This is by far my favorite place to get my nails done. Jasmyn is the best and always remembers me when I call or walk in. She always provides great service! She even picked out my colors for me when I couldn't make up my mind today and they were perfect! Lisa did my pedicure today and it turned out great as well. I will definitely be requesting her in the future. I love this place so much that my sister and I both went here with our wedding parties to have everyone's nails done. If you're looking for a relaxing clean atmosphere with wonderful service this is the place to go! Update - went to a different Salon on Wednesday for acrylics and shellac color and it turned out absolutely horrid. Had them fixed this morning at ibeautify and of course got fantastic results! Don't waste your time or money here even though from the outside it looks nice. I got the $65 pedicure and it wasn't even worth $10. When she was cutting my cuticles and nails she cut down the side of my big toes almost down to the base of my nails because I had "ingrown nails"...I just have fat toes. This hurt more than anything I've ever experienced during a pedicure before. I told her to stop, but the damage was already done. Now I'm worried I'll actually get ingrowns when my nails grow back. The pictures of the polish job I got speak for themselves. A 2 year old could've done better. read more

I stopped here for a gel color change after getting laser hair removal nearby. No one was in the shop, meaning it was a slow day for them. No one greeted me out of the two people present. They were very rude. I chose a basic pedicure due to me bringing my own gel polish. It was a beautiful color I found online and ordered. The basic pedicure was $40. I also had a current gel color removed from my toe nails, which was peeling easily. She removed the gel color from my nails in less than five minutes by sanding down. Proceeded with the pedicure which consisted of a basic foot soak. Not even giving me enough time to enjoy the relaxation she was filing my nails without clipping them (which should have come with the package I ordered). She asked if I wanted them shorter, I said yes, she still filed them. Needless to say, spent 20 min on my pedicure, they were the exact same length when I left, my cuticles were flooded with polish and instead of taking acetone to remove she dug her nails around them making it appear even more tacky. I declined the foot massage with the cheap lotion and she still charged me $60. Which would have been the price if I had chosen to use their polish which I had my own. Then had the nerve to ask for a tip!!! Didn't greet me, didn't say three words to me the entire time, and then asking for a tip as if you did anything extra. The service sucked, I was overcharged, and will not recommend anyone going here. Especially if you're brown. Apparently, they have an issue serving certain people and aren't friendly at all! Do not ask to be tipped when you over charge and have poor customer service skills. read more

Too expensive - find an alternative salon Work is decent, but the prices have made it so I will never come back. I got the second-level pedicure for $45 and picked gel for my toes. My total bill was $70. Never in my life have I gone to a place that costs THIRTY DOLLARS for gel polish. It's outrageous and I didn't realize until I had left how I only got one thing done (a gel pedicure) and the prices were the most expensive I have ever paid. At other salons, that's the price of a manicure and a pedicure. Their prices are unconscionable; if you go, be sure to ask about the pricing for EVERYTHING before checkout. The service was also bare minimum and overall not worth it. I hope they change their prices drastically in this economy and offer more value to their patrons in the future. read more

This is ridiculous... I paid $45 for a gel manicure only for there to be polish outside the nail bed and also not an even paint around the nails. This looks like it's regular polish, and not to mention she cured each hand at least 5 times for no reason. If you're charging this much and have the audacity to ask for a tip, I suggest you learn how to paint nails correctly for clients to return. Would not suggest this place to anyone nor will I be returning! read more

I've been going to iBeautify since they opened, and I won't go anywhere else. Everything in the shop is spotless including the foot spas and implements. They are so happy to accommodate any request I have, and Paige does my nails just the way I like them, short and sporty. I was bringing my own polish because I always wear the same shade of OPI (Funny Bunny), but last week they started carrying it so I don't have to bring it anymore. They run specials every month, and I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pay for my mani/pedi last week, and it was $5 off. They have an iPad to swipe your card with an option to add a tip on at whatever % you like so no calculating how much to tip. Very modern. Friendly staff, great service, and a good value - you can't ask for more. read more

This is a VERY nice nail spa. I started coming here a few months ago with my daughter, and we couldn't be happier with our nails! I get the mani's on my natural nails and I can't believe it, but I'm going a whole week or more w/out a chip! How is that possible? I'm totally impressed! We are walk-in customers, and we are treated exceptionally well by the whole staff. They are so sweet, and gentle. The spa music is relaxing. The implements are clean and wrapped for each new service. Besides their sweet personalities they are expert nail techs. They are very sincere about their work. I spent like 3 hours at this place and ended up with the thickest acrylic nails I've ever had. - A guy who did my nails was very slow and not skilled enough, they admitted it and had to refile them.... extra time for me.... - Somehow they couldn't replicate a very simple design that I showed them on the picture. - VERY thick acrylic nails....May be they are just good in simple manicures.. Been going here for months. Love the service - smiles, easy communication, always get me in when needed, drinks and snacks provided, very kind to my two little girls, calm, great music, very very very clean. Love the outcome - I always get a regular manicure. I don't know if it's the quality of the products used, the quality of the cleaning done before polish applied, or both - that gives these manicures such staying power. Regular manis last 5 or more days without chipping. This is unheard of. I also get a pedicure and love how my feet feel afterwards. Love the location - so close to Trader Joe's in Los Gatos and close to highway 17 and 85. Easy parking. it's worth a few extra $'s to get a great mani/pedi. read more

