When I showed up for the repairs, the guy working there ended up adjusting my phone settings where I could use a home button off the screen instead of having to replace the physical one. He told me there was no charge for him adjusting my settings but I paid him a fair amount anyway, since he could've just changed the screen and home button for the price he quoted me earlier. I called ANOTHER place earlier and the guy kept emphasizing multiple times over the phone that he wouldn't be able to have me access my phone unless if I had the passcode for it (which I did and provided to this store).
