What a little gem! This little bar/restaurant is just outside of TRE. It is cash only. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful day. We had hamburgers and chips and it really did hit the spot. Never go to this place again. I purchased this burger special that includes a beer with my wife, that has had gastric bypass surgery and currently weighs 95 lbs and is 4'11" tall. I gave her a bite of my hamburger and 1 or 2 chips then received a bill with an additional charge of $10. I asked why this special "burger and beer is twice the amount as advertised and was told they have a "no sharing plate policy". I have never heard of such a policy that enables a business to double charge for sharing a plate. Taking a bite of my burger is considered sharing a plate? Crooks. Stopped here after hearing about it from locals. This is a clean dive bar with nice outside as well as inside seating I had the 1/2 lbs. burger deal with pepper jack cheese and all the fixins. Rode here on the bike from Reno with a group and it was such a cool location. The outdoor seating in the back was nice and open, had tunes playing and the staff was super friendly. Lots of bike showed up so it's definitely a cool stop if you ride or even if you don't. Had the burger and it was very good. read more

BEWARE. AVOID AT ALL COST. NOT WORTH IT. Found this Resturant on yelp. Called to see if we could bring a service dog in with us. They said yes with ID. We arrived and sat outside. Went to look at the menu and the bearded owners began yelling at us to get the fuck out or he will call the cops on us. Appeared to be intoxicated. He refused to look at the dogs verification photo ID or ours. The ratings on this place could not come close to even one star. Cleanliness was not acceptable. We took a little getaway trip to Topaz Lake, and stopped here for lunch. The place was pretty busy, and like so many establishments, they were short-handed. We weren't in a hurry, so it didn't matter to us. The waitresses and Iggy and Squiggy were so friendly and apologetic for the wait. In these times, if you are in a hurry, you better pack your patience or stay home. It is what it is. The burger and fish tacos were worth the wait! We really wanted to enjoy this place, the environment was fun and the people were nice. However, it had a huge grass area and would not allow dogs which was a bummer. My first visit here was yesterday with a good buddy and I returned today with my wife because I just couldn't stop thinking about the tacos I ordered yesterday. Hands down, the best tacos I've ever eaten. They serve 4 tacos (chicken and/or beef) which in most cases would be more than plenty. However, they are so darned good that I made room. I had a wonderful hamburger today and my wife had the tacos. I really thought that she wouldn't be able to eat all four of them and I'd help her finish her last one or two. However, she ate all four of them. I watched her as her eyes rolled back into sockets. The staff here is very friendly and the atmosphere and music is just great. The outside seating area is very pleasant and the grounds are well kept. I'm back home now and figuring out when I can get back there again. Just a great experience. __________________________ Note: I returned today (my third day in a row) with my wife and daughter. My wife ordered a hot dog, my daughter ordered a cheeseburger, and I had the tacos...again. All dishes were, again, excellent. Been wanting to check this place out for awhile now. I've seen the ad in our local Sierra Scoop and it looked fun. It reminds me of the Rock House in Agoura California where I used to live. They claim their burgers are the best so we each ordered one. It was huge and ended up taking half home! My first bite was heaven and the best burger I've ever had!! It comes with a bag of chips and either beer or soda served in a cold frosty mug. The food is the star here. Don't go for fancy. The condiments were in an empty six pack and the receipt was hand written on a piece of scratch paper, total only, not itemized with a thank you from the waitress The music was a great mix of country, classic rock and blues. We had chicken tacos and a hot dog to go. Food was very tasty with generous portions. I rated them down to 3 stars because staff were vary lax in following COVID safety and sanitation procedures. The person who took our order at the cash register went directly into the kitchen where I observed her making our food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. YUCK! Another staff at the bar was walking around with her mask down around her chin - why even wear a mask? We ate the food because nothing else was open nearby. This is just a fun good old fashion bar with the coldest beer around and the absolute best food and service. The Taco special is my personal favorite, but my wife prefers the burgers. They too are outstanding and are truly the best around. They are not cooked in a pan in a kitchen. The food is cooked on a BBQ on the rear patio, (good old fashion home cooking) which is also great place to eat and enjoy the surroundings. As for the service, Mandy the bartender is truly the best I have ever had. She is personable, funny and extremely attentive. I promise you if you are coming in for the first time as a stranger you will leave feeling like family. It's a great place to come in watch a game on one of the 4 flat screens have a COLD beer and a great meal with friends. Updated, June, 24th : No surprise I love Iggy & Squiggy's . The food is great, the service is always awesome, the atmosphere is always fun and the beer is always ice cold. We really enjoy riding our Harley's to the bar for fun with friends. However this day we decided to go on a off road adventure and end up at Iggy & Squiggy's for Tacos !!!! (Yummy). However our friends ended up with a flat tire. Thinking we where stuck and in big trouble Iggy & Squiggy came to our rescue. They gave my friend tire plugs and even brought out a air compressor for them to use.
