It started innocent...my friends are in town with their 3 kids...doing the Disney thing. We swing in to go to breakfast with them...trying to think of a kid friendly suggestion...long story short IHOP! Let me say this....you people that go to chain restuarants are being fooled. The food is over priced and garbage, the service fucking sucks my ass, and your only making corporate America richer. These people do not give a shit if you enjoyed your meal or not. Lastnight I was in BEVERLY HILLS, I had a 5 course meal and 2 cocktails for $40...$40..yes you heard right...SO I ALMOST SHIT myself when I saw the prices at IHOP!!!!!!! $14 for an omelette that doesnt come with hashbrowns...wait are you kidding? Am I on Candid Camera? Oh no they didn't , Biscuits and Gravy $14 bucks...wait wait..add hashbrowns for $2.99....or how about chicken fried steak and eggs for $15.99? You like that don't you... I however feel like someone has taken a plunger to my ass for about an hour and didn't bother with the prelube. Its so obvious to me that we are all being raped....a kids meal is $10 bucks....did we already enter Disneyland???? This is IHOP people....and from this moment forward I ban all humans from setting foot inside...To Hell with them....they are raping us all!!!! Taking advantage of hungry middle class families...Shame on them!!! Shame shame shame........ So my food came.....verdict....hmmmm...stewed bacon is never a good thing...stale toast cuts the roof of my mouth...asked for Jam three times before I settled for pouring syrup on my toast...eggs were ghetto burnt...oh and oily nasty half raw half burned hashbrowns...all that for $12.99 plus $3 for my drink ofcourse..... Walking out to my car, I see a suspicious fellow leaning on my car talking on his cell phone....My Chihuahua is in the car waiting...so imagine my pleasure when I see the gun sticking out the top of his pocket....FUCK!!! I thought I was about to get car jacked....my friend visiting is pretty tough and a Prison guard but still...my stomach dropped....so my happiness returned when I saw him walk back to his car and drive away, then I turned to my friend and said ummmm....did you see the gun in his pocket...and he's like " yeah I thought we were about to have an issue"..............Long story short...I'm tired...I never ever want to see another IHOP.....and Im making sure they never get another nickel from me.... You can find me dining well and cheap allover LA...but once again this place proves why you shouldn't visit Chains..THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

If you're visiting Disneyland, this IHOP is definitely worth checking out! It's located literally right across the street from Disneyland, and since we stay at the hotel next door, it's become one of our favorite places to grab a meal before or after a park day. Plus, it's open 24 hours, which is a huge bonus. One of the coolest things about this location is the balloon artist. He walks around making incredible character balloons for the kids-and honestly, even the adults love them! He's so personable, incredibly talented, and works for donations only, which I think is such a nice touch. They also have a photographer who comes around taking family photos and then prints them for you if you'd like to purchase them. They're beautiful, high-quality keepsakes, especially if you're celebrating a Disner and trip. The food is always fresh, and this visit our server, Judith, was absolutely wonderful. She checked on us throughout the meal, made sure everything was perfect, and provided excellent service from start to finish. What I love most is that this IHOP helps extend the Disney magic just a little longer. Whether you're fueling up before heading into the parks, grabbing a late-night meal after fireworks, or stopping in one last time before heading home, the fun atmosphere and those amazing balloon creations make it feel just a little more special. Overall, it's a great place to eat, the staff is fantastic, the location couldn't be more convenient, and it's definitely become a tradition every time we visit Disneyland. My husband and I had fantastic service this morning from a lovely server named Letty. We are visiting from Canada and are on day 6 of 8 travelling between Palm Springs and LA with all breakfasts so far at IHOP (we love the pancakes!) Hands down the best service so far was from this friendly server. She was kind, patient (I was on a phone call sorting out our next day hotel reservation when we were seated and she graciously waited until I was finished for me to place my order) prompt with service and made sure that the short stack we ordered to go (for our teenage son back at the hotel still sleeping) was hot and fresh for when we were ready to leave. It was super busy in her section and she was killing it keeping up with the many orders coming out and did it all with a friendly smile and demeanour which is exactly what travellers and all hungry patrons need! We have visited this ihop whilst on a 2 week holiday 5 times. Each and every time we come the servers have been awesome. The food is better then I was expecting. Kids loved the all you can eat pancakes even though they could never finish the first lot. Huge shout out for this morning (sat 27/1/18) it was extremely busy and the staff handled it with ease. Also our server Leslee made sure that we were kept in supply with coffee and tea plus anything else we needed even though she was busy. Food is mediocre, I just ate here because its by my hotel and I wanted to be on time to meet my shuttle schedule. But it's a chain and a franchise, food quality isn't supposed to excel. I got the chicken and waffles, first time having such a dish after having heard of it in TV shows and song lyrics. Service was super efficient and friendly though, a great way to jump start the day. First as I walk in I was overly greeted by the unusual amount of hostesses. We were sat at a table that still had trash on it and empty sugar packets in the sugar caddy and empty creamers in the creamer caddy. Our server "missile" was inattentive to our order and as a result we had to ask literally 4 separate times to get the things we needed. The food was good, but the service was Great! Came in on Christmas morning with my wife and daughter and had the good fortune of having Isaac as my server. Most expensive IHOP I have ever been to! Customer service was beyond expectations but the prices in the menu were marked up $3-$4 dollars more than any other IHOP I have been at in Ca. The waiter told us that the owner has become a millionaire due to raising the prices and doesn't plan on changing them back anytime soon. Later in the week we ordered the same items at a different IHOP and the bill was $30 cheaper! Oh well, guess I wont be eating here again. read more

I had breakfast today with my family and it was the first time at this location. The food came out quickly and was better than most Ihops I've been too. Everyone was friendly and it was clean location. We were served by Erick and he was more than helpful. He was attentive, personable and friendly. Not great. Horrible country fried steak, and that pretty hard to do wrong but it was awful...cold and dry, instant mashed potatoes tasted like instant and broccoli was as bland as bland could be. Near to Disneyland and parking at the back of the restaurant for dine in customers. Large seating are but does fil up pretty quickly with guests on their to Disneyland. Good service and food is as good as any other IHOP out there. Opens 24 hours so very convenient. I had skirt steak with eggs and hash brown for the main course. read more
