The next day he text me immediately to update me on the condition of the car and what needed to be done. One issue was the front tires needed replacing (they don't do tires) so he gave me recommendations on where to get cost effective replacements and advised me on other possible replacements. When I inquired around what could wait vs. immediate needs he was transparent and told me what was a now fix even if it didn't put money in his pocket (like the tires). I'd definitely trust him with any future work. He seems to care more about your safety than just making a buck. Never tried to upsell me on anything and explained each step. Transparent. Ethical. The employee told me they were only accepting walk in appointments between 6-11 AM, which is inconvenient for anyone working onsite during the week. So I got online to see what other options were available nearby and this Jiffy Lube location popped up...was open until 7pm and 6 minutes away. I drove over and they started working on my truck immediately. In less than an hour they completed not only my oil change, they also replaced my cabin and engine air filters...all for about ~ $100 less than what the dealership was going to charge me. The staff on duty were friendly, efficient and provided great customer service. Don't forget to check online because they offer discounts for first responders and teachers and coupons.
