She was playing everything we would want to hear or request before we could even think to be like I wish the DJ would play this. It was played. We vote for an hour. Our group was really big. We had like 15 people, but we all had enough time to actually bowl and just vibe out and have a great Saturday outing. I wish I could give 0 stars. My friends and I wanted to reserve a lane for the weekend to celebrate our friend coming home. Their website gives you the option to request a reservation and wait for confirmation by phone, which I did on Tuesday, May 19. Days went by with no follow up, so the day of I tried calling, only to hear a recording saying they don't accept calls and only communicate through text. After texting for an update, I was told they don't do same-day or same-week reservations... so why is that not clearly stated on the website? Very unorganized and disappointing experience. I visited here because I heard of the adult only nights. I visited with a party of 3 and it was late. We got there about 10:30p and they closed at 12a, but we were able to still bowl. The kitchen was closed, but the bar was still open. We didn't drink, but definitely enjoyed the bowling. Enjoyed the music and the staff were friendly. I love this place! It was on my radar for a while and I finally came for my birthday. I had such a great time that I came back the next week! I'm a big fan of hookah, so to be able to do it and have family time is a huge plus for me. There's a full menu, full bar, hookah station, a DJ on some nights, and pool tables. They do need more food selections for pescatarians and vegetarians because there's really only meat options and these days you need variety for everybody. There may also be a wait on weekends so you want to get there at a decent time so that you can find parking and not wait so long to bowl. This place is going to see me often lol! read more

Came here last month while on vacation and the concept is amazing but the actual service and quality are subpar. The bartenders Tito and Sophie were amazing but that was the extent of the good service I received. (You have to keep going to the bar for anything you want to order, just a heads up) We were quoted one time but actually waited more than triple that time, and then were told they forgot about us. The hookahs 8/10 took close to 30 minutes to come out, and around the same time for the refills and coals. Also, the hookah man was very rude and seemed as if he did not want to be there. I will say the lasted a really long time before they needed a refill wing platter 2/10 we thought was going to be a good idea, but the wings were extremely dry and overcooked. French fries 7/10 Lukewarm and soggy but better than the wings Green tea shots : 10/10 I prefer the ones made by Sophie but I like Tito's margaritas better The shoes seem to run bigger than other bowling alleys for some reason I am not sure if they just opened or not; but I'm hoping they get the kinks worked out because it has a lot of potential. read more

We enjoyed our time at I Luv Bowling. For a Friday night, it was fairly cheap priced. For us to both bowl and with shoes it was like $35ish?!? I thought that was a great deal. When we got there, we were next to a large party that was quite drunk. They had spilled their drinks EVERYWHERE a on the floor, and so we were having to stay in the bowling area itself as to not get our bowling shoes sticky. Then, our lane kept messing up. Like, every other time it would place pins, it would drop them and we'd have to reset. We ended up having to ask to move lanes. Once we moved, it was a much better experience. Had a great time here with my son on a father son day. We came Saturday afternoon and the place was not busy so it was a very comfortable and peaceful experience. The ambiance was cool and clean and the customer service was very friendly. As we finished our bowling session the rep mentioned that the pool tables were included in the price and that we could play as long as we wanted. The condition of the tables were not very good but the experience was great for my son who best me twice. We were able to play 3 games in an hour which was more than enough and we will be back. The only downside to the place was that kids bowling balls had very small finger holes which made it hard for my son to bowl comfortably but the customer service rep was nice enough to offer us kid size ball in the first place. We visited on a Friday around 7pm because they don't accept reservations (unless you have a large party of 10+) & we didn't want to wait. We were able to secure a line right away & the place wasn't packed at all. 2 hours & shoes for two people came up to about $45. Service: I was really pleased with the service from the time I walked in. The front agent was pleasant & informed me how to order my hookah & drinks. The bartenders were friendly & offered suggestions on drinks & hookah flavors. Ambiance: The bowling alley was clean. There were a few families in thee, but I'm unsure if they have an age limit after a certain time. The music was mixed so it was suitable for everyone. I didn't hear any cursing. Parking: It's in a shopping strip, so there's plenty of parking. Food/Drinks: We didn't order food, but everything I saw looked great. The drinks were good. So cute! The inside is very inviting. I love how they play the music video of the song that's playing on the speakers. It's very colorful inside. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The bartender was so sweet and helpful. My friend that I was with accidentally dropped his beer and she made another one for him without any issues. They also provide hookah which is unique for a bowling alley. It doesn't look like they sell food inside the alley but next door is their sister restaurant that is called I luv hotpot. Not too familiar with the area but pulling up to the bowling alley, it's in a nice shopping center. However, a few things that were detractors: 1) lost their alcohol license yet their menu still has cocktails and beers on there 2) my date was a getting warm, and you can see that the ceiling had 3 massive fans that weren't currently on so I asked and employee if they could turn on the fan nearest to us, she asked her boss and came back saying that the fans don't even work 3) the place was pretty dead, a lot of kids and I see why (1st detractor) read more

