I then get a ROBO email that they have moved to a new location with the same promotional scam! I called several times, no response! So, I decided to drive to the new location. First of all, the name of the previous business that was in the advertised suite is still on the building, the door was locked, and when I looked through glass door, all I saw was a space in complete disarray!! No sign of any activity, no marking on the door, no answer to phone calls! I did not stop there! I understand she was disappointed to lose a slot on a Saturday but she should not be sitting near the front desk if she can't control her face. From start to finish I was immediately put at ease and treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Let me say that I was apprehensive but all my fears and anxiety melted along with the knots in my back. I can't sing any louder the praise I have for this place and the staff who set aside my fear and replaced it with respect. Aung himself was absolutely wonderful. He was clearly very knowledgeable and mixed in important questions to provide the best massage while also cultivating a relaxing environment. The room had a rather loud AC that cut on and off, but Aung still spoke in relaxing tones and encouraged me to relax. I will absolutely be back to see him again. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful.

I went to Hannah, who at first was okay but at my second to last appointment did an awful job. Before my hair mistake color wise, somehow she turned my hair green. That was fixed at the time but I ended up with what looked like a giant skunk stripe in my hair when it went up. I went through the process of calling and asking for it to be fixed, which is already super awkward but I paid for a service with a certain expectation, and they also naturally have you go back to the person who made the mistake which is again, awkward. She wasn't able to, or willing to, fix my hair, just made it a little less drastic and advised me to wear my hair in a totally new and different style than my norm because it would hide her error. She also then refused to dry it unless I wanted to pay for a separate blow out, so it wasn't as obvious to me how little she fixed since I left with damp hair. To lessen my confidence in her abilities, she also got a call from a client, which she took in front of me, where the client complained that she had missed a good amount of spots whilst dying her hair a few days prior. Not a good look overall. My new colorist was very polite in explaining how she'd have to fix my botched color but I'm still a bit salty about what I paid for what I got here.

The injector didn't go deep enough, left me with bumps that lasted far too long, and I bruised, none of which has ever happened to me with Botox before. When I asked about it, they brushed it off as "normal" and told me to wait two weeks. When I went back to address the issue, the physician dismissed my concerns and defended the injector, even with before-and-after photos that clearly didn't show the results I should've gotten. They refused to acknowledge that anything was done incorrectly. This place does not take accountability, does not listen to customers, and does not provide the quality of care you expect from a med spa. If you want reliable results and providers who stand behind their work, go somewhere else.

The older front desk lady was quite rude and loud about it- very brusque. I didn't want to make it more overwhelming as it already was with the confusing situation. However, I'd like to request management to ensure front desk staff be trained with friendly customer service for paying clients especially if they aren't aware of your custom. I'd like to continue seeing the person I saw next time around but I wouldn't come on the day the old rude lady is there.
