    Iggy's Piggy in a Blanket
    Alexis N.

This was probably the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had! I absolutely enjoyed the Iggy Piggy with the sweet and savory combo it tasted like perfection! While waiting for my food, I saw a very hardworking crew working together with so much joy! Literally everything was being made from scratch and it was impressive to watch!

Just a wall on the street where you can order and pick up your food.

After hearing so much about this place from food influencers visiting Detroit I finally got around to visiting during Grand Prix weekend. Plenty of people there ordering or waiting for their pickup. Staff was friendly and answered questions about the ingredients and lots of ways to customize your sandwich. I went with the original Eggie in English Muffin with cheddar with iggy sauce, and added pickled onion and avocado. I did see the double hash brown version, but thought maybe I'll try that next time. Instead I got a hash brown on the side with an orange juice. Didn't know if there was a seating area nearby, but it was a sunny day so I took a short walk to Campus Martius to sit and eat. Really hit the spot in the beginning of race day.

Super jammy yolk- $12 for a hash brown and sausages egg and cheese biscuit. Somewhat expensive. The biscuit was fluffy, egg was jammy, sauce was very good. Service was nice and quick. There's nowhere to sit, you have to order to go.

The Voyager filet o' fish is here today!

You guys. RUN to get this Voyager filet o' fish! It's absolutely perfect, and they're using wild-caught cod, which is very hard to find. Soft bun, crispy hot fresh fish, tangy savory homemade tartar sauce, dilly pickles and shredded lettuce. Simple and amazing. I'll be there every single time they have this, and I hope it continues through Lent! Also, the people at the window are some of the nicest people I've run into in the food industry. Happy workers = happy food! Great job, guys.

Super yummy spot for breakfast food. Sandwiches were bomb. For the money portion was great. Service was great ordered on line and food was ready for pickup. Just a cool walk up window breakfast spot. A+

Brioche bun with sausage, egg, hashbrown

We got the make your own egg sandwich with cheese, sausage, hashbrown on a brioche. No indoor sitting but great for a pick me up to eat at the picnic tables close by. Texture was 10/10 fantastic. Sausage and hashbrown could use more flavor. It was just slightly one-dimensional. Sauce added a lot to the sandwich though.

YUM! This was sooo good. It's a walk up window around the corner from all of the stores on Woodward Ave. the staff was super nice, and the sandwiches are made fresh! I made my own English muffin sandwich with Iggy's sauce and a jammy egg, sausage, pepper jack, and arugula and my boyfriend made his own biscuit muffin with sausage, pepper jack, avocado, Iggy's sauce, and the jammy egg. Iggy's sauce seemed like a combo of Dijon and mayo. Both were sooo delish. The hashbrowns were the cherry on top. Think McDonald's hashbrowns but crispier and less greasy! Def would come back if in the area. There is some street parking in front of the window. Total came out to $30.10 so a little pricy but def worth it.

the flavor and textures made this an easy five stars. The biscuit is so fluffy and the vegetarian sausage was so flavorful. We ordered a head and had to wait at the window a little bit on a saturday at peak brunch time. Even with the wait this is so worth it and delicious.

Yummy & quick breakfast sandwich downtown Detroit! Walk up to the window & order! They will call out your name when done! No tables & chairs, to go only!

What a selection of pastries, breads, savory food foods. You walk in and you are in a pastry lovers paradise. Everything is fresh and delicious to eat. People were friendly unhappy you were there. Great place to stop in and have a snack

Iggy's Piggy in a Blanket with syrup on the side for drizzle or dipping. Came with fork and a knife and it's it recommended you use those.

