Went here for the first time yesterday during happy hour. Oh boy was the line long! I can't even imagine how bad the lines are for the weekends and I don't intend to find out. It seems like almost all of their drinks are $2.50 during happy hours except for the special drinks that are advertised outside the menu, such as the durian, mango sago one, and I think the summer frosty drinks and signature iced milk (not entirely sure as the girl pointed really quickly). All the drinks are great and the happy hour price makes it easier to drink various drinks since it's so much cheaper. Considering how long the line was, these workers are super efficient and get your order done quickly. The people around here seriously are into their boba, several people walked out with giants bags of drinks and food. The $3.50 snacks during happy hour seems like a great deal as well. read more

I am so thrilled that they are reopened. I've been craving bubble tea everyday during shelter in place and no other stores could compare with iTea. They added safety glass at the entrance which provides safety for both customers and staff. Moreover they are only taking phone order and online order only at the moment which I think it's smart given the situation the world is in right now. I was a bit worried that the quality would go down when they reopen cuz I got my hopes up really high. But man they did not disappoint. My go-to are super lime, oolong milk tea and of course the famous mango sago. Their snacks are delicious too and the portion is big, can usually be shared between two to three people. They even serve meal, like ramen, rice plate and stir fry noodles. I will for sure order some of that next time when I am too lazy too cook. read more

We've been to several i-tea stores but different location. This one is my least favorite location! Giving only one star because of their new operation system during covid. They only take online orders and phone orders. We we're in the area today so we decided to order some drinks online, but their website was down. So we tried to place a phone order but no one answered the phone. After struggling for 10 minutes we drove to the store and tried to see if we can order in person under such situation. Apparently there were several people waiting in line having the same issue and we're trying to order in person as well. But the staff told them to try calling again. We immediately left the store and drove to the San Leandro instead where you can order in person. Never coming back to this store again, not even after covid. read more

iTea is one of my go-to boba spots around me; I've only tasted the beverages so far, and they've been spottttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt I wholeheartedly suggest this establishment! The only criticism I have is that the beverages are costly, but I believe that most boba shops are overpriced. (But it's well worth it!) Black Tea & Oreo Creamy, Winter-melon Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and Thai Milk Tea are a few drinks I highly recommend, however my personal favorite is the Winter-melon! This has been my favorite boba place in the CV since it opened a couple years ago. I can always count on them to make my drink just right. BE VERY CAREFUL HERE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. I preentered my tip when I paid my bill by credit care. When I looked at the receipt I saw that the cashier had increased her tip by 90 cents. It's been over 3 years. They still use the same white meat that's dry as hell. Friend ordered pop corn squid and they used leftover scrap squid.... Do not order any pop corn related from here. Good drinks and good prices. Itea has always been my favorite boba spot in Pittsburg and when they opened one in Castro valley I tried it out. It's as good as their Pittsburg location. My drink of choice is the taro slushy with egg pudding. read more
