I always go here to get my eyebrows done as it's the closest place and I also work in the marketplace. The women there always make my eyebrows look great, and for a cheap price of $10. It's an easy in and out service and I've never had to wait in a line. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because they lack great customer service. The ladies are there to just do your eyebrows and get you out of there as quick as possible (which is fine, but you can tell they're very apathetic about their job), and you have to ask for the aloe afterwards. But they're good at their job and I only spend 5-10 mins in there so the customer service doesn't bother me as much. read more

Do not go here. Place is so dirty and unprofessional, with inexperienced people working. I'm walking out with my eyebrows completely thinned down, ugly, VERY uneven and a crucial area that makes my arc an ARC is missing on the left brow. What the hell? I clearly explained to her that I want them lighter but try not to thin them. So she cut them like crazy which I thought would help, BUT her technique was choppy and she did not know how to do it right. So she tried to fix that, and I told her once again, don't thin them. She said she's trying to make it blend. Ok. So now most of my left brow is missing, and both of them don't have a nice angle the way I like them and the way I explained to her. She admitted it was her fault so charged me 5 instead of 10, THAT IS HOW BAD MY EYEBROWS ENDED UP LOOKING. To the point where she decided to give me 50% off. I went here on Sunday, 9/13/2015 at around 3pm. The woman who did my brows had a blue shirt one, and black moccasin sandals. The place is very hard to find. I walked past it twice, and had to use my GPS to find it. I walk in with my step daughter, and the only person there is with a customer, and another woman was waiting. The eyebrow threader didn't even look at me, or acknowledge I was there. So I stood there for a moment confused on if I should wait for someone to sign me in, or what. I decided to sit down since the woman seemed to be oblivious to me, even though she was 10 feet away. She could have at least told me I could have a seat, instead of letting me stand their not knowing what to do. When she finished the woman she was working on she barely had any eyebrows. They were left super short. Maybe she wanted them that way, but I doubt it. The woman who was with her changed her mind, and said she would come in another time. So I sit down, and tell her just to clean them up, and follow the natural shape. Not to go too thin since my hair is blonde, and they disappear if they're thinned too much. She was unable to make my eyebrows match. I know my brows are slightly thinner on one, but I have never had an issue when getting them down. She basically shaped one, but then only cleaned up the other instead of making them look the same. The right is higher looking than the left since she didn't take much off the top. When I got home I had to go through, and remove hairs to even them out more. I shouldn't have to tweez my brows after paying to get them down. It was also incredibly painful. She said it was because my brows were long, which is not the case. I have never had this issue, and I go months between brow jobs. I was barely able to sit through it, and I have had them threaded many times, and waxed many more. The reason I prefer threading to tweezing is because it normally doesn't hurt as much. Not the case here. tldr: I will not be returning. Horrible customer service, and I could have done better myself, and I'm not very good at brows. And it was the most painful threading/wax I have ever had done on my brows. read more

So I am from California and I am really picky about my eyebrows. Since I moved Arizona have been trying to find a threading place that can do really well on my eyebrows. I ended up here at this place. It wasn't very busy and I ended up being with Celia. I was really nervous because I was going to a wedding in a couple days and I didn't want anyone to ruin my eyebrow shape. When I explain that to her she said no problem and went right to work. Literally A minute or two later she was done and they look absolutely amazing. And I thought 10 bucks was perfect because I was paying more in California. I will definitely be coming back for her. This is the only place I go to for eyebrow threading. I have even tried "authentic" threading places in Indian plazas and was reminded to go where I knew the product! There is a young girl there that always does an amazing job and takes the time to clean up with tweezers and trimmers. It is on par pricing wise with other threading places and it is very easy to walk in and walk out in a reasonable amount of time. I had getting my eyebrows done on my to-do list for the past week and even though I get an amazing shape at the place I usually go to, I have some doubts about their cleanliness and wanted to try out a new place. After dinner this evening I yelped eyebrows in the Tempe Marketplace and Ibrow Threading was still open at 8pm. It's a little unclear where the location was, so I gave them a call and she said it's just below Cadillac Ranch, across from Dave and Buster's. I headed over with my friend and it's a small little shop with one lady at the front. I let her know that I was just looking to have my eyebrows shaped and cleaned up and she went to work. This was my first time and the threading was nearly painless, much more so than waxing. There was a couple of times I felt a small pinch, but otherwise it didn't feel like much was going on. After a couple minutes she handed me a mirror to take a look and my eyebrows were good as new. Considering that this place is a lot closer than where I went previously, and because I appreciate threading as opposed to adding more chemicals to my face, this will be my go-to spot. read more

I've been going here the past few months and the first few times I was impressed because people are always thinning them out or leaving them too thick. My brows have a natural arch but I like to get them cleaned up. So I was excited to find someone who did them the way I wanted them to look. However the last few times I've gone, when I ask to have them cleaned up, they tend to look clean between the brows and underneath but there's no prominent shape. So now I know that I must be specific in saying to shape and clean but not too thin and don't leave them thick. Also I noticed that one lady threads too much on my left brow leaving it slightly indented too much from my nose.... so I have to fill them in daily, which in all honesty, I don't like having to do if I don't need to. The other lady I've had tends to cut my right lid. Not sure if it's because she goes so fast or I'm not stretching it enough... but she's done it twice. Afraid to try someone new since they are not too far from where I live. But I'll have to give someone else a go. Still a pretty decent place and inexpensive. read more

My eyebrows turned out amazing. She made them as symmetrical as I've ever had them before, which is very difficult to do since no one is perfect and even our bones are different in each eye. I just went yesterday for my third time... Unfortunately I have a lot of peach fuzz and also a lot of baby hairs that grew out crazy cause I decided to use those little facial hair razor thingamajigs... Sunita did a great job cleaning up my entire face. My skin looks a bit clearer and my makeup goes on way better after the first day. I only give it 4 stars cause she tends to over-thread a wee bit too much on the inside of my left brow by the nose. Horrible service for $10+ which is more than the usual $8 fee from other places. The lady was too rough with my eyebrows, the next day I had cuts on both sides. When she tried to even the left eyebrow, it just became thinner. I literally had to clean my face and apply the aloe vera myself afterwards. Not going back there ever again. I'd rather go to AZ Mills or MIS to get my eyebrows done. I wish I can find a place that doesn't use their mouth to do threading though. read more

This place is very difficult to find. Its actually in block H 2000 and Its on the back side of Barnes&Nobles. If you are able to find this place you will definitely like the place.
