This tea shop makes the best milk tea. The tea flavor is so strong. They definitely put more tea than milk in the milk tea. That's how it should be. I like the traditional green milk tea with boba. I'm sure all the flavors are good. Three sips and I'm so wide awake. Once I stayed up all night after drinking one large cup. Be warned, the tea is very strong. Happy hour is so fun, everybody comes out at night to hang out. They should move the happy hour time to 7 pm. The tea shop is bright and has lots of seating. I've visited this place so many times since Grand Opening and my take on it is, I'm glad it's there because it's much better than Tap Ex and it's great to have another option at Pac Com aside from Super Cue or Sno Crave since Super Cue can be packed and Sno Crave is so pricey since it's more of a dine in place. Food here is pricey to the point where I no longer get it since I don't think it's worth the price. Food is good, but I don't think tiny deep fried Calamari should be $7.99! Drinks are ok only meaning not great. My go to drink is the signature boba milk tea and it's really large with lots of boba, but it's never a good balance of tea and milk or level of sweetness for me for some reason. i-Tea is one of my go to tea places in Fremont. It's located in pacific commons so it's a super great location. I always go for 50% sugar and 30% ice. The tea sizes are decently large, but they do charge extra for toppings. My favorite topping by far is the matcha pudding, and it adds a good amount of creaminess to non-milk teas. The tea flavor is strong and comes out more when you order less sugar. The service is nice but a little slow. There is a good amount of seating, but on crowded days it can be really hard to find a table. Overall it's a good place with some faults but good tea. read more

i-Tea is my favorite boba chain that is becoming widespread in the Bay Area. It is an accessible and reliable boba chain that fulfills my needs. I've been to the Castro Valley, Oakland, Newark and this location plenty of times. Normally, I just go for the B1 Signature Boba Milk Tea with less ice, and I try to mix it up by getting the Jasmine milk tea or Roasted oolong milk tea, which is the worst of the 3. However, they have a great sweetness level (I get 50% to 100% depending on my mood) that I consistently enjoy. Their boba is also very very delicious. I also had their Mango sago and I inhaled it out of pure happiness. As for their food, their food is mediocre. I would come here for drinks. The popcorn chicken is solid, but I have not ordered anything else, but have tried other things that were disappointing. My nieces and I were next in line, I gave her my order. They call our number, and we walk up to the counter. All of our orders are in to go containers. This time around, not only did we wait, but it turns out my drink had no boba at all despite requesting $1 worth/2 servings of boba. After a late evening shopping trip to Costco, we stopped by this I-Tea location to grab some milk tea. Tried the panda milk tea with chia seeds and agar boba instead of boba, less ice, and less sugar. OMG!! I found my new fav toppings!!! Chewy with a crunch is the only way I can describe the agar boba!!! Will definitely drop by whenever I am shopping in the area. Plus they have late night happy hour starting at 8:30 pm on Mon-Thr, so my drink was only $2.95 + tax!!! I think they are a mediocre place. I asked for a lycee frosty with jelly and when I got home to drink it turned out there was no jelly. The staff need to get a customers order right and double check if they're coming confused. Now I'm just drinking lycee ice and it doesn't even taste good....
