Cheesy Potato Pizza with Ranch Drunken Ravioli
    Roxie B.

Food was 10 minutes past estimated time, but otherwise tasty and consistent. Both ravioli and potato pizzas were seasoned well. The crust was crispy and soft on the side. Good crisp pizza undercarriage. Breadsticks were soft and paired well with the ranch, jalapano ranch and butter dressings.

Cheese pizza and bulgogi pizza- so good!

Still unbeatable and best slice of cheese pizza out there with their authentic pizza sauce and crispy dough and cheese. I love the weekly rotating pizza specials which just keep getting better.

This place has good pizza. Delicious and creative combinations I've never heard of before.. chicken Alfredo pizza with white sauce and pasta on the pizza was amazing.. quick and friendly service. Just pick out the slice of pizza you want and they will heat it up for you.. there's so much to choose from .....give them a try if you haven't......... this place is pizza heaven

East side flair! Love the selections of pizza! Don't worry, they have salads and breadsticks! The seating outside is most enjoyable on a breezy, summer day. There is indoor seating as well. Select your food, pizza will be warmed in the oven and is to you in minutes. I was disappointed with the "garlic sauce" for my breadsticks as it was thick and still refrigerated and lacked a garlic taste..

Ian's Pizza is a 'by the slice' pizza place. The slices are pretty big and worth the price. I loved the feel of the place. There is a lot of cool art to look at that decorste the walls. They have a variety of special pizza slices you can choose from. It took me a minute to take in all the options and the worker was very patient explaining what some of their favorites were. I ended up getting a slice of the Mac and cheese (what they are known for) and the smoky bandit. My friend got the penne Alfredo and cheesy potato. I also ended up ordering a garlic bread and a half Cesaer salad. We dined in and I was enjoying every bite of my food. I loved the flavors of the different pizzas and how creative they get into blending the ingredients so it pairs well. They had a few pizzas that I wanted to try so I'll definitely have to make a trip back to Milwaukeee for some. The Cesaer salad was huge for a side portion but was worth it. I'm not use to eggs being included with a Caesar but I'm not mad at it. The garlic bread looks amazing but if you need to skip out on something you could forgo that. It was just okay. But overall their pizzas are where it's at.

I will always have a warm spot in my heart for Ian's, the pizza delivered to us in the protests against Act 10 in Madison. To me, this pizza tastes like justice. But pizza, like justice, is best fresh out of the oven, so what you want do at this location is ask which pizza was most recently made or is there a pizza coming out very soon. It's a nice place to eat in, but you have to be ready to climb the stairs. They have some old school arcade games so get your quarters before going up. I'm not a big fan of macaroni and cheese as a pizza but if you've never had the experience you should try it at least once in your life. And it doesn't matter what your political views are, peaceful protest is an important part of the way democracy works, and this truly the best pizza for making democracy work.

I recently visited Milwaukee and had to stop by Ian's Pizza. Having been here dozens of times when I lived in Milwaukee, I can honestly say I love it. I always get the Mac n' Cheese pizza with green chile ranch, and it never disappoints. It's a chill place with great pizza, and I'll always recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and casual dining experience.

Its a tradition for me and my sister to come here whenever I visit her. The mac n cheese never disappoints- I usually get that and another one but honestly always wish I just got 2 mac and cheese pizzas. Also look how crazy my sister eats her pizza

    Sausage Mushroom Pizza
    Viv P.

Their large pizza is seriously huge... We ordered the sausage mushroom take out. It was done right on time, the staff was friendly, and pick up was easy peasy. It was satisfying, but nothing wow about it. Reminded me a lot of the pizzas I used to have back in the college days. I'm sorry if I sound like a pizza snob... it looks like other yelpers like this place a lot more than we did. I just feel that the pizza scene has evolved a lot in the last 20 years, and this one just took me back in time. Kind of like watching an old classic... ok, so I don't want to start anything here... but I love Star Trek. I like them all, but my favorite is the Next Generation. I really do like the Original Series as well, especially the acting and the plot... but it seems so old compared to Next Generation. (Not to say that better CG make better shows, since some of the newer shows are nothing as good as the old ones, even with epic CG.) I digress. So anyway, Ian's was like the Original Series.

    1/2 smokey bandit & 1/2 supreme

Pizza was fresh, hot, delicious and specialty order was made correct. We will order again from Garver Feed Mill location.

Lots of variety - don't let the "not so fresh" looking ones scare you. They liven right up.
    Jessica G.

