If I could leave 0 stars I would. I tried to place an order on Doordash the other night... my coworker just recently got married and we were trying to do a little something and get an order of 18 cupcakes (at a steep price of $60 no less) for all of us coworkers to do a mini celebration at work. Order was confirmed but the time of delivery kept getting pushed later and later. We tried calling them to see if there was any way we could get them closer to the original estimated time before everyone at our work started going home, no answer. We left a voicemail. Tried calling one more time, they answered and hung up. Wtf?? So I tried canceling the order but doordash told me that bc they had already started the order we would only get a refund of $9 when we spent $60!! I tried again in a few mins and then it said we could switch to pick up and get it slightly sooner. So we did. My coworker quickly left and zoomed over to get the cupcakes and then wouldn't you know it... I get a notification that Iesha's cancelled the order. No explanation. What a fucking joke of a place! Will never try them again, and honestly it's probably better off bc right now when I hopped on Yelp to leave this review, they only have a 3 star rating so obviously they're not very good anyway. Honestly, I wish I could leave zero stars. The cashier had a dry, stank attitude -- acting more annoyed by my presence than helpful -- and made choosing a cupcake feel more like a chore. The Strawberry Crunch was a sad joke. It tasted more like someone poured Strawberry Kool-Aid into cornbread and called it a dessert. Crunch? More like a mushy mess. To make matters even worse, there's no restroom for customers. So you're supposed to lick frosting off your fingers without a way to wash up afterwards? Super unhygienic and ridiculous -- pretty sure restaurants are supposed to provide restrooms for their guests. (Correct me if I'm wrong!) I wish I could give you a review on the food/drinks but I wouldn't know what it tastes like because even if you sit there for 10+ minutes, she won't show up.
