A clean, tranquil, and quaint storefront bathed in natural sunlight and staffed by one attendant, the frozen yogurt of which unfortunately amounts to a ripoff. Unlike other froyo locations, customers here are relegated to receiving inferior service and products from the beginning. The attendant intentionally dispenses the yogurt in an amount so much greater than the cup capacity that it piles absurdly far over the top of the cup, to the point at which the extra froyo crosses from being a generous gesture into a shameless effort to minimize the amount of space in which to apply toppings (toppings being the reason anyone purchases froyo in the first place). Whether this method is used for the store to save money or supplies is unclear, but its use ensures that your froyo's toppings will be barely noticeable. You can actually observe the comedic precision with which the attendant then delicately applies the micro-portions of toppings to the base of the froyo mountain, and then you can watch the heart-wrenching sight of said toppings tumbling off the sides of the cup and onto the counter. Additionally, receiving a normal amount of each topping required asking the attendant for more three times. Would not return. Happy hunting! read more

If you're from the West Coast and you're craving Pinkberry, this is THE spot for you!! The plain flavor of their frozen yogurt is delicious. It almost tastes better than Pinkberry! It's very fresh, their toppings are awesome and they are not stingy with the amount of yogurt you get! The restaurant itself is really cute and looks similar to Pinkberry as well, at least in terms of the toppings station. The staff is super friendly and they have rewards cards so if you eat here enough you get one free! Definitely recommend stopping by for some froyo if you're in the area! read more

Don't know why the reviews are bad. I came here for some taro and peach mango yogurt and it was delicious. The peach mango was very refreshing. I didn't mind it not being self served as I thought I got a great amount of yogurt for $3.50 and the same amount with toppings at self serve places would have cost me $5 or so. read more

I am so disappointed in Ice Berry and their drinks. I live nearby, so I go in and get a Thai bubble tea all the time. I went in for a mango fruit slush. The lady made my drink with some type of powder. I was totally grossed out, but figured I would try it. It tasted so gross. So I told the lady that I would like to just get the usual, a thai tea. She says to me, if you want a new drink then you need to buy it b/c it's not my problem if you don't like it. Understanding customer service, I was very surprised. The boba is on the better side and the worker did attempt to sweeten the thai iced tea that I received as it was not sweet at all as thai tea should be but the flavor was very off and the tea overall was not good. I really liked this place and I always visit IceBerry at least twice a week. Stuffs are friendly and nice, and most stuffs have eyeglasses. That seems so Asian. Stuff said me that they use live and active cultures to make froyos. My friends like to get strawberry and plain twist. For the toppings, they have various kind of toppings. This is a cute little shop right next to Ben's Chili Bowl in Arlington, but my good review stops here. As we walked in, I noticed a sign saying that you can save $1 by writing a review on yelp...awesome! I'll totally write a review! I checked in on yelp and showed the woman, who asked me if I had written a review, and I responded with "No, I haven't written a review because I haven't tasted anything". She was not impressed with my answer. Anyhoo...I got a blueberry smoothie with boba. It was okay, I really could have made it at home for half the price, there was nothing special about it. My husband ordered a taro bubble tea. He claims that he watched her pour taro frozen yogurt and water into a blender, blend it, and pour it in a cup. No tea. Just watered down fro-yo with boba. Our 2 drinks were almost $12. Ouch. I don't think I would try this again, but if I did I would stick to the yogurt with a couple toppings. How you write a review for something you've never tasted?? I was excited to take my gf to this place for bubble tea (aka boba) because she missed the ones in Cali but it was a mistake. I got the mango and she got the Thai, but both were too sweet. Mine was an artificial flavor of mango which must have been genetically engineered or created in a chem lab because it was unnatural. At least I was able to finish mine whereas the Thai was left full and a spoon was brought in to rescue the tapioca from drowning in the orange liquid. It was the butter taste in the Thai bubble tea that really killed it. So disappointed. read more

Only reviewing their boba... stopped by for a simple bubble milk tea (blk). Slight communication issue - not from dmv area so maybe it's not called "boba" or "bubble milk tea" ??? Anyways resolved simply but the tapiocas were either old or bad since they were extremely hard! Maybe 2 were soft or as should be but the rest were shrunken and very hard. Disappointed. I never even ate here because I used the bathroom first! It was FILTHY, out of toilet paper, paper towels and the soap was low. There was a dirty ladder right in front of the toilet and the floors were dirty. This is the only bathroom meaning the employees use it. Gross. read more

The mango pieces looked unfreshed and multicolored (not in a good way) and the mochi pieces had a fungus-y smell and taste to them. The bubble tea is so bad - like an artificial booger with sugar - that it's not worth me getting irritated describing it. As for the yogurt - which is what most of you are going there for... You get a choice of about 5 unripe and/or spoiled, previously- frozen fruits to put atop your grotesque pile of sour yogurt... and mochi! Mochi so stale it tastes like brown mushy bananas soaked in dirty dish water. And if that doesn't do you in, the rude ass Indian/Pakistani woman, who gives you the stink eye if you ask for 'a little bit more' stale dish water mochi, will promptly ask for your 7 dollars for that medium size cup of shit, at which point you'll probably hit the floor. read more

If you're desperate for froyo and can't make it down the street to pinkberry, this will do in a pinch. Just don't expect much. Prices are high, yogurt is just ok. They usually have one person working, and that person may or may not know how to make the machine "twist" the yogurt if you want more than one flavor. Don't bother with the bubble tea. Keep in mind that despite what they say on their website, they now close at 9:45 pm. read more

Unless you want to wait 30 minutes to get your froyo or bubble tea dont come here. Ever time iv been here there is only one person working and they are extremely slow. On top if that the 5 dls credit card minimum is ridiculous for a froyo place. I always leave so frustrated by their inefficiency when i come here and their product is just average. read more

This place is mad expensive. The rewards program is also nonsensical, who buys a medium with no toppings? And who buys ten of those? Anyways, I've never had a better honey dew flavored organic fro yo. And I always get the same thing at Iceberry's, it's the best. You get used to the gaping hole left in your wallet, because it matches the gaping hole in the center of the fro yo. All of these vices aside, the taste is good, and the experience is somewhat satisfying.
