Anyways, I have around 10 to 15 iOS and Apple devices, and almost all of them have been serviced here at this nice mom and pop shop. The owner is sometimes present, and they offer reasonable pricing for fixing your digital devices. This five-star review is for a specific incident when I was getting my iPad fixed. The lady informed me that they didn't have the screen shield I wanted, but she said that if I purchased it, they would install it for me as a bonus. Eventually, I brought in the screen protectors, probably a few months later, though I'm not entirely sure if they remembered what they had promised. Nevertheless, they helped me apply the screen protectors to my iPads anyway. Despite it being a bonus, they took the time to do a meticulous job, especially since the screen was slightly scratched. It's always more challenging to apply a protector when the surface is already damaged, and I appreciate the fact that they spent the time to eliminate all the bubbles and didn't cut corners. Another amusing moment occurred when I entered the shop, and the owner asked if I was there to get the Gundam robots. Apparently, they had these limited-edition models on sale. I had no idea what he was talking about, so when I thought he said "condoms," I was shocked and embarrassed. Lol. The shop is conveniently located tucked in the side of a larger Asian Plaza, right next to the laundromat, which is nice because sometimes it only takes 15 minutes to half an hour to change batteries or fix minor cosmetic dents or replace screens for phones and iPads. Meanwhile, I can conveniently go to Ranch 99 to shop for groceries or have a quick brunch at tenren Tea Time.

I went in as my Motorola died the screen went black and it looked like the battery oozed and old water damage to my phone as well so this was a seemingly hopeless cause as I literally had 11 gigabytes of photos and videos of my Momma who had just passed all in that phone and no way to get them out. I was distraught to say the least but knew I had come to this same store about 8 months back and they had replaced my cracked screen in under a half hour and for under a hundred bucks too. This was incredible as I had tried other stores shopping around and all wanted double or triple and told me it would take days. Not T.J. Cell Phone Repair they are superb and aim to please. Anyways that leads me to today's dilemma I had a new phone and had whatever photos that were in my memory card that was full, however about 11 gigabytes of my family our vacations and trips partys etc and most importantly the last year of My Mommas life which I had so many pictures of her and I and various other family members. TJ and his partner tried again and again to get my screen up and running even with the inside computer system slowly dying due to the water damage and battery acid leaking. Where others would have given up and said sorry buddy we don't have the time (as they are a business)they both made it a point to retrieve my Mom's pictures for me as I explained it all to them and they empathized with me completely. Long story short they managed re-hooking up the screen though you could barely see what was on it and then had these super bright lamps shine on the screen as they could barely make out what button for each file they had to send to a new memory card they put in my old phone. After an arduous few hours they had recovered all 11 gigabytes of precious memories and then when I came in they put that memory card in my phone and transfered ALL MY PRECIOUS PICTURES to my new phone and I can't thank them enough. THAT WAS A MIRACLE FOR ME!!! I now have a new phone with plenty of memory space and ALL my old photos and am one happy camper. If you've read through all this you can see this is a store unlike no other. TJ Cell Phone Repair really cares about their customers and "bends over backward" to accommodate them.
