I've been a loyal client here for about two years, and this was by far the worst experience I've…read moreever had and that says a lot because I usually shy away from speaking up for myself. A service that normally takes 1 hour took 3 hours, and I was laying down the entire time. I am currently recovering from a knee dislocation, and being stuck in that position for so long caused my legs to start feeling numb and left me in pain after leaving. During that time, 3 other clients came in and finished services before I was even finished, which was extremely frustrating. I experienced major eye irritation as my eyes were tearing nonstop, extremely red, and painful by the end of the service and I truly believe it is due to the length in time. When I asked the technician how much longer it would take, I was told 30 more minutes, which then turned into nearly another hour. Despite all of this, I was still charged the full $130, which is what I normally pay for a service that takes about an hour. I asked for a reasonable discount because 3 hours for a 1-hour service is unacceptable and upon opening my eyes I felt the worst burning sensation. After going back and forth, the owner only approved a $10 discount, which felt dismissive given the situation. They offered me eye drops, but only if I used them and immediately gave them back, which I declined because I was already upset. The owner also did not apologize or take accountability and instead made several attempts at holding my wrist while telling me that they said they had told me it would take longer and that the employee was new. I was never told the technician was new, and even if I had been, an additional 2 hours is unreasonable and has now resulted in blurry vision and severe pain and discoloration in my eyes! I'm extremely disappointed, especially as a long-term customer. This experience showed a lack of consideration for client comfort, time, and safety. Unfortunately, this is the last time my family and friends will be returning and I will not be recommending this place anymore as I still have severe eye discoloration and pain even though they said it would only be this way "for a little bit". Well today is day two and I needed help opening my eyes which were closed shut and covered in puss. This is ridiculous and I even had to cancel my weekend plans because I'm embarrassed to be out like this.

They always have you take off your top/bra to address décolleté - they didn't here. With other facials the lighting is low, usually ambient music plays, equipment is ready to go inc a lamp with magnifier and a steamer. None of that was present. The massage table was pushed against the wall so my right side was pressed to the wall. The bright overhead lights were never turned off. Loud conversations were happening in the hall right outside my room, and the technician left the room about 7 times. Why? I think they were sharing every bit of equipment. It was unprofessional. While the tech was very nice, her facial was like a child pretending to do a facial. There was no mirroring of actions on each side of the face, no precision whatsoever. She asked if I wanted any extractions. I said, iDK, do I need any?! She's looking at my skin! I've never been asked by anyone before. The DEP thing took maybe 8-10 min. It was a bad environment and they have no business offering facials if this is representative of their facials. Then when I went to pay the $150 Dane quoted, they said it was $250. DEP was an add-on, but Dane never presented it that way. I have texts that very clearly show this. So beware of add-one you may not want!! I regret that I didn't catch on sooner and that I didn't ask more questions. I thought maybe DEP was a type of facial I'd never heard of, or that it was how they branded their European facial. I also regret not walking out within the first 2min. But I didn't trust my gut, and I had a $150 gift certificate. So watch out for add-ons and dishonest tactics. Btw, I reached out to them to discuss. Dane acted like she didn't get my point and then Told me I "actually got a $25/ discount".
