They're nice people but I paid $400 days for a 4 inch elbow hose and a lack of attention to detail that caused a failure on my vehicle. Thought this was going to be my go to place because they were so helpful but they've costed me more money than necessary.

This was unexpected and uncalled for. They knew we were so close to finishing such a very short quick task. I called back on the way home only for it to get worse. Firestone staff advised to return sooner than later. I complied with Firestone staff's preference. The manager actually said out loud to me: "Ma'am, the world doesn't revolve around you," and pointed out that "Mr. Firestone is dead, " which was cruel and unnecessary. This is how they treat loyal customers of many years. Sad because that newer manager girl had been so nice in the past.

I bought my Mazda from here in September 2025 - brand new had a paint chip on it. Took three times for them to fix it. I eventually let it go because they eventually did fix it with all MY follow up. The first time they "fixed" it, the paint was still chipped.. I was told they may have just put a clear coat on it, then I had to tell them even if that was the case I wouldn't call that fixing the paint that was messed up. I take my secondary vehicle, jeep wrangler, to get a state inspection. Passed last year just fine from another shop. Failed this one - they call me to ask if I have the covers for the lights on bumper or else it will fail. I'm like it doesn't come with covers, what exactly is the problem? Nothing has changed since my last inspection. I'm told because they are off road lights they have to be covered. Makes no sense, not in the VAC for state inspections, so I request the person who did the inspection to explain it to me when I get there and show me the exact VAC. I get there to pick up my vehicle, they explain it to me, they have the VAC printed. It's for having more than four lights on the front of my vehicle - a different reason than what was explained to me on the phone. So I'm like what are my options, I'm told I can unplug them.... do it and bring it back the very next day. Failed again. They blamed it on the person who did the inspection and said it was his last day anyways. I don't care if he still works there or not, I'm not trying to get anyone fired. I'm just saying apparently it's a crab shoot what you will fail for each time, even if it's the very next day!!! Guess I have all the time in the world to get state inspections everyday until the magic 8 ball says I can pass. Update: when I took the jeep I also took my Mazda, which passed inspection. They didn't even put a new inspection sticker on the vehicle, so there's two vehicles they messed up. Now I will have to go back again to REQUEST them finish their work. Don't go here unless you're unemployed and can spend all your time bringing your vehicles up to this place. What can this place do right? I drive up there on Sunday and they are closed. Their own website says they open at noon on Sundays. Get there, door says otherwise.
