I had booked a facial for both of us, but we were able to experience the foot scrub and the sauna for 30 minutes. The dry sauna is located in the corner of the room that we were being treat. It was great, though it could've been a little hotter. Still got a good sweat though. The facial was relaxing. From what I peeked, they use Dermologica as their main product. The surprising and best part of the whole experience was the Foot Scrub. We were treated with a scrub at the same time as the facial. After the exfoliation process, we were given a foot massage which was one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely be back for another treatment.

Aung himself was absolutely wonderful. He was clearly very knowledgeable and mixed in important questions to provide the best massage while also cultivating a relaxing environment. The room had a rather loud AC that cut on and off, but Aung still spoke in relaxing tones and encouraged me to relax. I will absolutely be back to see him again. I went through the process of calling and asking for it to be fixed, which is already super awkward but I paid for a service with a certain expectation, and they also naturally have you go back to the person who made the mistake which is again, awkward. She wasn't able to, or willing to, fix my hair, just made it a little less drastic and advised me to wear my hair in a totally new and different style than my norm because it would hide her error. She also then refused to dry it unless I wanted to pay for a separate blow out, so it wasn't as obvious to me how little she fixed since I left with damp hair. To lessen my confidence in her abilities, she also got a call from a client, which she took in front of me, where the client complained that she had missed a good amount of spots whilst dying her hair a few days prior. The injector didn't go deep enough, left me with bumps that lasted far too long, and I bruised, none of which has ever happened to me with Botox before. When I asked about it, they brushed it off as "normal" and told me to wait two weeks. When I went back to address the issue, the physician dismissed my concerns and defended the injector, even with before-and-after photos that clearly didn't show the results I should've gotten. They refused to acknowledge that anything was done incorrectly. This place does not take accountability, does not listen to customers, and does not provide the quality of care you expect from a med spa. If you want reliable results and providers who stand behind their work, go somewhere else.
