I was impressed with the options they had, much more than the typical chicken and rice plates you find at most teriyaki restaurants. I opted for a combo plate. The food was all really great! I took a star off for 2 reasons. The food was a bit salty (coming from someone who enjoys salty food). And the salad was literally just salad mix from a bag with some dressing. Service here is always phenomenal. The owners are so sweet and always so willing to lend an extra hand. The food is always so fresh and delicious. Our go to is the teriyaki plate and the combo plate with two meats. You cannot go wrong with and order of their spring rolls - so crunchy and savory! Depends on what you get. My wife and I love the T2 (chicken breast) upgrade to the fried rice. I just got the orange chicken though and I have to say I think it may be the worst orange chicken I have ever had. read more

Food still tastes great. Ordered the Kung Pao recently Price vs portion size wasn't the best. I feel like the portions of their stir fry's keep shrinking. 2 bites of broccoli, a dozen peanuts at best. I was just in here and Bill comes up to $41. I was a dollar short with 2 20$ bills and I had $100 bill. Extra on me and I told the guy charged the rest on my card on Apple Pay and he starts getting aggressive and upset and saying no you want to charge a dollar on the card Y and starts laughing and I told him because that's what I owe and he says no, I'll just take $100 bill so after I eat my food, I called him to see why he didn't allow me to pay and he goes and tells me because it charges him money charges him $.50 more and I told him how was that my problem if that what that's what your machine relies on it's not charging me $.50 more charging you with your machine and then he gets upset and hangs up on me very weird service read more

I ordered the basic teriyaki chicken T1. For $13.50 they have really good portion sizes. 2 scoops of rice a side salad and tons of chicken. I couldn't even finish everything. Service was really quick as well. I would recommend you try at least once if you want something quick, easy, and filling :) read more

I've been here multiple times since it's a local spot. The portions are average sized. And I would also say not eye-opening tasty, but not bad. When I order to-go sometimes the food is prepared either timely or not on time at all and I end up having to wait another 10-15 mins. The place has many tables and can seat bigger parties including smaller parties. Be aware the hours posted on Yelp/Google is different than the ones posted on the door. But they also operate on hours that I cannot figure out either. I arrived at 10:10AM and the hours on Yelp says they're open but their door says 10:30AM. The "open" sign was on though. I was told to wait 15 mins because the food wasn't ready even though it was promised at 10:10. Owner did apologize for the inconvenience. But I wouldn't have been "that" customer if they hadn't opened yet. Edit: I ordered at 9:55AM or so and it is currently 10:40AM and I have yet to receive my food. Don't order food here early in the morning because they're still prepping during their open hours. read more

Fam favorite. Is it the best in the world, nope but it's good, fast and consistent. The potstickers are pretty good. You can dine in but I always get it to go. People are friendly and when they say 10min they min 10min. Worth trying if you want a teriyaki bowl. read more

The best part of my experiences at this restaurant is what others have said - the woman behind the counter. She is very nice but can be feisty if you don't behave. It's a pandemic, you know. WEAR YOUR MASK. And clean up after yourself and please COVER YOUR MOUTH if you sneeze or cough if you decide to remove your mask. Children I tell you - children! Lecture over. Don't waste your money. The fried rice vegetables are clearly from a bag of frozen mixed vegetables. I'm also not sure how anybody could think that a "salad" consisting of just lettuce and what tastes like Miracle Whip is something that should be served. The person working the front counter was also not at all friendly, and was even pretty rude. I should have known that I was in for lousy food when a Domino's delivery person arrived with some pizzas that the staff had ordered for dinner. I totally understand the want of variety, but surely ordering pizza as lousy as Domino's suggests that they can't have very good taste in food, and their food certainly bore this out. read more

Has really gone down hill. Big fan of the Ichi chain but will be traveling north to ichi 23 on 162 division from now on. Flavor is way better and they offer Mac salad instead of salad if wanted and have other items. They have chicken pad thai massive serving. read more

My friends and I eat here on a fairly regular basis after meeting at New Seasons Market. We're usually a group of 7-8, and after we order separately, our food comes out within a few minutes. We usually push a couple of tables together if we can, which raises no objections. The portions are huge, and I always have enough for lunch the next day. I have gotten several items on the menu; my favorite is the Udon, which arrives steaming hot and tastes delicious. Ichi Teriyaki is always busy at lunch, but our food always arrives quickly. The egg flower soup is always free. It's a bus your own tables arrangement after you're done eating, but your order is brought to your table. Good food and fast service. The B3 pork bowl was delicious! I give this place 4 stars for food and absolutely will be back to eat from here again. I was, however, disappointed that my takeout meal came in a styrofoam box in a plastic bag. Maybe I've lived in Seattle for too long, but this hurt my sustainability-minded environmentalist heart. I always enjoy the meals here. Very big portions, enough for lunch the next day. The gyoza are pretty good and mostly great. Once i had one batch the seemed a little over cooked but other than that one time it was great. I eat there about twice a month. More in the summer when I don't feel like cooking. T2 chicken breast teriyaki and spicy pork are my favorite dishes. Plus we always order a gyoza for an appetizer. If you like fresh tasting teriyaki I think you'll like this place. Update 11-2017. Recently the teriyaki has become very bland. Seems like the teriyaki sauce has become watered down. Would like to see a little more preparation go into the orders as I feel they are just trying to get them out the door quickly. Found a burnt piece of chicken under the first layer of chicken this time. I removed only one star from the review cause I still enjoyed it.
