped out of its collar and briefly sniffed their dog. There was no barking, growling, or biting. During the interaction, the man said, "I'm going to shoot your dog." When I asked why, he replied, "If your dog ever gets near my wife or my kid, I will shoot your dog." I understand that a loose dog can make someone uncomfortable, but I found it alarming that the immediate response was a threat to shoot my dog.
