For starters Imad did NOT tow my car for me, but I really wish he did but there were certain circumstances that didn't allow and I'll explain shortly. Last Monday my BMW X5 broke down in the middle of the street, car didn't start, didn't crank, nothing. Luckily it was in a low/mid traffic area and the vehicle was kindaaaaa parked to the side but not completely, still was a dangerous situation, PLUS was in a no park zone! I spoke to my Warranty company since I had roadside assistance with them and around 7pm set a time for a tow to come by in a bit, okay cool...at 10pm they call my Wife back saying the tow is rescheduled and will be moved for Tuesday morning about 630-7am, and to leave the car there with the keys in the car, wtf???!!!??? Feeling like I had no choice because it was already late, I left the car but took my keys of course, woke up the next morning and showed up at 615am luckily my car hadn't been towed by Police Dept, called to double check my car was on schedule for a tow and guess what, they tell me uhhhh its cancelled by the tow company. What do you mean it's cancelled?! Do people not want to work nowadays?! Let us see if we can get another truck out there blah blah blah, yes we will get someone there in a few hours. Okay, lady I got shit to do, I have work, I don't have time to sit around waiting for my car to be towed, why has this become so difficult? I decide I'm going to call for a tow myself and just pay the fee, so I reach out to "I Tow U" IMAD immediately was familiar with the process of towing my car. I told him it was a X5 that DIDN'T go into neutral and he was super familiar with the process and said he has the necessary tools, GREAT! He told me it'd be about 2 hours or less, okay I figured no ones scheduled to come from the warranty company anyways, so I agree, rate was super reasonable and he was really nice which meant a lot since I was already having a bad start of the week. 1 hour passes and a tow company calls me says hey I'll be there to pickup the X5 in 20 mins. Wait, what? Who are you? Blah blah blah, shit...now I have 2 tow trucks coming, so I call IMAD back not wanting to waste his time and have him get there and the other truck beat him there etc, I felt soooo bad I had to cancel as he was nice, knowledgeable, reliable and guess what??? This dude is obviously a frickin Tow God. He doesn't shame me, cuss me out, he basically says okay he understands. 10 minutes later I get a text from him saying he understands life happens and things change and if I still need a tow for whatever reason later on he'd be more than happy to do it for me still! I'm thinking immediately man this dudes Wife must be one lucky gal lol. I offer to pay him for his time he spent getting up and out of his office and onto the road for me but he insist I don't owe him anything. Yeah, I could have left all the details of my car breaking down out of this story but I felt it was important to paint the picture of how hectic your day can become when you have an unexpected car breakdown, but IMAD was there to make it better and give me hope. This dude is a great representation of this company IF he doesn't own it, and if you are reading this IMAD I hope and pray your company is blessed for the many many many years to come, you deserve a Tow Oscar. Oh and in case anyone is wondering about the outcome of the other tow, the other company shows up with lack of tools to get my X5 into neutral and on their truck, guy says he will drag it. Uhhh your not dragging my X5, yeah it'll work....okay, I whip out my camera and say you are welcome to do what you need but I'm documenting this to let you know I have already advised you can't drag my AWD X5, you need to get it into neutral or you need to get a dolly to pull it up, guess what happens? They call for backup with a different truck and dolly for rear wheels, that tow company just saved themselves a frickin law suit, moral of the story find people who love what they do like IMAD and it'll take 95% of the stress away.
