They damaged our home we were selling, our rental and cost us thousands in repairs in which they will not cover. They damaged so many of our items. The crew which was available showed up for pickup and delivery were in a rush and did not take care of our things and didn't pack well. The crew was not in dress neither they were wearing the company's card. The trucks which just had a slap-up magnet sticker on the door. When our boxes arrived at the final destination they were smashed, torn with wholes and super dirty. Our stationary exercise bike was broken, 2 legs to a table missing and not found, desk is all torn up, shelving on a bookcase is broken and pictures plus so many other things were broken. Pathetic experience overall. Can't recommend any one in future.

The crews were amazing and they ran almost the entire time. I have used them for apartment and house moves. They are now under new ownership and it shows. They showed up and got started but don't have the right tools to break down the single bed. I had to provide tools, but they they still stripped out the screws on the bed frame and I had to finish, so it didn't get any worse. The same thing happened for the table, they didn't have the right tools and stripped the screws. I had asked them to wrap the furniture and tvs as this was all going into a storage. They had wrap but ran out after wrapping 2 pieces as they only brought a single roll that was almost out. Everything was boxed and ready aside from the furniture, This was a 1 bedroom apt that was 700+ sq feet. They took 6 hours and $900 to move a 1 bedroom apartment. I had a 2 story 2800 sq foot house moved by the previous crews in 5 hrs and paid significantly less. They did a really poor job of unloading into the storage. I have boxes that are being crushed and have already had to rent another unit to unpack and repack correctly. The last part of these transaction was a problem also. As i was paying with a credit card i was told that there is a 3% additional fee. I was advised I should have been told when i booked that cc had an additional fee. Seeing as my checks were packed I got stuck with the fee. After a much longer than normal move, much higher cost, and unprepared movers I would definitely not recommend anyone using them again.

These 3 went above and beyond just moving my belongins and John even fixed my dresser leg that had been broken from previous movers without my asking. :-) They all worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather and never stopped until we were finished. Its the lack of the speed of putting things up and making lots of small talk, adding up time. Im not made of money and paying 400$ because your movers wanna spend 30+ mins talking in between furniture and somehow get lost and take longer to get to the destination. Its unacceptable. Your movers need to be more efficient in speed, also how they carry stuff cause i now have to pay damages to my apartment that had nothing in it, let alone in the way for them. Its two of them, team work, no other excuse. Lastly, i understand getting lost on the road and driving cautiously to the place is a 5/5 but taking 20 min to get there when its 10 mins away is odd.

When I first met Romello, I was impressed by his enthusiasm to do a good job. He asked for $70, which was very reasonable; but I paid him $90 because he said using my battery-operated lawn mower was time-consuming. After I verbally agreed he could use his lawn mower, he asked me if I wanted to use his lawn mower or mine right before he came. My lawn mower is better for the environment, and other people have cut my lawn too short with theirs. But I was reassured when he said his cuts as high or higher than mine. So, since he said his mower goes higher, they will use his mower in the future. I have a big yard, so I appreciate that they agreed not to use a riding mower, which has really torn up my lawn over the years. I have had to lay sod more than once with my old company due to the gouges in the lawn with their riding mower. Then Romello and Alecia came to the rescue! As in the photo below, entitled, "Nice cut," I thought the mowing was supurb! They also trimmed and blew, including trimming vines under my trees and bushes in front of the garden. The trimmed vines and bushes look beautiful! But, like a haircut, although it has to be done, you lament the loss of your locks. Although they cleaned up behind themselves, blowing and bagging, I would have liked to see the sides here in the two photos of the curb at the street and sidewalk edged and cleaned up better. I had blown the sides near the curb yesterday, and there was only this little bit left over that I would have appreciated them finishing up. He called back and said since I posted these photos instead of looking at the edging before he left, he's not coming back. I texted he said he was in a hurry and had to leave after putting a bag in my trash can, and then he drove off. So, he didn't give me a chance at all to look at his edging, and, if I did, he had to go anyway. But is that my responsibility? Clearly, the edging is not a good job. He's a bit mercurial, but I am thankful because I got the best the very best yard guy ever to do my lawn after he left.

I called and left a voicemail on February 21st stating I had emailed them and asking if they were available to do my move & still have not received any word back. I can't rate their service, but it seems like initial contact may be an issue. I'm a widow in my fifties, and just moving from a 1bdrm apt to another 1 bdrm apt, so maybe my move is too small for them. But it would have been nice just to get a response.