I ordered the Iggy's Piggy in a Blanket with sausage and it was fantastic. Such a great sweet and savory sandwich that puts the best breakfast flavors into one sandwich. The pancakes were light and fluffy. Definitely best enjoyed with a fork and knife, which were included in my order. I also got to try the Iggycado with bacon added and it was very flavorful. A lot of different ingredients that came together well. Best part is I walked about 10 minutes to a spot to eat and the sandwiches were still hot. The only thing that keeps this from getting 5-stars is the wait. Despite placing an order online the night before, my order of just two sandwiches was still 30 minutes late after the scheduled pickup -- and I was told only 15-20 minutes when I arrived. It was chilly, but I was at least prepared to stand outside and wait.

English muffin with egg, white cheddar, and bacon.
    Kathryn T.

Delish! Perfect little walk up breakfast spot. We ordered ahead and picked up two breakfast sandwiches. I had an English muffin sandwich with white cheddar, egg, and bacon, and a side of hash browns and a coffee. Everything was delicious! The comeback sauce adds a fun tang. I ordered it on the side, but next time would keep it on the sandwich. Don't sleep on the hashbrowns...! They're just like McDonalds (aka perfect). ***pro tip: give your Sammie a lil squeeze to pop the yolk before eating so it doesn't explode on you.

    Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit
    Courtney E.

So glad I happened to see this place on the map. They have very good breakfast sandwiches, my favorite is the hot honey chicken, but the eggie sandwich is good as well. I also mobile ordered hot cider which hits the spot on a cold morning. You can order online and pick up at the Pick Up window or walk up and order. I highly recommend Iggy's Eggies if you want a quick breakfast that's insanely good.

The staff was very friendly and warm when greeting guests. Their personable nature made the visit that much more worth the walk in the heat. Since the place was pretty busy we took bar stools to avoid waiting for a table and it was a good view of the smaller kitchen area. I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency we saw from the busy crowd and the food not taking 10 years. The food was tasty. I truly enjoyed my Korean spicy fries. Spicy in name not truly spicy to cause a burn if that makes sense. I was craving a traditional breakfast plate but the staff and my friends who are local insisted that I needed to try the Korean fries so I did both. Was it greedy of me? Absolutely. Did I care? No. The locally sourced sausage was also very tasty. I must try to find it to cook at home. My friends ordered their regular go-to meals so it was great according to them. The burger and the duck hash. I think I'll go back and try the duck hash next time for sure. And another thing, there's a particular parking garage they validate a couple hours for. So parking is not an issue in this downtown office building.

I need not have worried; there was parking closer by. Oh well. The restaurant is tiny. And it maximizes the space by lining its walls with colorful bottles of wine, chic and cher containers of olive oil, and pots of artisanal honey hiding here and there. My friend pointed out the breathtakingly beautiful bouquet of dried flowers hanging over our table. I should have taken a photo when I had the chance. I started with the spiced brown sugar latte, made with oat milk. Delicious and sweeter than I thought. Even though the menu is small and curated, I could not decide between the nosh plate, the biscuit brekkie, or the quiche, which was the special of the day. So I ended up with the quiche but added the biscuit and bacon - I did not want to miss out. The crust of the quiche was fine, but the custard-like filling was divine, more like a savory crème brûlée or flan. Service was quick and efficient. Our reservation was made for one of the predefined 90-minute blocks, so the staff was on top of getting and delivering our meals and bussing tables as soon as they emptied to make room for the next group of guests.

I normally do not like breakfast burritos since I find them really dry, but the eggs were moist and tender and ditto for the tortilla. I had the sausage, and it was diced and mixed in with the other ingredients, but it was more of a processed sausage (maybe chicken?) with a bouncy texture. Western Potatoes: This dish has diced red skin potatoes with thinly shredded cooked red onions and bell peppers. It has a coating of spice on it which made the ketchup unnecessary as it was already so flavorful. The inside was fluffy, but the outside had no crisp and was slightly oily. I know part of it was due to the fact that it was delivered, but I wasn't a fan still.  Veg Life Quiche: This was a good quiche. The egg were tender with the addition of buttermilk, and it was teeming with spinach, tomato, onion and topped with cheddar cheese. The crust was a standard crust.  This is a solid option for catering if you want to have a more unique place than the standard chain restaurants.
