I called and left a voicemail on February 21st stating I had emailed them and asking if they were available to do my move & still have not received any word back. I can't rate their service, but it seems like initial contact may be an issue. I'm a widow in my fifties, and just moving from a 1bdrm apt to another 1 bdrm apt, so maybe my move is too small for them. But it would have been nice just to get a response. I gave them over a week and now have to MOVE on. (No pun intended)

They damaged our home we were selling, our rental and cost us thousands in repairs in which they will not cover. They damaged so many of our items. The crew which was available showed up for pickup and delivery were in a rush and did not take care of our things and didn't pack well. The crew was not in dress neither they were wearing the company's card. The trucks which just had a slap-up magnet sticker on the door. When our boxes arrived at the final destination they were smashed, torn with wholes and super dirty. Our stationary exercise bike was broken, 2 legs to a table missing and not found, desk is all torn up, shelving on a bookcase is broken and pictures plus so many other things were broken. Pathetic experience overall. Can't recommend any one in future.

The first mover I booked completely ghosted me. He didn't return my calls or texts. In panic mode, I relied on a friend, which was a mistake. I had wanted movers to alleviate it from my conscience. Long story short, I got no sleep that night and was even more frustrated. Then I scheduled another moving company the following morning. This one I left a 1 star review and you can read that one in my Review History. Do you realize how awful it feels to have Plans A-C fail completely?! I had two nervous breakdowns and I fainted from lack of sleep and food. A friend of mine referred me to Magnum Movers and they were able to fit me in IMMEDIATELY. They were the NICEST and most careful men! And super friendly and courteous, always wearing their masks. They did everything I directed them to, and did amazing work moving the remaining 50% of my 1bed1ba to my new 1bed1ba. The price was also excellent for the quality. Magnum Movers restored my faith in moving companies and I am so happy they were able to help me during this emotionally and physically exhausting time. This was the simple moving situation I had always hoped for and while I'm sad I didn't book with them for my Plan A, you bet I will be going to them first moving forward.

Its the lack of the speed of putting things up and making lots of small talk, adding up time. Im not made of money and paying 400$ because your movers wanna spend 30+ mins talking in between furniture and somehow get lost and take longer to get to the destination. Its unacceptable. Your movers need to be more efficient in speed, also how they carry stuff cause i now have to pay damages to my apartment that had nothing in it, let alone in the way for them. Its two of them, team work, no other excuse. Lastly, i understand getting lost on the road and driving cautiously to the place is a 5/5 but taking 20 min to get there when its 10 mins away is odd.

My wife and I have been having LOTS of trouble getting it replaced. We are on the 6th week right now and still don't have a replacement tv. Eddie Arroyo (the owner) last provided us an update on June 18th saying he would get us the documents we needed within 2 days. It's been over two weeks and I can't seem to get any updates from anyone. I have kept track of all the email threads for evidence as well as when we called and left voicemails. First couple weeks they said they were "extremely overwhelmed with new moves, the claim would be processes the ASAP" .. now I'm getting "Eddie has been out of town all week". I would highly recommend going elsewhere, it's worth paying a more expensive company to handle your move as I'm sure they would do a better job handling your insurance claim.
