If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is definitely in the business of ripping people off. I bought a van from them less than a year ago, since then I've had to do countless repairs. These repairs have cost me more than I payed for the van. The van was posted on line had all the window. When I arrived one window was busted and they offered to have plastic in place of the window but the price would be the same. On top of that I heard the Manger tell the employee to stop cleaning the work vans. "They don't need to be cleaned, they know what they're buying." This apparently included all the broken glass from the window. So I had glass all over the back of the van, in the door well and in the grooves where the door slides shut. They definitely took advantage of the situation I was in. I will definitely also be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. read more

While the salesmen there from Moose to Faras were pleasant to deal with, their dealings as a company are very poor. I purchased a vehicle on July 3, picked the vehicle up and drove to Colorado Springs on July 6. The vehicle broke down on my way back home, not even 83 miles. I am thankful I purchased a vehicle warranty however, even what I was told about the warranty company (Royal Admin) was not true. I have records and over 2 pages of each person who I spoke with and what I was told. I was unable to even drive the vehicle until the month of November. However, while I must take fault that I did not have the vehicle checked over by MY mechanic before purchasing, I am quite disappointed that I purchased a vehicle and was not able to drive it for over 4 months because it was in the shop. A short list of what was wrong with the car, Fuel Pump went out, Both Fuel Sending Units, the ECM (computer) as well as the Instrument Cluster (there were pieces of black tape on the dashboard.) Further, any follow up from this dealership has been poor at best. When I got my car back, I attempted to register it with El Paso County and was told they never received any paperwork regarding the title. When having to call the dealership to follow up, I was told it was sent in August and they would resend it and then call me. I am happy to report it WAS sent to the county and delivered via UPS but was not called back as I was told by Faras or Moose. Ultimately, while they are pleasant enough to speak with and did try to accommodate me through the vehicle's breakdown when it initially happened, I am just sorry I had to experience this myself. Again, I am responsible for signing the papers AS IS as well as should have had the foresight to have it checked over independently, that does NOT excuse selling a car that was in horrible shape. This has to be the absolute worst dealership you can buy a car from. They are shady as fuck. I financed a 2013 dodge dart through them and boy do I wish I would have read the reviews first. They know all the shit that is wrong with their cars and do everything they can to rig and hide it just long enough to fool you into buying it. Immediately after getting the car I had to get all new rotors and break pads and still couldn't get rid of the screeching sound when I brake. It had a coolant leak as well. missing one of the hubs the lug nut screws onto on 2 of my tires (one is completely snapped). Had to replace the ENTIRE suspension system. They sold me the car knowing it didn't even have strut mounts. The struts were just sitting loosely with a stupid plastic clip to make it look like it was somewhat mounted. Has electrical problems and starting issues. The transmission control module is faulty and causes the car to not read what gear you put it in to and makes the whole shifter column light up red and throws the check engine light on. also causes the car to randomly switch into neutral while driving which is dangerous. Have spent more on repairs within the 7 months I've had it than I even paid for the car. And of course they aren't able to help with any of this. These scam artists should not be in business. Took to MY mechanic, due to them being busy on the third business day after purchase , they told me that the engine is shot and this car would NEVER pass emissions unless you put a new engine in it. Now, the LAW states that you have 3 business days to get this to pass emissions or the dealership is responsible to 1. take the car back with full refund or 2) make necessary repairs so the vehicle WILL pass emissions. I notified them on the third business day that the vehicle in present condition will not pass emissions and they had the choice to take it back or fix it (yep, new engine, new turbo). They refused both, I have the text message from the Bessonette woman working there - so, they broke the law. I had the car fixed at MY mechanic and it cost $ 12,000!!!!!!! to get the car into drivable condition. I will seek compensation for the replacement of the engine - so - owner of this shoddy place, if you read this, make me an offer - I can substantiate ALL my claims in a court of law, would rather not go there and have you offer me compensation, but if I have to take you to court, I will also seek punitive damages. Oh, and they withheld my title. I was told I would have it in 2 weeks (I paid in full with cashier's check, no financing involved) , I had to open a case with the Better Business Bureau after I still did not have the title a month later. I bought a used car at icar in Golden. I worked with John Fultz. It was a very good experience, absolutely no pressure, John was responsive to follow up questions, and worked with my situation. He provided a full tank of gas and a replacement windshield that was cracked. I had forgotten to put the windshield into the paperwork and later thought, "Oh no!" But I called John, and he was a man of his word. He took care of the windshield replacement at no cost to me. I would recommend this business. Honestly, I am surprised at the poor reviews. It is a used car after all, and it may need some repairs. I had multiple fluid changes done which was what the car needed at the time and was clear what maintenance had and hadn't been done. That is why a CarFax is important (they provided one up front), it tells the story of the car, # of owners, oil changes, what services it had, etc. My suggestion would be to do your homework and know what you are buying. read more

