I am a regular here and I love their food. I always start with an order of the fried chicken dumplings. They are amazing! Then I get the shrimp pho. I do feel like they could add more pieces of the shrimp for what you're paying. Noodle house gives at least 8 but here they give you 6. The most noticeable thing is the affordable food, menu items start as low as $3 but the standard pho bowl is about $10 which is nice. The ambience here is pretty cool, traditional Asian style. It's also very clean in comparison to other pho places that I've been to. This is my second favorite place to eat Pho in the DFW metroplex. I chose to eat inside for a change. The inside seating is limited, so I advise to find times outside of lunch and dinner rush hours to avoid a wait (though it's worth it). You'll find there's a TV mounted up for entertainment, and music playing softly in the background. There is also a beautifully built altar by the register and many thriving plants throughout for added decoration. Service is prompt and food is always FRESH. Today I ordered the shrimp pho with a side of vegetable egg rolls. The broth for the pho was soo good I almost elected not to add anything to it. However I'm trying to avoid an oncoming cold, so I added the siracha and chili sauce to clear my sinuses...and hoisin for balance so I wouldn't combust into flames lol. Just ordered my pho soup from here and when I received it from door dash it tasted like possibly someone did something to mess with the broth. I hope no one messed with the broth! If so that was wrong on all levels. That is terrible. The broth was sour and tasted like maybe pee. I really pray and hope it is not what I am thinking it is or something crazy. This is a small family owned restaurant with friendly staff members. I ordered shrimp pho and grilled chicken spring rolls to go and it was good. I loved the pho it was fresh and really filling. I got chili oil instead of Sriracha because it just tastes better that way! The grilled chicken spring rolls were okay. I thought the chicken was going to be warm but it was cold which made the spring rolls just okay. I came here the other day and it was great!!! I ordered the seafood pho, some crawfish and shrimp. Everything tasted amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect from a pho and crawfish place. But the pho was spot on, and the shrimp and crawfish were covered in this amazing sauce. I will definitely be back here to taste the rest of the menu. This Rowlett establishment has been one that I've been meaning to check out. I haven't tried crawfish before, so seeing the big "Live Crawfish" did entice me. From looking at the menu the options were similar to Boiling Crab but with other Vietnamese dishes served as well. I did an online order and the food was ready quick. I got Sack #1 with their signature sauce at the Mild spice level. I think I could've gone up to Medium with this dish. I will say that there was not enough sauce in this sack! The flavors were excellent, but I wish that there was a lot more to dip my food into as we were eating. I don't think that crawfish is something that I prefer, and it was A LOT, however the shrimp was really good! Next time I'd get the other sack that has snow crab & shrimp. read more

This is a really interesting place, we wanted to sit down, and the Golden Pot didn't have their dining room open yet because of the Covid though this was 2022. The Pho place (pronounced FA) is small with little tables and an interesting menu. My husband asked for a small bowl of soup, it was HUGE! I got cellophane dumplings with green tea. After she added several things to it - she liked it much better ... a little thin we both thought. It certainly was not "bad". It was funny when as a new employee (I assumed) passed our table and started to serve the #3 table - we were the fourth table, counting from the front. What seemed to be the owner told him, "#4" and pointed to our table, much to the embarrassment of the server... I piped up, "Hey buddy, where are you going with our food?" First time here and we highly recommend the #2 pork sandwich but keep in mind there's jalapeños inside so if you don't want fresh jalapeño make sure you tell them in advance so your mouth doesn't catch on fire.
