The Pharmacists is always helpful in making sure we know how to take our meds and the techs are great and very patient‼ I do dislike longer wait times in the drive thru or inside but everyone is seen working diligently. What more could we expect.

The other people get tired of waiting and left. Eventually after a couple minutes some lady named Lucia opens the front door. No good morning, no sorry, no hello. I just need my FedEx package. Lucia helps me and asks for my ID. I give it to her and wait. After a few mins of her figuring out how to work the scanner. She tells me I need a door tag or a tracking number. I never got a door tag and I said the tracking number is right there on the box. She mumbled something like no I need another tracking number. What?! She has my ID, my name and address are clearly matching with the label and the ID card but she refuses to release it to me. So I remember that FedEx gives a QR code. So she said yes a QR code will work. And I finally get my package. I checked with FedEx, all I need is a government ID or the QR Code. There's only one tracking number. So if I didn't have that QR code I would've been screwed because Lucia doesn't know how to do her job. My photo, my address, the label all match. Same tracking number. Do better Lucia!

That was not the case when I went to Walgreens, despite the fact that I had been going to them for 15 years and for the entire time I got the same medications every month. Suddenly they not only never had those medications when it came time for my refill, but the people at the front - nice as they were - never knew when (or if) that medication was going to be coming in. Isaac is efficient and makes sure he has his customers' prescriptions every month so we don't have to run all over town trying to find a pharmacy carrying the medications we need. That was a black hole I never want to go down again. And with Isaac I'm not going to have to because I don't go to him for empathy, I go to him for medications and he makes sure he has what I need in stock. And every month I get exactly what I need, efficiently and politely, my medications. If Roxi wants empathy or friendship from her pharmacist, I suggest she go to a psychotherapist for the empathy and get her medications from a big pharmacy. They won't necessarily have the medications she needs in stock, but she's unlikely to expect empathy from them. So she probably won't leave a terrible review, chewing them out for not being what they're not supposed to be.

I was still grateful, because I mostly needed the feminine products and they had them in stock. Store is not well organized and a lot of things are missing from the aisles/shelves. Store was clean and they didn't let me use the restroom, telling me to go next door to Habit restaurant, knowing and seeing the sign for the restrooms. Prices are fair, I have been a customer of CVS for literally 35 plus years and we get their promotional coupons in the mail. Comes very handy on a BIG purchase. When it was time to check out, I had to wait in line, because the cashier was M.I.A. Once he returned, he didn't even acknowledge me by saying hello or something.. They were about to close, so I browsed the isles to see if I could find anything else. I got 2 beautiful, festive, Christmas oval shaped paper plates that came in count of 8 in each pack. Was on sale for $2.39 for each pack. Original price was $4.78. So I grabbed them. Also, got 2 Twix candy bars. Was also on sale; 2 for $2.50. Opened one and inhaled it w/out chewing first:-)) not joking! Employees were tired, I guess it was the end of their day, and they were in a hurry to go home. Raven was my cashier, rang me up, and I was the last customer to leave the store. They close at 10pm. Store was clean, except the bathroom. Toilet was not flushed, small little toilet papers were here and there, and the trash was pretty full. All of the isles were nicely stocked, items facing us, and a lot of sale items for the Holidays. Studio City, California…read more I have learned about this store when I went to Panera to grab a drink. It is definitely a step up from the one across the street where I usually go. The store is spacious, clean, and easy to navigate. I like that they have self-checkout kiosks and that the products aren't locked up - it makes shopping so much more convenient. And there's plenty of parking, which is always a bonus in Studio City.
