STAY AWAY! This dealership tried a classic bait-and-switch. I spoke with a sales agent who sent me a buy order I agreed to, and we planned for me to purchase the vehicle the next day since I was driving 2 hours to get there. On my way, a different agent called and sent a new buy order $1,600 higher -- adding a $750 fee and raising the list price for the rest of the difference. When I arrived, they refused to honor the price listed on CarGurus and my original buy order. The staff were incredibly rude -- interrupting me, brushing off my questions, and the sales manager just sat behind the agent chewing gum and scrolling on her phone. Completely unprofessional. Save yourself the time and frustration -- these people do not deserve your business. read more

Had the same expired tag issue as everyone else even though they said we would have actual tag within a week of purchase. Now after about 3wks worth of driving, car is broke down with most likely a blown head gasket. Lesson learned, never again. read more

Ian was the salesman that I worked with. Ian was very patient and easy to talk. he did not come off as a salesman and he was happy to help when he could. I recommend Ian as the sales person to work with. Igotcars as a whole wasnt too bad. I had a minor issue with the loan. The team did not submit the correct account and routing number which delayed the process in me receiving the vehicle. Im not quiet to sure wh was responsible. after a couple emails and speaking to the GM. the issue was resolved. All in all not too bad and i did most of this process over the phone. Worst car buying experience ever. I went there with an approval letter from Bank Of America and they didn't want to accept it, the sales guy (Ian ) called ( BOA) and they confirmed that I could purchased the car, but Kayla ( I guest she is the Manager) keep telling the sales guy (Ian) the deal could not happen.After multiple calls and confirmation from Bank Of America the deal was done.. This was the longest i have ever spent at a dealership. . If you don't know anything about cars, bring someone with you, because they sell car "AS IS" I've seen cars on their lot that needs tires and alignment. Her tag has expired and they themselves have lied and told her that her paperwork was filed 10 days ago and the paperwork is dated for today, a month later. Son purchased a car... The saleswoman tonya...was treated like a step child... Atleast that's her pitch... They promise a lot. And follow through with nothing. Tpms system was bad... While the mechanic determined it needed some sensors and we can call next week and have them installed... When we called we were fed a line of bs... That the parts were received and returned... That was two. Months ago still no call... When we call they. Ale a million excuses... Makes me wonder if they even had a mechanic... They also collected escambia County tax of fifty. Bought a car in august, and didn't have heavy rain till recently where we live, the car is FLOODED with water on the bottom bc the sunroof drains don't work properly (which will cause mold) , and water dripping on my head from the ceiling. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy a car from this company. My husband purchased a car from them recently and had a co-signer. Him and his co-signer signed all the paper work. He was approved with $2200 down. He asked the sales rep if he could put $1400 that day at the dealership and pay the rest at a later date. The sales rep called the headquarters in Houston and they said it was okay to split up the down payment. So he left with the vehicle that day. Then not too long after him and his mom started receiving phone calls from the dealership saying they're calling the cops and reporting the vehicle as stolen since the whole down payment wasn't put down even though he was told by the dealership it was okay. So that same day he paid the rest of the $800 thinking everything was going to be okay after making the final payment. Soon after that he receives a text from the dealership stating the bank voided the loan due to the full down payment not being all put down that first day he was there. The dealership has no idea what they're doing and will tell you false information. I tried getting in touch with the GM at the dealership that was texting my husband and I couldn't get in touch with him for several weeks. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone at the company. I called their number several times and no one would answer the phone. He ended up returning the vehicle because a higher up at head quarters started threatening him saying he was going to call the cops and the military base my husband works at. He was told he was going to get a refund of his $2200 back a few days ago when we went to the dealership to drop off the car but just received an email saying he's not getting any of it back. This company is so unprofessional and has no idea what they're doing. They will take your money and lie to you. read more

Its possibly the worst decision I have ever made. Its also the worst customer service I have experienced in any business in any purchase I have ever made. I was told the vehicle had been inspected by there certified mechanic and everything was ok. I purchased the vehicle and drove it 230 miles to my home. Once arriving I noticed a very large oil leak. I took it to a mechanic in my home town and he said this vehicle should not have been sold or driven away as it was not safe with this type of leak. The car had no oil left in it and is now undriveable until this problem is fixed. I was told to drive it back to them but it probably wouldn't be covered by the warranty even though its still under warranty. Insurance wont cover the tow, and the IGOTCARS will not pay for the tow. It is now sitting waiting on a solution as I am also waiting for someone to reach out to me from IGOTCARS with some answers. After texting with someone from there company I was finally sent the 75 point inspection only to see 4 of the items including, the oil leak, spare tire missing, tires were worn out, and brakes worn out all had "passed" inspection even though I never received a copy of this report before purchase as I was told it was in great shape. I later learned the salesman told me the inspection probably never happened and it was just given to the detailer to clean. Which after seeing the car brought up on a rack that it had layers of mud and dirt all over the bottom of the engine and car. Its pretty simple to me that if you visit one of these locations you should be very aware of there practices and know if something does go wrong you will not be contacted or helped.
