Food was delicious! I ordered the mutton and chicken biryanis. Service was quick. Ambiance not sure. Ordered delivery. Will visit next time! Definitely returning to try other dishes.

An update as we were needing food today and decided to try this place out again and try a few more items. Today we called in our order, they told us 20-25 minutes to pick up. So we took our time. There was one table that was pretty much done eating when we arrived. The person at the counter told us it would take 10 more minutes so we waited. The inside was basically booths to sit in which was kind of nice. There seems to be a QR code to order food at the table. Well we waited and waited and well even the table who asked for the check and to-go containers started to be impatient. Well it took roughly 33 minutes for us from phone order to getting our food. So beware of what you order and the time it will take to get your food. Apparently there were a few orders that came in at the same time as us, so maybe that's the case, or perhaps fish is just something that a lot of places seem to not have ready to go. Speaking of fish, we ordered a fish tikka and shrimp hakka noodles. When we got home and unpacked, I was a bit shocked at how little fish there was. I think it's supposed to be 2 filets but they were sliced into 5 pieces. The flavor was quite spicy but that's a premade tikka sauce that they put on their tikka menu items. The fish itself was ok. I just wish there was more than what was there. The bell peppers were grilled alongside the fish. The shrimp hakka noodles were well peppered and we were able to put this to mild spiciness. There were slivers of bell peppers (green and red) as well as onions and a number of shrimp. The noodles felt standard. Basically peppery spaghetti. It was fine. Oh! If you are eating there, be aware that you may smell like food. It's kind of cold inside to help with the ventilation but the food smells still permeate throughout the space. Overall, perhaps stick to the biryanis. I'm sure we might try out more of their menu one day and we'll perhaps find something that would be good but today wasn't that day.

    Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan

Updated review. Not sure what happened but my recent experience is not as good as the last ones. Food wasn't as good as it was before and the naan didn't taste as fresh like it did before like it was freshly baked. Service is also not existent, hard to get someone's attention when no one stays in the front everyone is always in the kitchen. We might not be coming back unfortunately.

This was what I got. Mutton curry on rice.

I ordered a mutton roast biryani. I got brown biryani's rice and mutton curry pieces thrown on top. This is not a ghee roast or even a simple mutton roast biryani. They show a different picture on website and give something else.

My sister's friends had catered food from this location at a party of theirs and my sister loved it! Tonight, we (three of us) decided to go here for a quick dinner. We were very hungry as we'd been out all day. Location: blink and you'll miss it! We had to hit a u-turn to get to the restaurant. There were definitely a few spots available when we went (Monday night just before 6 pm), but I can imagine it gets busy in that small parking lot. Service: everything we asked for, we received! We had just come from Philz and we requested cups to split our coffees -- they were so sweet to accommodate (even gave us a cup of hot water when we asked later). I asked for green chili and onions-- the onions and limes were $1 and they also threw in the chili! They were very accommodating and kind! Taste: we ordered gobi Manchurian, baby corn Manchurian, chicken dum biriyani, fish tikka (tilapia), chicken Hakka noodles, and a side order of rice. We absolutely loved both Manchurian dishes-- our favorite!!! The fish tikka was also very good and served on cabbage. Super fresh and perfectly cooked. The chicken dum biriyani was also quite good (only two pieces of chicken, so you might need to order more if people are hungry), but I wish it had a whole egg instead of just half. The Hakka noodles were also delicious-- I think I'll try the vegetable version next time! Price: everything was fairly affordable!! All-in-all, highly recommend coming here and I'll definitely come back to try more of their delicious dishes! There are so many options to choose from!

Wanted to add an update, ordered mango lassi and baby corn Manchurian. Mango lassi was very smooth and not so much sweet. The baby corn Manchurian is very good appetizer.

    Butter chicken and peshwari naan
    Hope L.