Solid pizza place with creative offerings. Street parking was easy to find. The smell inside was *amazing*. There were several fresh pies. and a few tired, older looking pizzas in the window. One of my kids really wanted the sausage Alfredo (one of the older looking pies), and I was surprised at how well it perked back up after a trip in the "revival" warming oven. There were so many unique offerings, I had a difficult time deciding which one to simple. I wish there was a 50/50 slice for us indecisive folk, but the woman behind the counter was helpful and offered some suggestions to guide me on my way. There were even a few vegan offerings (nice touch!) HUGE salads - and lots of options there too, including a build your own. Same with the pizza - If Mac and cheese or taco weren't your style, you could totally DIY one. The crust was really crisp on the bottom. bordering on almost burnt, which I kind of enjoyed. It was nice and sturdy. The dough itself was chewy, and more yeasty than sourdough-y, which Is pretty good at this price point. The sauce was flavorful and plentiful on my slice (tomato, fresh mozzarella, and basil - so skimping here - impressive). We also tried the drunken ravioli (cheese ravioli and a flavorful sauce), pep and cheese (kids), sausage Alfredo, a greek salad (HUGE portion - a bit too much dressing for my taste, but that's me being a snob! most people would like it that way). Breadsticks - pretty standard here. Puppy chow - WHAT? Are you kidding me? I did not need it, but could not resist. The little also insisted on the fruity pebbles rice Krispy treat - no survivors on dessert. Overall, good value, solid pizza, nice variety, very unique offerings. Seating area here was fairly small and shaped a little awkwardly (some Ninja-Tetris moves required to get in and out of our booth with the table next to us). Staff were super friendly. Cool branding - both literally and figuratively. Also, don't count on using the ATM. It had a sad little Wreck it Ralph sticker on the broken screen.

I love the location of this restaurant, a cozy little nook set apart from the business of downtown but still so accessible! With events happening at the fiserv and new music venue in the deer district, it was a welcome reprieve from the action. The restaurant itself is lively but chill - is there a word for that!? lol very laid back, friendly and informed staff. We were able to snag a seat at the bar which was great - it's probably got 12-15 seats. Full dinner service too! My husband got a mezcal old fashioned (not on the menu) and I got a spicy margarita. Both were great! As for food, the menu is eclectic, but everything looks and tasted great! We got 2 appetizers, the bruschetta and stuff pepper - both were delish!! And then we shared the braised beef risotto topped off the night with a spirit free strawberry Fresca & churros (SO GOOD). Great experience for deciding last minute and getting a walk in spot.

The drink menu features plenty of specialty cocktails, and I took our server's recommendation and ordered the Whisky Paloma, which was an excellent choice. I loved the chili dust along the rim. If you like pizza, they have an interesting selection featuring ingredients such as peaches, figs, and bacon. It was hard to decide, but I ended up ordering the Burrata pizza with grilled peaches, arugula, and honey. It was very good and would have been even better with a few more grilled peaches. I also ordered the grilled octopus because, if it's on the menu, I just have to try it. It was very good, along with the accompanying roasted potatoes. I prefer my octopus well grilled and firm, and this preparation was a bit softer than I would have liked. We finished with the tiramisu, which was a little disappointing. It was both very cold, as though it had just been thawed, and a bit soggy. Service: The service was very good throughout the evening. We were seated right away, and our server did a nice job of getting us settled in. The drinks and food arrived surprisingly quickly, and we felt well attended to throughout the meal. Thanks, Robert! Atmosphere: The building is a gem, with old brick on the outside and a modern, relaxing design on the inside. There is a foyer where guests are greeted and can wait for their tables. The wood wall treatments and lighting are inventive and upbeat. The many hard surfaces make the acoustics a bit loud, but we were still able to have a conversation comfortably. Overall, it was a very good experience. With a bit more attention to some of the final touches on the food, this could have been an even better experience. We would enjoy coming back again.

We have ordered garlic knots, cheese pizza and the margherita pizza multiples times- summer of 2025 however, now we can clearly conclude that they have downgraded their service and food. Previously we had fluffy garlic knots, smothered in sauce and parmesan however now they are serving burnt pizza crust with a sprinkle of parmesan in place of what they are advertising on their website. The pizza dough was still raw and not edible. Perhaps management has changed, as their phone number and location within the building also have and the previous menu is no longer offered which supports this theory. We did order close to closing time and inquired whether it was too late to place an order however they proceeded to take our order regardless. We would have been more satisfied if they had let us know it was too late and they would not be able to provide the quality service we had been given before.
