On 4 of November i decided to tint my windows on my Dodge Grand Caravan. His name was Hamdi. He asked to leave my car for 2 hours to gets the job done.When he finished i saw a lot of really major (not only bubbles) lacks here and there (photos attachated). He told that maximum in a week it must deal by itself. I know it works for bubbles, but not for this defects. But OK, who knows, lets wait. In 8 days i came over again and showed him that all the 5 windows still having the same problems. He again asked me to leave the car for "repair". I came back in about hour and a half. He told he fully changed rear tinting and repaired on both sides. But it needs much more time to become deal. BUT again even this rear window which he totally remade has the same flaws (photos attached). Plus my front passenger seat was stained with some black powder:-What is that? - i asked - It's not me, i didn't do anything here. Ok, let's see. I started to assess his job and what i found? Main side door window has a big piece of something black but it's not tinting: i figured out that he was unsticking the tint when it broke in this corner and he did what? He put some paint in this spot. PAINT! Black powdered paint. Can you imagine? And the same stuff was on my front passenger seat and my door. I told i don't want his service anymore, i'll do that in another service and i need money back. He answered that he can do that only tomorrow and he needs 1,5 hours to remove his tinting. - You already ate my 4 hours, my travel time to you two times and you want more? - Yes, i need to take it off. It seems they can apply used tinting on new client's cars. So just STAY AWAY from this guys and don't even try, save your money and time. Can't put zero stars, so they have one. On my way to talk to Mountain View City Hall how this guys can provide such a service and gets their next licence (which almost expired). read more

Needed some body film work - saw this shop pop up in my hood, and on a driveby whim, asked if they could do some carbon fiber vinyl stripes to patch up some starting clearcoat peel on my car hood. Mr. Hamdi is a gentleman and good soul, gave me advise on the film to procure as he didn't carry it, and then did the job for me efficiently, promptly, at very reasonable $ and courteously, on a walk in. I had some old tinting that wasn't very good but these guys did an amazing job getting rid of the old stuff and put some new tint on that is so much nicer and better. Brought my newly bought Jetta here based on the reviews. I live in south-side San Jose, so coming all the way up to this side of Mountain View was quite a drive, but I can safely say that it was all worth it. My first time getting my car tinted, Hamdi introduced me to the shades of tint I could get done, and recommended me 35% for the back half of my car. The work was amazingly clean and well done, and the price was reasonable compared to some estimates I got from the other nearby tint places. I also have a lifetime warranty!! Great deal.
