I have a severe gluten sensitivity and it's challenging to find bakeries that sell a variety of GF desserts. Not only is everything in the store GF but free of the top 9 allergies!!! This is the only bakery in metro Detroit i know of that is completely allergy free which means no risk of cross contamination. This is a blessing for those with allergies. Finally....I can have my cake and eat it too completely worry free! I had a sugar cookie and a cake pop and they were both delicious. The sugar cookie was even made with dye free sprinkles and is hands down the BEST cookie I've had since going gluten free! I meant to eat about a quarter of it and save the rest for later but there was no way that was happening after I took the first bite.
