A VERY GOOD breakfast burrito, with very friendly front of house service. I am an Anaheim local and Disney cast member. Options for a reasonably priced breakfast burrito are surprisingly few within walking distance or a short drive from the Disneyland resort. I visited The Burger Place for the first time on 11 January 2025, and was very happy with the food and service. The burrito is very good. Fluffy eggs mixed with cheese, bacon, diced peppers, onions, tomatoes. Not too runny, all of the flavors in balance. A very good tortilla as well. The breakfast potatoes on the side are good - and IMO better than if hash browns are in the burrito (which tends to make the burrito dry). Very reasonably priced at $14.50, which compares well with other burrito options nearby. Very friendly service. I visited the restaurant at around 7 o'clock in the morning, and the host was eager to help and get my order in quickly. Very good overall experience, we will be back. Note: I did try to call ahead to place the order to go in advance, but was not able to reach the restaurant through the hotel operator. I would recommend that option being added to the front of house service.

I had spent the day walking around the nearby convention center and was craving a nice burger to recharge. Checking Google, The Burger Place was nearby and has ample, free parking. At first glance, it's a bit hard to come by from the street - particularly since it faces the 5 freeway, but if you drive in closer, you'll find it located adjacent to the front desk of the Sonesta Hotel. You don't have to be a guest to dine in: for a Saturday evening, it was pretty empty and easy to get a seat. The waitress was lovely and helpful! Brought food in no time and the TBP burger really hit the spot and topped it off with a Diet Coke. Hours on Google list the Burger place hours open from 5am - 9pm which makes sense since there's a breakfast buffet on one side of the dining room. I also noticed booster seats and crayons, making it family friendly as well. Good for a quick bite without the long, touristy lines of Anaheim on a Saturday night. Check out out!

Wonderful! Went here for breakfast & dinner while staying at the hotel. The night before, our server was so friendly and funny. I can't remember her name because I was so tired but she had long braids and a nose ring. Loved talking to her!!! What a sweetheart. This morning, we were served by Maria. She was also very kind and even gave us some to-go cups for our coffee and water cups (we hadn't asked for extra water cups!) The gesture was very thoughtful. I get the vibe that some very chill, cool & fun people work here. the food is delicious. I had the breakfast burger for dinner and omg....the patty was cooked just how I like it.

We had such a great experience at K&A Cafe! My daughter ordered the fruit salad with yogurt, and…read morethe yogurt was house-made -- she absolutely loved it. It was fresh and delicious. My husband had the breakfast burrito and said it was amazing. He liked it so much he even went home with a 24 oz container of their house-made red salsa, which was incredible. The customer service was outstanding. Art was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely engaged with us while we were there. You can tell they really care about their customers and the food they serve. We'll definitely be coming back from Bakersfield!

I paid $17.54 for a biscuit with egg, cheese, turkey sausage, and a black iced coffee. The biscuit was decent, but fairly small, and nothing about the sandwich felt premium enough to justify the price. The turkey sausage tasted like a standard pre-made sausage, and if there was a significant upcharge for choosing turkey, it didn't feel warranted. The coffee was fine. It was a basic black iced coffee, good enough, but not something that stood out or justified a premium price. My biggest issue is the value. Nearly $18 for a simple breakfast sandwich and a plain black iced coffee feels excessive for what was served. I've also noticed that the total seems to vary from visit to visit, making it difficult to know what to expect when ordering. I genuinely like the people who work here and wish them success. This review isn't about the staff. For me, it's simply a matter of price versus value, and I can no longer justify spending this much for a basic breakfast and coffee. This Location is in the Center street Anaheim outdoor shopping mall. You can park either on the street or in the adjacent parking garage. As i arrived around 8:30am on a Friday, there was a line out front but it was moving fairly fast. The interior of the bakery is one space divided into 2 sections. The bakery and the coffee shop. Each with their own check out stand. They also have their own separate entrance door. So, if all you wanted was a beverage, you don't have to wait in line for the bakery. The interior is warm and inviting. There is no seating inside. Just high top tables made of barrels with a top for standing. However, there is a patio outside with tables and market umbrellas. Okayama Kobo is an Artisan Japanese Bakery. Everything is made fresh daily using quality ingredients and no preservatives. They use 100% Hokkaido flower from Japan. They are best known for their signature Salt & Butter Rolls, Curry Pan, and adorable character buns like the "Kobo Kuma" I got a "salt and butter roll". It is a light fluffy bread shaped like a croissant with a buttery and light salty flavor. I also got a "Kobo Kuma" which is a soft bear shaped fluffy bread filled with vanilla bean custard. Both were warm out of the oven and melt in your mouth delicious. Okayama Kobo Bakery has locations in OC, San Diego and Hawaii. The prices are really reasonable and the service is great. I can't wait to go back to try some of their other baked goods such as the french toast as well as a signature crafted coffee. I highly recommend Okayama Kobo.
