We came here last night and had a great time! There were 7 of us, but they were able to put us on 2 lanes (3 and 4) to accommodate since it's only 6 people per lane. I tried to reserve the lanes, but same day reservations would have meant paying $400+ dollars for the original 10 people we were expecting. I heard on their announcements when I called that they had 34 lanes, so we took the risk to just show up and it worked out great for us. We arrived around 9:30 or 10 on a Saturday night and there were more than a handful of lanes open and they had no problem accommodating us. All the staff was helpful and kind with whatever we needed. We brought a very large group to the Norcross location with very little notice. We normally visit the Dunwoody location, but we showed up and it was packed with long wait times. Makiah was able to accommodate us with no notice. She and her staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and patient with my group, which often has special needs. Their location was bustling, and the crew appeared to be understaffed. However, it was evident that they were doing their very best with the situation. I'm not a huge bowler but I'll join for the kicks and giggles... or just an excuse to drink at Girl's Night. We tried to find a nearby bowling alley from Duluth open after dinner to grab some drinks and to bowl a little. We found Bowlero on Yelp and headed over on a whim. The place was PACKED. Apparently it was unlimited bowling night, or something. There was no where to sit but we found some random tables behind a couple of lanes. We ordered a big fishbowl to share - we went with the Fish Tank, which was the group consensus. Turns out, it was quite tasty: even the girls who weren't planning on drinking found it addicting! It was pretty easy to drink, but definitely very sugary sweet. The bowling system was pretty easy to use, overall. We could fit almost everyone on one lane but had to add an additional lane to add one last girl. As much as I love the idea of unlimited bowling, it makes for later customers having a harder time fitting in bowling with an appropriately short wait time. Bowlero used to be a Brunswick's, and I came here a few years ago when they did a grand opening. Somehow never got my review done, so here it goes. We were supposed to go with some friends to Stars and Strikes, but they flaked, and we still wanted to bowl, so we came here instead. The stakes were high...we bet each other, and talked some smack over who was going to win. They have tons of lanes, which is good, because we didn't feel like having to wait. We met some other friends and were able to grab a lane and seating without issue. They rent shoes for less than $5, and they were in decent condition. The lanes were nice and I like how they lit up at night. I started out pretty good actually, but somehow managed to get like six gutter balls in a row. I was about to put out the bumpers lol Anyway, I got beat twice! But as a team, we beat the other couple. Yay us! I tried their Long Island, and it didn't taste very good, so wasn't able to finish it. The buffalo wings were less than desirable, but our friend's BBQ wings tasted better. The fries were okay to me, not great. I'd suggest eating elsewhere before you come. The prices here are a bit steep...I mean for two games of bowling it was over $50, which seems kinda high IMO. But they played good music, and we had a good time. I'd check it out if you're in the area, just eat beforehand. read more

Had an after-work outing at Bowlero Norcross on a Thursday night. We scheduled to meet there at 5:30 and our offices are located maybe 4 miles from there. I mention this because traffic was extremely heavy on Spalding so you may want to keep that in mind if you choose to visit around that time. I ended up using a navigation app to get me there which I believe drastically cut my travel time down. Anyhoo, its been maybe a year since I'd been bowling and honestly am not an avid bowler so do take this into account. We all opted to purchase 2 games that totaled under $20. Shoe's were included in the cost. I'd been told that this place had recently been remodeled. It looked great! Very clean. Even the restrooms were very clean. Love that. Lots of large monitors, fancy lights and popular music playing. Each bowling lane had a nice seating area with cubbies/areas underneath the seats and the table. This gave us a place to store our shoes until we were done. It's also enough room to place bags, jackets or anything bulky you have with you. The screens were pretty straightforward to operate and all functioned properly. Wish my bowling game had performed just as well but we won't discuss that. Our server came to us quickly and took our orders. Since I had pigged out earlier, I just ordered the Shrimp Poppers w/sweet chili sauce. Basically, breaded shrimp dipped in sauce. They had just the right amount of wetness. Very tasty w/a medium-ish level of spice. (Also note that I enjoy spicy foods.) I was going to order the Mad Mai Tai since I hadn't had one of those in a long time. However, the Boozy Blue Long Island was one of the drink specials for $3.50 so I couldn't let that deal pass. Also note, there was no skimping on the amount of alcohol. Always a good thing. I honestly was surprised we were the only group there. I expected it to be at least somewhat crowded. There were only maybe a couple of other people in there. Maybe they're busy on the weekends. And maybe that means Thursday nights are the best nights to come. The service was good. Food and drink were good. And it was very clean. Yes, this was a surprise to me since my memory of bowling alleys is a little different. I would just like to say that our customer service last Sunday at this Bowlero for my son's bday party was EXCELLENT! Our server was so conscientious, helpful, kind, and attentive. The manager remembered me from booking years ago, and the other check out employees were very helpful with the kids' arcade cards. Also, the chicken fingers were DELISH, and they packed up any extra food that wasn't eaten for us to take home (without us even asking). Then, to top it all off, they gave us a handwritten thank you note with a voucher for future bowling before we left. I'm tremendously grateful for this customer service. We will be back. This used to be a Brunswick that I actually really liked. I went with my girlfriend to Bowlero's Grand Opening a few weeks back and then back again to take my son. It sits at the corner of Spalding Dr and Holcomb Bridge. I'm going to be blunt, but aside from the name change, the only change I noticed was pricing. Same set-up, and they removed the free pac-man machine that used to be in the bar. A ton of seemingly wasted space with the restaurant. The good - Pricing was $4 for shoes and then $4 per game. Not too bad for two people. The lanes are nice and have the big screens with music going. The arcade area is ok, $5 for game card and 100 credits (we played 4 games). The bad - service is a wash. The first time I came with my girlfriend, I had to flag down the lady handling our lane service to pay her (it was faster just getting our drinks at the bar). This time, we didn't even get service. The balls are HORRIBLE. And that's if you can manage to steal one you like from another lane. They don't have ball stands like normal. I'd assume for a new place, you'd have some new balls. Guess not? Overall, about average for me. The pricing made up for everything else. We might be back again. read more