I should've read the reviews before I bought a car from this place. The other review stated car needed new engine, well that is no exaggeration. Mine, too, needs a new engine!!!! $5000.00 and I need a new engine!! The mechanic who looked it over after I finally got to bring it home, said that stop leak was put in the engine to cover up major engine damage. They played a very similar game with me that they played with the other person who ended up needing a new engine. Unless you are buying something known for its reliability, like Honda or Toyota, I WOULD NOT trust this car lot. And, even then, get the car checked out thoroughly. I bought my car from this dealership. They treated me really well in the beginning!! It needed a heater put in they agreed to fix it. They offered to fix it and paid for it. It went in 3 times for just the heater!! They did an oil change for me just to be nice!! Well a week later after getting the car back my oil light came on.. Why would my oil light come on when the oil was just changed??My boss looked and there was NO oil in the vehicle!!! He put oil in it for me THANK GOODNESS!! They put the oil in my power steering not in the right spot for my vehicle. I called the dealership and told them my heater still doesn't work and my car had no oil in it. He told me to go back to the place he had fix it. I did and the gentlemen from SA automotive(SAM) told me the vehicle has an oil issue and he told that to the dealership and he refused to talk to me or work on my vehicle. I called the dealership about it and he said he fired that company and to take it to another place to get the heater done, but the oil should be just fine. He didn't know what Sam was talking about. I took him at his word since he had been really good at helping me get car fixed. They have had the car in repair for the heater more than I have enjoyed the vehicle. The oil light came on again. I then put 5 quarts of oil in the vehicle and I broke down on the highway and had to have the vehicle towed!! The vehicle needs a new engine!! The warranty they sold me won't fix the vehicle. This dealership refused to give up the records of the oil change and repairs done on my car to the warranty company. They are being really sneaky and won't release records from the auction that the car passed and won't release that the oil change was done. Basically I don't have a vehicle because the dealership was aware of an issue and didn't disclose it. I have had a BAD few months and the dealership was aware of it. I got in a car wreck totaled my car, then had two mini strokes, then I broke both of my wrist, and then to top this off my husband of 28 yrs passed away suddenly. I just need help exposing these two companies for what they did to me. I just want my vehicle fixed or replaced. I took my daughter here while looking for her first car. I didn't expect to find much, it's off the main road from the dealerships on West Colfax, but I figured it couldn't hurt to have a look. The employees were helpful, even though they were closing, so we came back the next morning. My daughter immediately found a really excellent used Nissan Sentra at a good price. The purchase was smooth and simple, and my daughter loves her little car. I'm happy with the quality and the great price. I had a couple of very minor things to fix on the car, tiny issues, no big deal. And I saved about $3,000 if I would have bought the same car from one of the big dealerships. We got the car home, have had it for nearly a month, and I realized that it's one of the nicest cars that I've ever bought. Terrific experience. Scammers. I went and looked at a low milage car back in October 2019 that seemed to be taken care of inside out and underneath but was really just covered up with cheap gimmicks. They didn't have a Carfax on the car which would've told me the car was originally from new york (which would've been a red flag for buying). When I examined the under body it was sprayed black and it looked to be underbody liner which they told me they underlined when I asked them about it, and after buying it I found out that it was just spray painted black with regular basic spray paint not underliner. They spray painted it to hide the rusted out chassis underneath. Also, during the process of filling out paper work and getting suckered into buying the car, one of the bosses was unnecessarily rude to the employee I was filling out paperwork with right in front of me. It wasn't just a little rude remark in business terms, he was straight verbally crapping on the person I was talking to. I don't support abusive work place environments/employers and if that had happened before I started the paperwork I would've left because that was highly uncalled for and very unprofessional. read more

My husband and I bought a car here just a little over a month ago. They were super nice and made us feel like we were making a great purchase. A couple weeks into our purchase the car started leaking coolant. It is now completely undrivable because the leak is so severe, we are waiting for the mechanic to let us know what else is going on with the car (the brakes are also going out). When I called to talk about the issues he was incredibly rude and said they go through multiple inspections. However, with the condition of our car I completely doubt it was inspected at all. We put all our savings in for a down payment and now we have to pay for whatever repairs the car now requires. I am extremely disappointed and wouldn't wish this on anyone. read more

When I pressed him further about selling faulty vehicles he became combative, argumentative and accusatory stating that "they did not know about this so it was my responsibility and that he sold me the car even though there were 3 others looking to buy it." (So this implies that he was doing me a favor selling me a broken vehicle??) I advised that the only recourse I have is to leave this negative review to which before hanging up on me, started shouting repeatedly, "I will not be blackmailed!" Even after asking him to not yell at me as I did not raise my voice, he continued his tirade and then as promised, hung up on me. So now I have a $2900 car that needs $5000 in repairs and I cannot afford it even though I have 2 jobs. We purchased a vehicle on Saturday July 27th. The car buying experience was great and they were super friendly. 