I just had the most amazing experience at this place!! My iPhone5 battery swelled up so bad pushing my phone screen so far put, I wasn't able to use it at all back in March. I called every place and was told it would take at least $200-$300 to fix. Money I did not have to spear. I googled places that could fix my phone within a few miles away from my place and Icarryall came up. I called and was told would take $60 to replace the battery and I'd be good to go. I was so excited! It took them only an hour to repair! I was so stoked my phone was back to normal. But found out during the process the on/off button failed so they put something on my screen to use and I was good to go till I had the funds to fix it. Well 3 days ago my battery started to swell up again. I was so frustrated wondering why since I fixed it in March so I walked in yesterday and spoke to Rob who checked my phone and told me if it was in warrantee that they would fix it at no charge. I went home to check history of payment and called in today. Spoke to Roman and manager Lea and both told me to come in and would fix the phone at no charge tho warrantee was only good for a month. I brought in my phone not only were they sooooo amazingly friendly and helpful with any info, they replaced my battery and fixed my on/off button at no charge since it screwed up during the first battery exchange! My phone right now is back to brand new and I'm sooooooo excited to have dealt with them. If you need any electronic repairs done, get your ass to this place!! I have been coming to ICarryAll in Hollywood for almost 8 years. Any and every time I go in there, or call I am treated with great, professional and personalIzed customer service. This store is unique due to the fact it is located on Hollywood Blvd. it's open late so it accommodates my work schedule. This place can do almost anything one would be looking for as far as getting your phones to work properly. For me, this is huge because I am not so great with new technology. Over the years I have gotten to know the owner and he was always been so awesome to me. His prices are fair for services and phones.. well we all know how phOnes go.. they are costly anywhere. I have bought his used phones and I have utilized many of his services offered. I came in the other evening unlocking new iPhone prom Max .. this comedian that I had seen in Burbank (awful by the way) walked in ranting and raving about his phone - I knew nothing of the situation. He claimed he was an attorney and bla bla- and he wanted his phone -The owner Robert had it waiting for him (Lol) in fact handed it to him with no issue.. it was so bizarre this random "D" list comedian is claiming he's an attorney .. I will attest to the fact that all these years of doings business with ICARRYALL and sending business to this store, NOTHING has ever been shady, misleading or a bad experience. Easily the BEST go-to place in LOS ANGELES for your iPhone repair // electronics needs. They will always take care of you and make sure your device is fixed and working, and that you are happy with whatever you are buying from them. They are fully transparent about everything in regards to their work, and they are one of the only off-site retailers that carry the actual parts for iPhones (the actual 4K Retina screens & parts so that your warranty isnt voided) ... I would recommend this location to anyone who breaks their phone and wants it fixed in 1-2 hours for an extremely reasonable price without any hassle. If you are going for other electronics needs or more specific things, I would advise speaking to the experts or managers (not regular cashiers) if they are available being that they are extremely well versed, knowledgable and friendly and can help more specific needs with great service. Being a tech geek and someone who runs a tech blog, i find it really useful to have this place right in Hollywood! Overall I give this place 5 stars, and would personally go here before the apple store for any repairs even computer related. HOW TO EXTEND THE FRAUD!!! iCarryAll's owner, Lea, contacted me following my earlier review (posted two months after not being able to get a response from them despite weekly phone calls), about their sale to me of a new, unlocked iPhone 6s that turned out not only to be locked to T-Mobile but worse - locked to a previous owner. Her response was to tell me they were really concerned and upset about what had happened. She then proposed I sent them the phone back so they could deal to it in their workshop, (I presume they would jailbreak it - or maybe sell it to some other unsuspecting customer - as they don't need the phone itself for any other reason), or alternatively, if I was happy to pay them another US$100, they would arrange for a third party to unlock it! REALLY???? By return I suggested they sent me the NEW UNLOCKED iPhone 6s I originally paid for or paid themselves to have it unlocked if they wanted me to keep the previously owned phone - the resulting silence is deafening!!! So much for integrity and honesty! Deal with iCarryAll at your own peril - if this is an example of how the owner operates you really should worry about what you are about to purchase from them or what you leave with them to get fixed!! I was in Hollywood last spring and I went here here to get my phone fixed. There was a foreign man working that seemed to be the manager. He knew a lot about my phone but was quite rude. I asked about several products in the store as I was planning on buying my nephew a few nice gifts. After looking closely at the items I realized they were all used and the prices were a bit higher than the prices I found on Amazon, EBay, etc. There is also a no refund policy which is quite ridiculous for an electronics store. When he gave me my phone back, it didn't work properly. The backlight was flickering and there was a lot of time lagging. When I was outside waiting I was told by a local man who worked down the street that he uses used parts for phones but passes them off as new. He also sells used phones and passes them off as new. I just wanted my phone fixed and instead I got an earful of gossip from other local merchants. My phone didn't work correctly but when I got back up north, another store fixed it for NO COST! This place seems like a tourist trap. And the strange foreign manager is rude and creepy. read more

WOW.. They really DO do it "ALL". Firstly, not only is this the most honest place ever, they will use more of their own time trying to keep whatever repair costs to its bare minimum for you. My Lenovo Yoga laptop suddenly stopped charging, and they immediately fixed its issue right there in the shop, only to figure out it was a much deeper problem. So they investigated it nonstop, calling me every day to give updates, found the issue, spent So much more time on repairing it than initially quoted, and still managed to charge me LESS than what was estimated for the First problem (even though they did 4x the work & spend x2 $ in parts cost). They saved me a lot of time and worry with their above-excelled skills, and saved me money in the end also. Its an Extremely Underrated place. 3 years ago I stopped in this store and saw the camera which I really wanted. That was Nikon D7100. And I got very good deal together with lense 18-140mm. That price I didn't see anywhere else and I was wandered that I can get such a good price right on Hollywood blvd. And I still use this camera. More than 3 years already. Use it a lot because I travel, take photos and publish photo guides with hundreds of photos in each book. This time when I visited LA I stopped by again and I needed Macbook Pro. I was looking for specific 2015 pro model and they had it. I was very surprised that the owner still remember me. I was not ready to buy but few days later I came back and Sam, the guy who works there made me a good deal. This laptop is almost brand new and I hope it will work as good as my camera. icarryall is the place to go, this is my 4th time visiting and the staff here always makes sure anything i need is done and always makes sure i leave happy and satisfied. i ave never had any problems here they fix all my problems. i brought both my iPhones here broken lcd and they fixed them for a excellent price, the phones were so damaged when i walked in i didn't even think they were fixable but carryall does the job, i just bought a macbook here only $300 and robert even included a brand new charger and updated software to the macbook with it and did not charge me tax which took $30 off alone plus the charger he threw in, this place is fantastic. i would not go anywhere alse .. stop by for you electronic needs you will be happy you did and call this your new go to sit. This is the best BEST STORE for all of your electronic needs. Robert is a very kind and understanding man. I walked into this store in a frenzy-with a busted motherboard-and was given not only an extremely fair price but also an amazing experience. Now my phone works better than new and i can look back on the overall experience with a smile not only on my face but in my heart.