Paid $10 for a deposit for bowling that was a hour wait even though it looked only 3/4 full. I was wondering why some of the lane's were turned off. They said we can play pool. We played for 10 min and decided it was way too hot. The group wanted to leave because we were sweating already. They didn't want give me the deposit back. That's fine. They have fans but they don't work. There is a small paper sign that said AC is "broken." It's 10pm and it's still too hot in here. I get it. They are trying to save $. So I paid $10 to play 10 min of pool. Nobody checked on us. Nobody cared. Every pool table had stains and the tables were gross. The seats were decently comfortable. The music was ridiculously loud. It felt more like a night club. If you want to bowl here then wear ear plugs. There was some sound distortion because the volume was so high. Please head 10 min south and go to Brunswick. I'm writing a non-bowling review of a bowling joint. So take this for what it's worth. Just about every Friday night, I Luv Bowling graciously allows break[dance]ers and funkstylists to take over their second-floor event venue. The floor seems to span, maybe, over 3000 square feet and most of it covered with a beautiful wooden floor. The free practice runs from 5-9 PM and is open to everyone. Also, the banging sound system got me hype to practice some old b-boy throwdowns. (I'm sore AF, today.) Thanks for catering the community and providing a safe space for kids, I Luv Bowling. Came here on a Saturday night with my best friend. Didn't try any food/drinks but the Hot Pot restaurant connected makes the place smell great. It was only $10 each for 2 hours of bowling and/or pool with shoes included. When the cashier told me the price I was shocked! Seemed pretty cheap for unlimited bowling for 2 hours straight. There is a sign by the cash registers stating that lanes will mess up and you need to be patient. They weren't lying. We were in lane 11 which would constantly break down. We tried being patient but it began messing up each time we rolled the ball and we would have to wait for someone to fix it. The cashier was friendly and offered us to switch lanes and add on an extra 30 minutes for our trouble. They don't offer refunds only store credit. read more

For the price it's aite...You have to go when there's not that many people so you can play in a good lane and longer for free. We came on MONDAY Memorial Day 05/28/2018 4PM when it just opened so we got a good lane. The one right next to us didn't get to play even one game because it kept breaking down. FYI We got lane 23 We paid $24 for 3 people and they said renting shoes is already added to that so it's a pretty good deal. For $8 don't expect squeaky clean and new equipment. The bowling balls and machines are really old. They turn the lights off like it's always your turn to get the neon pin which is kinda annoying since you can't see the lane markings. And the AC and ceiling fans break down. When you are waking in, you will definitely smell the food from next door which can both be a bad and good thing. I brought my son here for his 16th birthday all the way from Chicago to have fun. Turned out he was mad the music was so so but the place appeared to be clean until we ordered food and drinks. I sat my cup down after ordering me and my other party a few drinks and instantly had fruit flies in my cup. I took the cup back and she made me another one. After finishing my drink I sat the cup on the table order food and instantly asked for my money back to notice my empty cup full of fruit flies. That was something I never seen before being in the restaurant business for well over 12 years I know the sign of fruit flies. I asked to be refunded and they gave me a really hard time refusing my money and told me they'll only give me half back. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me he will refund it after showing photos of what I seen. The place looks like it's under construction in the kitchen and and bar they shouldn't be serving food. If I could give this place a -0 I would!
