We had the WORST dining experience here! It came highly recommended by friends. There were 8 of us for a 7pm reservation and the place wasn't packed. MAYBE it was because of Lent, they were pumping food out passing our table (presumably to-go or take out). We waited 30 minutes for menus, another 15 for drink orders/ orders then 15 minutes for drinks. The food came out incomplete and in a very confused manner, and at one point the waitress says "all sushi is delivered" meanwhile nobody had gotten their food. At that point two of our party went next door to get pizza. At that point, we all got up from the table, threw money on the table for what we felt we owed based on what we consumed, and walked out. read more

We used to love it until recently when we found a roach in the beef with broccoli. We will not go there again! Beware!

We use to order delivery quite often from them and visit in person as well however, the last delivery we had took 1.5 hours to arrive and when we got it, the food was cold. I called to complain about it and the best they said they could do is provide a 10% coupon (btw- anyone who orders on line gets 20% off). Considering our bill was $120 of food that needed to be reheated and that took over an hour to deliver, that was not acceptable. I asked to speak to the manager Stephanie but was told she would call me back. She never did. Its unfortunate that due to this situation they lost loyal, frequent customers. read more

Stale fish due to little or no business-- this location never lasts long for this reason. Have waited an hour on multiple occasions for a simple plate of sushi due to under-staffing. Absolutely ridiculous. One sushi chef for a restaurant full of people?! Waited 1.5 hours inside the restaurant for a take out order once as well! Will not be back. Went purely on a whim and reviews and I must say the freshest sushi I have ever had!!! Who knew!! Doesn't look like much from outside but was very pleasantly surprised. Had the sushi trio - recommend it highly! Nice and clean looking place but I took out. I will be back! read more

We went here for Valentines day dinner, and it was a great choice! My boyfriend found the place online and made reservations, but it wasn't crowded at all. The lychee martini was a little weak but extremely flavorful. The appetizers were fresh, but I asked for spicy shrimp, it was just well seasoned (I'm partial to Spicy food). The main course was perfectly cooked, and tasted amazing. I wish I could have finished the amazing dessert but I was full! The staff was sweet attentive and accomodating. I would give 5 stars but the weak drinks took it down to 4. The food alone is worth a return trip. The space was clean, as well as the restroom. They even gave us a rose and a balloon when we left! While there is nice seating here and service is good, this is one of our go to spots for take out or delivery. You can order online or over the phone. We find that delivery times are typical for the area and could take up to 45 minutes during peek times. If we know we can't wait that long, we'll just call for pick up and our food would be ready by the time we get there. My husband and I are vegetarian and have so many good options here from the kitchen to the sushi bar (I realize items without fish hardly counts as true sushi, but we love it)! read more

HAIR IN FOOD. REFUSED REFUND. This place refused to refund me when it took over an hour and a half for delivery. The edamame was cold. I got no chopsticks and there was hair in the food. They do not deserve your patronage. read more

Wonderful! I've eaten here a few times now and have really enjoyed it. The sushi is very fresh and quite tasty. I've also had their pineapple fried rice and the shrimp bento box - both of which were delicious. Their portion sizes are very generous. I've only had a chance to pick up food so far, but have been very happy each time. The inside is beautiful. I've eaten here under the different managements over the last several years - all of which have been good - and am definitely enjoying this one the most. It's a very easy place to miss (something they seem to be working on by putting up a far more visible sign), but don't pass it by! read more

Tried this place for the first time the other day and loved it. We tried the mixed green salad - delicious ginger dressing, spicy shrimp appetizer, general taos with brown rice and the pad thai. We loved everything, except the pad thai (and we HATE having to say we don't like something bc we are such foodies and understand everyone does things differently, but it was really obvious we didn't like it since the dish looked like it wasn't even touched) the entire staff was amazing, so attentive and so sincere when they noticed we didn't eat it. They wanted to know what was wrong and what they could do to make it better next time- now that's service! Unfortunately we declined another dish of it since we were extremely full anyways. They did bring us a dish of their fried ice cream and that was completely unexpected and unnecessary but absolutely amazing! Even though we had a little hiccup in the visit, We will most definitely be going back and highly highly recommend trying out this place if you haven't yet. I would have given 4.5 if I could have but there's no option for that- but I don't doubt we'll give it 5 stars on our next visit! read more