13 days after the purchase the vehicle broke down and had to be towed to the shop. We contacted them and we were told they inspected the vehicle and there were no problems with it. The harmonic balancer broke a known issue with this vehicle. The brakes were below replacement measurement. We went back and forth with them over several emails and text messages. The vehicle is still currently in the shop with more issues. They had told me the vehicle was inspected before it was sold. I called Manheim auto auction in Nevada where the vehicle was purchased by them. They advised me for $100 they offer dealerships a full used car inspection and that ICar automotive LLC opted out of the inspection. If they truly have their vehicles inspected which they at first said the did and the an email told me they don't these things would have been found. Their solution to the problem was to give the number to a guy they use for towing and have it towed to a place in Lakewood they use who would charge us less money to get the vehicle repaired as the vehicle is not drivable. We have had this car one month to the day an only drove it 13 days. While we can expect vehicle to break down we didn't anticipate after 13 days and our first payment we would still not have a useable vehicle. They had told us you can't make everyone happy and we were obviously those type of people. This dealer is that type of typical used car dealer whose only interest is selling the "metal". The after sale doesn't matter to them. We are problem people apparently. This used car dealer is definitely buyer beware. By they way they will say they offered us a warranty which in this case would not have mattered. All warranty companies have an exclusionary clause where repairs before 90 days are not covered. This repair would have been on us no matter what. They did not offer us a warranty anyway. The used car dealer is definitely buyer beware. We are definitely not liars. The car broke down august 9th. The last i checked that is not 30 days. We asked for proof of the presale inspection and we were told they do not have that information to give to us. The salesman saw my son coming and took advantage of a first time buyer. Not 24 hrs he drove it off the lot his brakes locked up as he was driving and almost caused a serious accident. 1100.00 later the axle seals were leaking and our mechanic said they didn't just start leaking... It had been leaking for a while!!!! This dealership knowing sold my son a car with SERIOUS PROBLEMS that were never disclosed, and these could of caused a serious accident because the brakes failed and/or cause a fire in the back axle as a result of the leak. This dealership sells a 3 month or 3000.00 mile warranty which should of covered the repairs... But of course... " That specific leak is not covered even though it clearly states that it should of. In November my daughter and I purchased 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500 from this dealership. One week after the purchase the truck stopped running. The FES failed and the thermostat failed. We took the truck to an auto repair to address the issues so we could get an emissions test. The auto repair shop gave us a list of issues including needing a new catalytic converter. (the current on is blowing substrate out the tail pipe. There is a total bill of over $5,000 just to get the truck moving. We went back to the dealership to address these issues. We were told, "you bought it it's your problrem". Essentially telling us we bought a $27,000 paper weight. Despite the fact that it is illegal in the state of Colorado for a dealership to sell a vehicle that will not pass emissions. (Colorado revised statute 42-4-309) Their website and advertising also claim a 90 day warranty on all purchases which they say does not apply. Misinformation and lies. I'm in my 60's so this isn't my first rodeo and I've not been asked to post this nor am I being compensated to post this. This guy is the Real Deal. These ARE pre owned cars - and Husam does his best to put cars on the lot that he truly believes are good cars. In my case, I noticed a noise coming from the engine compartment or thereabouts. The noise was definitely NOT there when I test drove and purchased the vehicle. Upon stopping by his office to pick up the title I mentioned it to him and he was visibly shaken as it is not his intent to pass off problems to his customers. He insisted on taking it for a test drive and actually drove me to a shop that he's used before to diagnose the problem. The car is there now and I feel well taken care of. I have to say, Im a little disappointed. We knew the car we were buying was "as is" and it was used. We get that. But I feel like we got played. We bought our 2006 Honda Pilot back in July 2018. We, as in my husband and I plus our newborn, 6 and 8 year old, showed up after calling about it to test drive the car. We had to wait a few minutes cause they were finishing up the detailing. So when we got in it was a strong detail smell. But didnt think anything of it. The test drive was just fine. Nothing major. We get back, they say there are two others there to test drive it , making us decide to say yes before it was gone. But overall we were happy. After a few days of getting in and out of it with all my kids, I noticed a pundgent smell once the detailing smell wore off. Every time I got in it, the heat inside the car made it worse and the AC seemed to make it worse. It was sickening and embarassing. So I tried ti cleam it with our steamer and any car cleaner. And as I was vacuuming under the back seats, I noticed mouse poop! Not just a little bit either. So husband and bro-in-law take out the seats to clean better. After doing that it was worse than expected. There was a dead mouse under the carpet, mouse poop in the ceiling and even dog and cat food and insulation in the ceiling. Whatever a mouse could find to make a nest. So they spent almost 2 days tearing it apart to clean up all the evidence of mice living in it so me and my kids didn't get sick from what was inside. So I must say, that if they knew about the mice or even the smell, I CANNOT believe they were okay withholding that piece of info. The fact they knew we had a 2 week old baby, a 6 and 8 year old makes me so furious! They could of said something but instead felt totally fine with our family driving this car home. So when i read their website said they sell "high-quality" cars, I had to post this. I expect the shaddiness from just a craigs list ad or some random person but a car lot/dealership, it's pretty crappy. So unfortunately, we wont be going back. read more
