Of all the storage facilities I've used - and there have been many - this is certainly the best. The property is clean, well lit, and easy to navigate. I've had an amazing experience with their staff, all of whom have been truly helpful. This place is clean, with friendly people who work there and easy to move your stuff in or out. We have had our stuff in storage a lot and this is by far the best storage facility we have been too. They have pest control too if it is ever needed, which is huge because not all facilities care if there are rodents, cockroaches or spiders. Very safe and secure. They have auto pay too so you don't have to remember to pay them every month. I am so happy we found this place!! read more

My fiancé and I needed a place to store our stuff and had never used a storage unit before. We were very happy to find I-5 storage using the helpful yelp reviews and wanted to add our experience too. The staff was extremely helpful both over the phone answering all our questions and in person showing us the unit and getting all the paperwork completed. They helped us determine the necessary insurance for the unit and helped to set up automatic payments to make our lives easier. They were very upfront, friendly, and professional. They tried to get us a unit as close to the elevator as possible to decrease the amount of work we had to do, which was extremely thoughtful. The facility was very clean and had good security. Needed to find a storage place for all our stuff Found I5- storage on yelp. Based on the reviews on yelp we checked it out. Was greeted immediately by Tim. Introduced us to Tina who walked us through the unit, explained in details how pricing works and codes and what not. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and not off putting. This place is really nice! My initial thoughts on storage units I think dirty old and smelly. This place is completely opposite of what my thoughts were!! It's gated! I am so impressed with this place! This is my first experience at a storage facility and it couldn't have gone smoother. As soon as you walk in, you are welcomed with clean, modern décor. I feel like the owner really thought of all the little details to make the place look inviting. Someone acknowledge my presence and told me he would be with me in five minutes. I appreciated that. Then, Tina took over and showed me the space that was promised over the phone- first floor and near the entrance. They provide one day truck rental as well. Tina was super friendly and answered all my questions patiently. The whole transaction was super easy which surprised me. I'm a firm believer in great customer service and this storage excelled in this area. We recieved great customer service from the staff at the front desk all the way to the owner. The prices were a little high but they were willing bring the prices down with the yelp offers. The location is very convenient and the facility is nice and clean. Also, appreciated the moving truck they let us use to store our belongings. That saved us at least $50 from the local u-haul. read more

The people at the Tustin I-5 Self Storage location are the best. They provided top-notch service and information even when I was still deciding whether or not to rent storage spaces, and then went above and beyond with their help after I signed with them. During my move-in, they even stopped by my remote unit three times to check on me to see if there was anything they could do to help. Their price was also great: half off for six months. This facility is clean because it's brand new and the staff is friendly but proved to be INCOMPETENT while I was there. Failed for SEVERAL MONTHS to provide me with receipts which I specifically asked for at the time of signing up. Every month I had to go in or call to get my receipt. Each time either Linda or Maureen reassured me that they would fix the problem. I finally had to move because I have enough work to do without tracking down a receipt for my expense report. How hard can it be to print and mail a receipt?? One month they double billed my credit card. So make sure to check what they are doing if you are on auto pay. This month, June, received several emails and letters saying my rent was past due even though I went in in MARCH and told them I had a new credit card and filled out the authorization form. Had to call them so they would look in their own file to charge the correct card. They keep their carts locked up so you have to go into the office each time and give them your driver's license and get a key to use them. Very inconvenient if you use it for work and need to go there a lot. You have to punch in a code at the elevator too and the elevator is SLOW. For those of you using your storage unit for work I say, stay far away from this place. read more

Finally got the last of my things out of i5 Storage facility. It is very clean and secure and also has neat car themed "streets" and bad ass classic rock just loud enough to enjoy and be able-bodied. The employees are friendly and for such an upgraded facility it is very reasonably priced in comparison to most other out dated facilities in the area. My only cons are the distance from unit to loading /unloading area which has just one way in and out, and the parking area is quite small and can get crowded and very frustrating to work around. Some inconsiderate tenants back their vehicles so that it blocks most of the entry way which can make moving large items difficult at times. Some take more of the parking space than is needed and outside of the yellow area is towing and fire zones...anyway, I try not to let the small things get the better of me. I would definitely use these facilities in the future if needed and I would also recommend it to friends and family. Thank you. read more