NEVER coming back to this salon again. My mother gave me a gift certificate to this place for a graduation present. She chose this place because she saw it was newer and she would always drive by it. I always get my nails done, so I know the drill and what to usually expect. I was super unhappy with the outcome. My $35 French pedicure looked cheaply done. And my $30 fill for French manicure was pure laziness. All she did was make my nails shorter from my last nail job, and left the white from that. She was going to charge me $5 to PAINT it thicker. Who charges $35 for that?! not to mention that she also left fuzz underneath 3 of my nails and proceeded to tell me there was nothing we could do because it was underneath the gel.. I am never coming back here again. They are too overpriced for what they offer and the service they give. read more

I had a lovely experience at iBeautify Spa last week! Came here with a friend (a bride to be!) and armed with Amazon deals for $25 gel manicure + pedicure. I booked a month in advanced( mostly to time it so it would be right before my friend's wedding) so had no problem getting an appointment. This is a great location and a huge/clean space. It looks like it would be an awesome place to bring a bunch a girlfriends to get your nails done together. They had multiple pedicure and manicure stations. Jasmine warmly greeted me when I entered and showed me my nail color options. My friend was coming later so I got started first. Jasmine and Amy did my nails and they were very nice, friendly and efficient. We had sporadic small talk that was amiable, not awkward. They were very careful and gentle - a truly wonderful experience. I was finished within 40 minutes - yay for efficiency! Turns out that my friend was running late from work, but the staff was very patient and accommodating. It probably helped that there was no one else there, but there was not one hint of annoyance. I called to make the appointment and at first it sounded like I could get in fairly soon until I mentioned the Amazon local deal. First appointment - 6 weeks from now! Overall iBeautify Spa is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. My sister and myself went for a pedicure and we both got a painful clip during the cuticle clean up, it was quite painful and it happened more than once. I've never had that happen at any other salon, ever. She said I had an ingrown toenail, but I do not and never have had anyone say this or have any pain from my toenails, they are very healthy, so I'm not sure what was going on there? I have tried so many nail places since I moved to the Bay Area and this is by far the best place I've been to. It's very clean, always relaxing, and filled with talented, friendly people. I always go to Tweedy (I hope that's how she spells it) she is amazing. I always bring her some kind of fun design from Pinterest and she always does a fantastic job. The pedicures are to die for! Hot stones, massage, paraffin wax and tons of colors to choose from. I tend to be loyal when I find someone I adore so I only go to Tweedy but I've seen the other technicians work and it always looks great. The salon is run by Jasmine who is super friendly and professional. She's always checking on everyone's work and makes sure clients are comfortable and happy. I love this place. Beautiful work. I just got a gel manicure and pedicure that were both wonderful. My nails look fantastic. When my manicurist finished my polish, the manger came over to inspect the work. I thought it looked fine, but she said it wasn't perfect and applied another coat herself. Clearly, her standards are higher than mine, and I consider myself rather picky. I've been going to iBeautify ever since my mom turned me on to it about 3 years ago. I come in bi-weekly for gel-manis and about once a month for a pedicure. Jasmine & Tweety have become friends of the family, and take amazing care of us every time we come in. We chit chat back & forth, they are the sweetest ladies. I've come in over a week into a pedicure wanting to pay for a touch up after stubbing my toe, and they fix me right up. The spa is always extremely clean, the pedicure bowls are sanitized almost immediately after a customer vacates a chair. Tools are always in the sterilization bag. Great selection of gel colors, and TONS of regular color; can't speak to the acrylic as I haven't gone that route in several years. My cuticles are never over trimmed, and they don't over buff for the gel. read more

They take their time and you don't at all feel rushed - I chose white polish which can be really hard with your cuticles and akin to paint perfectly - the woman who did my pedicure did a fantastic job and the owner came over and made sure and assisted everything was perfect - she was also just so warm and helpful and made me feel so welcome. Called a week ahead to make sure my mom and I both got appointments for mani/pedis. Spoke to Jasmine the business owner who was great at scheduling! The day of the appointment we got there about 5 minutes early. It was really easy to find (right next to Nutrishop Los Gatos) and there was plenty of parking. Overall pros: -Greeted pleasantly by the owner, they have a sign in sheet with a space to request a certain manicurist. They gave us a couple of minutes to pick a color but then got right to work. I appreciate when a business sticks to their appointment times. -Extremely clean and cool set up with a hightop manicure bar -All OPI products -Menu listed various pedicures or manicures and the prices. I opted for a regular mani for $17 (plus $5 for french) and luxurious pedi ($45) which included a sea salt mud scrub, paraffin wax dip, and extremely long leg/foot massage. They also offered us water and conversed beyond the usual. It is a little pricier than the average nail place in the area but you are also paying for a better experience. Definitely a great place for a mother-daughter or girlfriend date and worth the splurge every once in a while. read more
