Big shout out to this towing company for their amazing and responsive service. They're pretty much one call away and quick enough to save the day. The story goes like this: Me and my coworker Manny spent hours diagnosing an electrical issue on his 1988 Toyota 4Runner 4x4, we narrowed it down to possibly a bad starter or a bad ignition switch after doing every possible test. No crank, no start issue (huge issue as seen on the forums). We called a towing company called 10-4 Towing in Anaheim, and they said they'll be coming in half an hour to 40 minutes. They took down my coworker's credit card information, but left us hanging for three hours AND ON TOP OF THAT, OUR CALLS WERE DISMISSED AFTER FIRST RING. Once we read reviews of their other locations, turns out that they're scam artists wasting people's time. So if you happen to come across 10-4, I'd scroll pass them. We planned to give up and instead put a note on the windshield, I said "No, it's risky parking here because these classic 4Runners get stolen like nothing, let's try another towing company." I went on Yelp, and the first company I saw was "I TOW U!" I gave them a call and after the first ring, a dispatcher picked up immediately! Didn't get his name, but if I can give more than 5 stars I would without hesitation. Customer service was on point and his ETAs were and are very promising. The tow truck driver came on time and a few minutes later, my coworker's truck was on the bed ready to go. My classic car wouldn't start I'm pretty sure the ignition coil died. The coil is older than 10 years maybe almost 15 years I can't remember when I changed it last it's been so long.