Was here for a birthday party yesterday on a Sunday and it wasn't busy. Customer service was a hit and miss sometimes they were there to help you out to order some food and drink and sometimes you had to go looking for them. The shoes do not slide so it's pretty hard to bowl in them. We had issues with our lane loading so after about 15 minutes of trying to get help they finally moved us to another lane. There was no reimbursement for our loss and their issue. Their food is typical bar food, chicken tenders were OK. I would say this place is pretty expensive to bowl you can certainly rack up a bill within no time. I definitely feel like this is a good place for kids as it's not too loud with no crazy lights plus their crowds seem to be more families on a Sunday. Plenty of parking outside. Overall it's a pretty low key place to get a quick fix of bowling. read more

This was my first visit to this relatively newly renovated venue. The design is fantastic - adding a classic club/lounge feel with cool lighting, leather sofas, and nice flooring. While I didn't eat in the dining room, the buzz from other guests is that the food is actually pretty good. Big screens keep you plugged into the big game without taking away from the atmosphere. There are great party rooms and spaces available, including a cool patio complete with corn hole. And, of course, the venue has a game room with current, and functioning, offerings. Service speed is the reason for the star deduction. Either the server or front desk person wasn't at their station, or they were super slow when the got to you. I like the idea of lane service instead of a snack bar, but it should come with some degree of speed. I had asked for the big screen in front of us to be changed to the big game and in the 90 minutes I was there, it never happened. As the evening progresses there's a party atmosphere with the black lights and music, they choose a clean selection of music that's peppy enough and appealing to the variety of families there. Awful experience. $7 per shoe rental, $9 per game - what are these prices? ridiculous. We had 9 people in our party so we stayed. First the bumpers didn't work properly so they switched our lanes. Ordered one drink and the "server" added 20% gratuity without telling us so we tipped on top of that. Played one game cost $50 for for my three. Then find out one of our guests was overcharged by $120! Everyone in our party paid. Won't touch this place with a ten foot pole. Ya hired too much staff to stand around than clearly you can afford. We held our daughter's 13th birthday party here with 8 of her friends. We walked in and they had a table decorated with lit tin letters, a birthday balloon, plates, napkins, etc. We started the entire reservation process by calling the Bowlero corporate office and they handled all of the details on their side. The cost was completely manageable for a party of 9, 1.5 hours unlimited bowling, all you can eat cheese pizza, sprite & lemonade and $5 arcade cards. You cannot go wrong holding a party here. Upon arrival, it took our waitress 20 minutes to come and even ask us if we needed anything. Once we ordered food, we were told a 20 minute wait. Nor did we know that a "Manager" was going to behave like such a teenager with so much disrespect and attitude. Under no circumstances come to this establishment. It is beyond belief the audacity on display. First it took our waitress an hour to bring us a pitcher of beer. We were celebrating a friend's birthday. When we brought out the cake and asked for plates and forks it was ad if we were from another planet. Nobody seemed able to assist us. These things are small by comparison to the final transgression. We went to check out and found out the person who spoke to our party coordinator misled him. Bowlero does not charge per lane... They charge per person per game!!! So our total bill for your 16 bowlers was almost $400. That's for shoes and 2 games each. WOW!!! NEVER AGAIN. This is the kind of business model that loses customers. Literally no one will come back when scammed out of money like this. It's incredible. The manager was snippy and short with us the whole time while we checked out. She even went as far as "Silencing " my wife when she was just trying to figure out the best way to split the bill.