I ordered the butter chicken and the peshwari naan for pickup and it was ready within 20 minutes of ordering. The butter chicken was super thick and had a rich tomato taste but there were not a lot of chicken pieces in it, which I was a bit disappointed about. However, the sauce itself was pretty filling and worth the $16. The peshwari naan was really tasty but was super sticky and got all over my fingers and my napkins. The portion for the naan was also pretty small as I expected a bit larger of a naan for $6. I would come back and try this place again!

    Mutton Dum Biryani

Very dry, rice not properly cooked. Paid extra for biryani to be extra masala but turned out to be very bland. Mutton too dry and hard, Not at all worth the money. Burnt Mutton pieces. Definitely not worth it. Don't buy Chicken Roast pulav. It nothing but bland rice and dry chicken

Is the chicken 65 deep fried? Is there a lot of flavor to the seasoning?

Yes it's made in the restaurant style. Batter dipped chicken pieces are deep fried and then sautéed in spices. Very heavy on spice and seasoning. So order medium spicy or even mild 😅 Delicious though!

Is the 25% off on biryanis offer still valid?

I also quite liked the more normal sized burger that don't overfill you though I am sure most people would want them bigger. BEEF CHEESE PARATHA COMBO: Stuffed with seasoned beef and melted cheese, grilled to crispy perfection. Very minimal beef and cheese was used. Tasted good with the yogurt and pickles but it there was so little ingredients I'm almost sure I would have liked the normal version more. 6 piece chicken wings: Well cooked and delicious, the "original" was a bit normal in flavor but I liked it dipped in their yogurt and their special sauce we asked for on the side.

My family and I, two adults and two young children, came here during Ramadan for iftaar. Before arriving, I specifically called ahead to ask whether we needed to come early because I understood restaurants can become very busy during iftaar time. I was told that arriving 10 to 15 minutes before iftaar would be perfectly fine and that our food would be ready around the time of breaking fast. Based on that reassurance, we came about 20 minutes before iftaar expecting a smooth experience. Instead, the moment we walked in, it felt like we were invisible. The restaurant was crowded but not chaotic. We sat down and waited while servers walked past us repeatedly without acknowledging us. Eventually, I had to flag someone down myself just to place an order. I even asked directly how long the food would take because we were fasting all day and had two small children with us. The server confidently assured us the food would arrive around iftaar time. That never happened. When iftaar finally arrived, all we received were dates and water. No appetizers, no main dishes, nothing. We continued waiting while table after table around us received their food. Meanwhile, our children became increasingly upset and hungry. Anyone with young kids knows that after a full day of fasting, asking them to wait another 20, 30, even 50 minutes is nearly impossible. Our kids were crying, exhausted, and confused as they watched other families eat while we sat there with empty plates. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of honesty and accountability. Every time we asked about our order, we were told, "It's coming soon." Then eventually the server disappeared entirely for nearly 20 minutes and avoided us altogether. A woman later approached us, but instead of apologizing or taking our concerns seriously, she became dismissive and defensive. By this point, nearly 50 minutes had passed since we ordered, and she still insisted we "shouldn't complain" (in Farsi) because the food would come "soon." That response was honestly more upsetting than the delay itself. A simple apology, honesty, or basic compassion toward a fasting family with small children would have gone a long way. We eventually left the restaurant feeling humiliated, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. What saddened me most is that this happened during Ramadan, a month centered around patience, generosity, hospitality, and good character. In Afghan culture and Islamic ethics, guests are supposed to be treated with dignity and care, especially during iftaar. Halal is not only about the food being permissible. Halal is also about honesty, fairness, respect, and how people are treated. Sadly, this restaurant failed in all of those areas. We will never return, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful service or a welcoming family environment.

Meal portions are very massive, which can probably feed more than one person. Pretty much all the items are good. My only concern is the Orange Chicken because it looses its texture and gets very slimy. In other words, coating falls apart. This would have been one of the best Chinese restaurants I would go for takeouts but they only have 2-3 weeks left before they permanently close it. I recommend supporting this restaurant by visiting and even trying their foods before their closure. Food is really good here.
